[T/N: Check out my friend's fanfic— "Hentai Conquest: Starting From Kuroinu"]
[Sixth World, Realm of Death]
[Dragon Nation, Tianjing Login Area]
[City of Ice & Snow]
SWISH!
A beam of white light descended, and a girl dressed in a black mage robe appeared in the city. Her stunning beauty was paired with an icy cold deanor, emanating an untouchable aura.
Passersby, all professional players, couldn't help but cast longing glances at her.
However, the ID hovering above her head deterred anyone from approaching:
[Lv35 Third Transition Dark Mage: Enchantress]
"Enchantress" was none other than the exclusive nickna of Ling Ke'er, the young lady of the illustrious Glory Guild, one of the three great guilds of Tianjing.
The news of Ling Ke'er finally logging in after days of inactivity spread like wildfire.
Soon after, under the command of the guild leader, Glory Peerless, 2,000 elite mbers of the Glory Guild withdrew from the wilderness and returned to City of Ice & Snow.
At the forefront of the group, a Level 39 Warrior, Glory Peerless, respectfully approached Ling Ke'er and said, "Miss, I've arranged for our guild mbers to help you level up."
Ling Ke'er crossed her arms, her cold gaze sweeping over the Glory Guild mbers. With a tone of disdain, she replied, "No need. You're all too weak. This lady needs stronger players to assist ."
Just then, a ssage popped up.
[Ling Ao had sent her a note: "Ke'er, I've already arranged for Overlord Blade and his team to return from Zhening. They should arrive in about ten minutes. When they're here, they'll help you level up."]
["They're veterans who've been in the Sixth World for decades, top-tier players. With their help, you'll clear the Sixth World in no ti."]
Reading this, a fierce hatred flashed in Ling Ke'er's cold eyes:
"Zhang Yue, just you wait. Once I reach the Seventh World, I'll kill you with my own hands."
———
anwhile, elsewhere.
[Zhening Province, Coastal City Login Area, Seventh World, Sli Empire]
Zhang Yue was farming slis, aiming to acquire Refining tokens to cleanse the Sli Forest Dungeon and transform it into a Hidden Dungeon.
After an entire afternoon and night of effort, around 9 PM, he finally obtained a Golden Refining Token capable of upgrading the Sli Forest from an ordinary dungeon to a hidden one.
Nine hours of continuous grinding since noon—it left Zhang Yue exhausted, forcing him to let out a sigh of relief.
While he could push through ti, he couldn't ignore the grumbling of his stomach.
Zhang Yue decided to log off and grab a al, planning to return and tackle the dungeon later that night.
On his way back to the Ottiman Tribe, Zhang Yue tallied up his spoils:
Over 900 Black Iron Sli dals,
100 Bronze dals,
30 Silver dals,
and 2 Golden dals.
By the system's rules—10 lower-tier dals could be combined into 1 higher-tier dal—Zhang Yue finally amassed 7 Golden dals.
With 10 dals of the sa tier, players could exchange them with the tribal leader for a corresponding title.
In other words, if Zhang Yue gathered 3 more Golden dals, he could exchange them for a Golden Title from the tribe's leader.
But that wasn't his goal.
His sights were set on nothing less than a King-tier Title.
And if possible, he dread of obtaining the unique Hell-tier Title, the ultimate prize.
However, no professional player had ever managed to acquire a Hell-tier Title in the Seventh World.
This was because the dal synthesis system only worked up to King-tier dals. Hell-tier dals could only drop from Hell-tier Slis.
But in the Seventh World, the highest-ranking Sli was King-tier—Hell-tier Slis didn't exist.
Zhang Yue returned to the Ottiman Tribe shortly.
The tribe wasn't particularly crowded, with only a few veteran players visible here and there.
The newer generation of elite players hadn't yet reached the Seventh World.
Zhang Yue opened a space portal and logged out.
The mont Zhang Yue exited the Otherworld, a series of white lights descended.
