After the joint training session with Mona, Gara returned to his dorm completely exhausted. He fell asleep right away, not even checking on the triplets inside his Dinsional Ho.
Fortunately, tomorrow was the weekend. Fian and Madha were already waiting outside his room, ready to enter the dinsional space together.
"How did your training go yesterday?" Madha asked as he stepped into Gara’s room.
"Mona’s space is really different from mine," Gara replied, stretching lazily. "She can’t bring any living creature inside, and even when I gave her light, she still couldn’t see anything."
"Maybe her Talent focuses more on jumping or spatial movent, while yours is centered on storage space," Madha analyzed calmly.
Gara nodded, agreeing with his assessnt. After all, the Pocket Ho was ant to function like a proper ho.
"So, what do you think?" Gara asked, eyes flickering with curiosity. "Do you think the path outside the dinsional ho, the one surrounded by that mist, will connect to the kingdom once my ability grows stronger?"
That was the reason Gara had been so determined to understand more about space-type abilities.
"Could be," Madha replied thoughtfully. "Maybe there are many variations of Space Bloodline Talents out there."
Gara let out a long sigh. He wished he could find a clear answer.
"Well, whatever the case," he said, brightening up again, "let’s start working on the planting plots for the rare seeds I got from Professor Aura!"
In an instant, his energy returned. The headache from overthinking of his dinsional ho vanished, replaced by excitent at the idea of finally using the empty front yard inside the dinsional pocket.
The three of them entered the Dinsional Ho together.
Ares, Wina, and Rea were already waiting in front of the house.
They had finished tilling the soil. Though Rea looked more like a foreman than a worker, standing with her tiny arms crossed and squeaking orders that even Ares and Wina couldn’t quite understand.
"Rea, instead of bossing everyone around, why don’t you go help Della watch the triplets?" Gara said, walking toward the fluffy white squirrel.
Rea puffed out her furry cheeks in protest but still leapt onto Gara’s shoulder, rubbing her head affectionately against his cheek.
"You missed because I’ve been too busy, huh?" Gara chuckled softly, amused by her clinginess.
"How about I take you outside tomorrow? You can see the academy for yourself," Gara offered casually.
But Rea chirped excitedly, clearly taking the offer seriously.
Gara hesitated, he’d only ant it as a joke, but ended up nodding with a wry smile. "Alright, alright. I’ll bring you with tomorrow."
"For now, let’s focus on planting first," he said, shifting his attention to the right side of the front yard where the soil had already been prepared.
The land was freshly turned and neatly divided into several small plots. Wina, having once been an herbal farr, clearly knew what she was doing.
"Mom, besides these rare seeds, I’m also planning to build a greenhouse for other herbs and plants," Gara said as he approached her.
"Greenhouse? What’s that?" Wina asked, tilting her head. The term was completely foreign to her despite her years of farming experience.
"It’s a structure that keeps the temperature warm even when it’s cold outside," Gara explained.
His explanation earned him a few confused looks, not just from Wina but from everyone present.
"How are you going to build sothing like that, Gara?" Madha asked curiously. It was his first ti hearing about this plan as well.
"I’ll explain it later," Gara said with a grin. "For now, let’s start planting the Black Lavender and Chrona Flower here."
Everyone quickly moved into position. Madha and Fian were used to farm work, so they easily figured out what needed to be done.
Only Ares looked completely lost.
"Ares, just grab the water container," Gara instructed. "The big barrel in the storage. Don’t fill it yet."
The young dragon nodded and hurried off.
The seeds Professor Aura had given him weren’t many. With four n helping and an experienced farr leading, they finished planting the two types of flowers in no ti and watered them using the stored water Gara had prepared in advance.
"For the Autumn Apple, I think it’d be better to plant it beside the house," Gara said.
No one objected, and they all moved to the side yard.
Since that area hadn’t been cleaned yet, weeds still surrounded the fish pond. The n, except Gara, got to work clearing it out first.
Gara, anwhile, went inside to help Della watch the triplets, who were now awake.
"Aowahawoahh!" Ava cooed excitedly when she saw him.
Seeing his daughter’s bright eyes and cheerful little hands reaching out to him, Gara had to fight the urge to scoop her up right away.
He’d just co in from the cold, and he didn’t want her to feel chilled from his hands.
"Here, drink so warm tea first." Wina, always attentive, had already prepared a steaming cup for her son.
The mont Gara wrapped his hands around the warm cup and took a sip, the lingering chill lted away. Only then did he lift Ava into his arms.
Her tiny, warm body made him feel even cozier inside. Ava didn’t seem the least bit bothered by the cold coming from him either.
’Ava’s always warm... could it be because her soon-to-be Talent is a Fire-type Talent?’ Gara wondered, rembering that her potential Talent —if her requirents were t— was Whip of Fire.
After cuddling his daughter, Gara made sure to give the sa affection to his two sons, kissing and hugging each one in turn.
When his hand brushed against Arion’s arm, he felt the boy’s hardening skin, reminding him of Lio— the druid boy from his class.
’Maybe I should be nicer to that Lio next ti,’ he thought with a small chuckle.
Once the children were settled, Gara stepped outside again to check the plot where they’d be planting the Autumn Apple tree.
anwhile, Wina had already brought out several clay pots to start the seedlings.
"At this rate, they’ll still be clearing that plot until nightfall," Gara murmured to himself.
His eyes landed on Ares, whose face was already sared with dirt. Compared to Fian and Madha, he looked terribly clumsy.
"Ares really is forr royalty, huh..." Gara muttered, half amused.
