[Military Command Central: Sowhere under the Pacific Ocean.]
The military command central was a secret, underground facility that was located deep in the Pacific ocean. This was where the serums were first created and tested before they were taken anywhere else and this was also the place where tons of so of the world’s smartest n and won were gathered to help with the war behind the scenes.
The base was about forty acres wide and one hundred feet long. It had three floors and in each one, different forms of research were being conducted. Ever since the Granians appeared, the base had beco a hive of activity while the situation proved to be rather exciting for so and terrifying for others.
This base was also where all the weaponry, uniforms, food supplies and other things were created before they were distributed around the world to the other smaller military bases. Right now, however, there was a new predicant for everyone in the base to get their minds on.
"Victor Vander’s vlog: It has been exactly four months and two weeks ever since the alien species entered our planet’s atmosphere and administered their gas not a few weeks ago. Samples of the gas have been collected, studied and duplicated."
"The components are unlike anything on our planet but thanks to extensive research and critical thinking, a much safer variant has been made in large numbers. However, the strange gas has had an evolutionary effect on whoever inhales it and the planet as follows:"
The man who spoke was none other than Victor Vander, a highly intelligent scientist and the inventor of everything that was used in the war to ensure humanity’s survival. He was currently in a large conference room giving a presentation to his fellow scientists and a few of the higher powers in the Earth’s military.
His presentation included slides of the new bios in the Earth and the effects of the gas on the Earth’s wildlife.
"As you can see, ladies and gentlen, the alien species knew what they were doing after the administered that gas into our planet. The effects have been catastrophical and beneficial to us at the sa ti." A slide showed pictures of the Earth before and after the gas.
"As you can see, we have a lovely, green field here but after the gas," The slide showed how the once green field was now a jungle with wild, mutated plants, grass as long as an average man and as sharp as a double-edged sword and so of the plants looked to be alive. "That isn’t all as you can see, the gas also has evolved our planet’s wild life."
A video played out showing how different, more dangerous looking beasts road the dangerous bios of the Earth. So of them resembled fictional creatures while others looked to be creatures sent straight from hell. A vast display of emotions swept across the hearts of the scientists as so of them shriek with joy while most cowered in fear.
"I’ve also learned sothing else that’s happening to our dear planet." Victor switched the slides to the image of the Earth’s core. "All the changes that have happened so far have made our planet three tis larger than it is. As you can see in this slide, the Earth’s mass and crust has sohow managed to stretch itself, thus further increasing our planet’s size."
"What does this an for us?"
"And what are we going to do about those beasts? They look so dangerous."
"Do not worry," Victor said as he snapped his fingers. In a few minutes, heavily buff, ard n ca into the room carrying heavy chains as they dragged a large beast that looked like a combination of a sabretooth tiger and a wooly mammoth. However, it had bone plates allover its body that acted as armor and its front feet were paws with six claws while its hind legs were mammoth legs with three claws. Its upper body was large and thick with a larger mound on its mid-section.
It had horns on its head and three-foot-long teeth protruding out of its mouth. The beast, which had a large blue collar on its neck, tried setting itself free by growling and tugging hard but Victor, the designer of the color, set it in a way that the beast’s strength was greatly reduced.
"What the hell is that thing?"
"Everyone run. It’s gonna kill us all."
"Aahhh, MONSTER!!"
"No need to fear," Victor reassured. "That collar on its neck keeps its energy low enough for it to live. It will not escape."
"I thought mammoths and sabretooths were extinct. How did these two creatures co back to life?"
"Like I said earlier," Victor smiled. " Those gases did more than we can imagine." Victor snapped his fingers again and the mammoth’s body dropped dead, thanks to the collar that drained every single drop of energy from it.
He walked to the beast with a chainsaw and slowly cut into its chest. Black blood oozed from it as he went deeper So found it inhumane and disgusting while others fancied seeing blood spewing out from the creature. Victor sawed shoulder deep into the creature until he felt the chainsaw hit sothing.
He quickly sank himself deep into the beast’s raw flesh and scread, "I KNEW IT,". He ca out covered in black blood but in his hand, he had a heart shaped rocky texture item that had an orange glow inside of it.
"What is that thing?"
"If my research and extensive knowledge of ani, and sci-fi knowledge is correct, this is the beast’s core. The creature’s power source." With that bomb shell, Victor ended the presentation and allowed the other scientists to observe the beast’s carcass while he returned back to his research laboratory to continue his further studies with the beast’s core. However, sothing unexpected happened.
As soon as he placed the core on a counter, it began beating again like a heartbeat while its insides glowed a bright orange color. He carefully approached it and the watch on his wrist started acting up to the point where it blew up due to an energy overload. "Fascinating. It possesses a high amount of raw, pure energy. This can be weaponized." He smiled intently.
