Frowning, he looked at the wound on his left shoulder, which was quickly turning purple. He imdiately circulated his Dou Qi to contain the poison and prevent it from spreading.
"Stay away from her!"
Queen dusa's cold voice rang out. A sudden gust of wind ford out of nowhere and swept toward Hai Bodong. At the sa ti, her Dou Qi surged violently as she clenched her right hand. A fiery-red sword materialized in her grasp.
The powerful gust of wind slowed Hai Bodong's descent. Seeing Queen dusa charging toward him, he flicked his wrist, summoning a ring of blue light.
"Mystic Ice Dragon Soars!"
As his words fell, the temperature around them dropped sharply. A collective gasp echoed among the onlookers as an enormous ice dragon—over a hundred ters long—materialized behind Hai Bodong.
Pointing a finger at Queen dusa, the dragon let out a deafening roar and lunged at her.
Hai Bodong himself, however, continued toward Die.
Queen dusa's face turned frosty. She wanted nothing more than to tear this human apart. Yet, she didn't retreat. Holding her crimson sword, she dashed toward the incoming ice dragon.
Her terrifying speed made her figure appear to flicker in midair. Several illusory images flashed around her as countless red sword lights exploded in the sky.
In just a few breaths, the ice dragon shattered into countless pieces.
But in that brief mont, Hai Bodong had already closed in on Die.
Just as he was about to grab her, a dark shadow streaked past, once again blocking his path.
"You can't take her away!"
