Seeing him try to leave after saying just one line, the red-robed woman grew visibly irritated and instantly gave chase.

“Speak. Who are you? Why did you co to Danxue Mountain?” Phoenix demanded loudly.
Gu He didn’t answer her directly. Instead, he asked, “You’re Phoenix, the leader of the Three Heavenly Phoenixes of the Heavenly Demon Phoenix Clan, aren’t you?”
Phoenix’s expression changed instantly. The doubt in her eyes grew deeper.
“Who are you? How do you know my identity? Speak now, or don’t bla for what cos next!”
Her voice had grown colder, and she clearly admitted to her identity.
“Heh, has your Heavenly Demon Phoenix Clan recently received a… special guest?” Gu He asked with a smirk.
“A special guest?”
Phoenix frowned, her face full of confusion. She had no idea what Gu He was referring to.
“In recent days, other than you, a stranger with unclear origins, who else would dare cause a ruckus on Danxue Mountain?” she retorted bluntly.
“Looks like the Three Dragon Kings really haven’t contacted the Heavenly Demon Phoenix Clan yet…”
Gu He pondered her words silently.

After neutralizing her first attack, he prepared to use his movent technique and shake her off quickly.
However—just then, his brows suddenly furrowed.
With a sharp glint in his eyes, he stared cautiously at a patch of distorted space near Phoenix.
That space twisted and rippled.
And from within it—two female figures descended.
