Chapter 365: Sire

LUTHER

~

I have never used my blood to sire a vampire before, no Royal in my generation and my fathers and before him has ever done such, our blood was too sacred to the vampire society to be used, we normally leave the sires of vampires to our underlings, trained to serve us from the very first Royals that used their blood to sire vampires... ever since the technique was introduced.

But this was a different case, my blood gets to be the first to awaken a vampire and not just any... a hybrid, I’m truly intrigued by just how much this goes, the fun was just getting started and I was more than eager to see just as well everything plays out.

"Give it ti"

Grayson had his eyes on his sister holding her hand tightly with both of his, I could see the storm of emotions in his features, well I figured it might be... I an who smiles at the idea of resurrecting his sister as an immortal being? There was no choice in the matter to begin with, if he would have protested I would have opted for another option.

Force

I’m not usually a forceful being, but I am when I need to be, I prefer my fun and gas, the amusent is always much needed, no one wants to be gloomy in their entire life, I have lived long enough, which is why I craved many things and right now my desires were these two.

Cassius bloodline.

"How long?"

"Well my blood needs to flow through her system and do its work," I shrugged.

"You have never done this before have you"

I smirk. "Is it that obvious?"

He sat up abruptly and faced

head-on like he could take , it caused my amusent to broaden.

"If anything happens to her, I will have your head even if it kills "

"Feisty" I narrowed my eyes. "Relax... you both are too precious to go to waste, I much prefer to keep you two alive" I darted my eyes back to Emma. "This is my first ti to sire a vampire" I turned back to him and he had a mix of confusion on his features. "Let’s see how it goes but I promise I don’t want to harm any of you, so relax dude" I winked.

He said nothing, I knew he could tell I ant no harm to the both of them because if I did I would have killed him right there in that ocean without so much as blinking.

He doesn’t trust

and I don’t expect him to...

"Now let’s see our nurse," I said, fixing my sleeve back and I walked out of the room. I heard him following behind.

??гeewe??n??vel

I want to be cocky and say I have everything under control but I don’t, the only thing I was yet to find out was Cassius’ fucking blessing, he did sothing and I knew it... he can’t just leave his children to turn into vamps and do nothing in the process.

"How long have you brought her in?"

"Long enough, but no gain, she’s not talking"

"And you think she will when she sees ?"

I turned to him amused. "Think of her as a godmother"

I stopped in front of a door and Darren did the honors of opening it, he hadn’t stopped side-eyeing

for a long ti now, I guess he knew I had already done the deed.

"Genevieve! How lovely you look this morning" I announced the mont I stepped in and she caught in surprise instantly rising to her feet. I spotted the tea laid out for her. "I hope my servants treat you well" I grinned ear to ear at the tan-skinned beauty. "You’re a special guest after all"

"You an prisoner" she bared her fangs at

as her eyes glead dark red.

"Easy beautiful, I’m a gentleman"

She huffed, folding her arms. "You an the mask you wear daily?"

"Be careful!" Darren snapped at her.

"Shall we all calm down?" I interjected and Genevieve darted her death glare back to . "I have soone who you would love to et"

She huffed again. "You can’t-" she stopped in her words, exactly as I wanted... just as I gave way for Grayson to step forward.

"You have not seen him for 17 years and yet you recognize him" I mused.

Her features were pale. "Of course, I held him in my arms, both" She blinked facing

and her look turned murderous. "What is he doing here?! Why did you bring him here? You psycho!" she roared.

"My sister" Grayson cut in and her gaze softened when she laid her eyes on him.

Finally a reaction and here I thought her heart was made of stone... I was itching to rip it out in impatience.

"She..." Grayson’s voice broke, he still wasn’t in a clear ntal state but it was now or never. "She died and... she’s in an-"

"Endless nightmare" she finished for him, nodding in understanding. "Hybrids are born with two parts but one is dominant, in your sister’s case her vampire side was surpassed and yours too, two can’t coexist at the sa ti not with a human body, it eats the other out" She looked at .

"I know that much Genevieve but is this really the ti to think about spilling the beans or not?!"

She sighed shakily. "Where is the girl? Did you-"

"Yes, with my blood"

She inhaled sharply, taking her seat and running her hand through her straight brown hair.

"You were that nurse, the one who gave

to the Venator family" Grayson spoke.

She rushed her gaze to him and they held the emotions she never showed , she’s been trying to act strong ever since I found her, but right now her own mask was completely shattered.

"I had to... it was the only way both of you could survive and it was his wish"

"Who are you to him?" his teeth clenched. "Cassius"

"He sired

many years ago and I have been his trusted aid for as long as I could rember"

"And him? Everyone has associated him with past tense almost like he’s-"

"Because Cassius Morelock is no more" I cut in. "Now tell us, Genevieve... what is Cassius’ last wish and blessing to his last bloodline, there is no need to hide the truth"

I have already had my fair share of patience, and it was running thin...