Ling Ke'er, along with Glory Peerless, Glory Sky, and Glory Galaxy, appeared in the Ottiman Tribe.
The efficiency exceeded all expectations.
In the Sixth World, their mission was to collect Resurrection Stone Fragnts to revive 10 NPCs and earn two B-rank and one A-rank rewards.
With Overlord Blade slashing monsters to low health and Ling Ke'er finishing them off to collect Resurrection Stone Fragnts, the mission's execution speed was astounding.
Under Overlord Blade's guidance, Ling Ke'er and the others cleared the Sixth World in just half a day.
At this mont, Glory Peerless calmly analyzed the situation:
"Overlord Blade ntioned that Zero is in the Ottiman Tribe. Logically, we should avoid being in the sa tribe as Zero to ensure safety. Otherwise, if we encounter him, things might spiral out of control."
Ling Ke'er crossed her arms, her icy eyes flashing with hatred:
"It's precisely because Zhang Yue is here that we ca. I told you, I'm going to kill him."
Glory Galaxy frowned slightly: "Young Miss, it's said that even Overlord Blade is no match for Zero. Perhaps we should reconsider?"
"Overlord Blade is a legendary figure. He's been active in the alternate World for decades, an Epic-tier Martial Saint far beyond our level. Ling Dong even tailored a 6-star War God set for him..."
Ling Ke'er, however, dismissed their concerns with confidence:
"Since we're here, this lady has a plan to kill him."
Hearing this, Glory Peerless asked, "What's the plan, Miss?"
"We can't kill him, but that doesn't an nothing in the Seventh World can," Ling Ke'er replied.
"Follow . I'll show you."
"Where to?"
"You'll see."
With that, the group headed north out of the Ottiman Tribe.
———
anwhile.
Zhang Yue logged off and t with Wu Haotian, Lin Tian, and Ning Tiantian at a decent restaurant near their neighborhood.
Soon after, two stunning won, Tian Xin'er and Su Jinyan, joined them as planned.
As previously agreed: Zhang Yue was treating everyone to dinner to thank them for helping complete the Pharaoh's Prophecy quest.
Wu Haotian couldn't help teasing when he saw the two won: "No need for dinner tonight; these two beauties are a feast for the eyes."
Then, turning to Zhang Yue with a grin, he said, "Boss, didn't you say you'd treat to so hot pot tonight?"
Zhang Yue glanced at Wu Haotian and called out to a passing waitress: "Miss, could you get my friend so hot pot?"
The waitress smiled politely: "Sir, there's a hot pot place right next door. I'll order one for you right away."
Wu Haotian's smile froze as he looked at Zhang Yue: "Boss, thank you so much."
Zhang Yue chuckled: "You're welco. Catering to employees' preferences is the responsibility of any good boss."
Tian Xin'er giggled: "Zhang Yue, you're quite the considerate boss."
Zhang Yue laughed: "You flatter ."
Everyone burst into laughter—except for Wu Haotian, whose face darkened.
Just then, Lin Tian noticed sothing: "Why isn't Ouyang Ling'er here yet?"
"She said she was on her way right after logging out. She should've arrived by now."
As they spoke, Ouyang Ling'er entered the room, holding an orange tabby cat.
"Sorry, sorry! Little Orange pooped on on the way, so I had to go back ho and change."
She plopped down in the seat next to Wu Haotian.
Wu Haotian grimaced: "Keep your cat away from . Don't let it poop on !"
Ouyang Ling'er rolled her eyes: "Not even worth my ti."
Turning to Zhang Yue, she said, "By the way, Guild Leader, I found so info on Overlord Blade."
"Overlord Blade is known as the Northern Blade God of Underworld. In that region, he's a big na."
"Apparently, he was an orphan, adopted and raised by soone who also beca his ntor. Their relationship was like that of father and son. However, his ntor recently disappeared. No one knows if sothing happened in the alternate World."
Hearing this, Zhang Yue's face showed a knowing expression: "As expected, he's not motivated by money."
