Sterl liked to have capable subordinates, especially those who were useful to him.

And this Val, with his forging skills, was impressive—he had even managed to avoid detection by the Silver Spider swarm. That was no small feat.

After all, the Silver Spider's sensory abilities were connected to the distant mother entity.

This ant that, during that brief mont, Val hadn't just evaded the perception of these ordinary insects—he had actually deceived the perception of the mother itself!

If Val's forging and puppet-making skills were further enhanced, he could beco an invaluable asset to Sterl. Whether crafting items for him or for his followers, it would be of great significance.

Although Sterl didn't particularly like the old man's personality, when it ca to talent, he was willing to make exceptions. Compared to turning Val into a puppet soul, a living Val was obviously far more valuable.

"Rise," Sterl said indifferently.

At those words, Val felt a sense of relief. He knew he had escaped his master's punishnt—at the very least, he was allowed to live.

With great effort, Val endured the searing pain in his body and slowly, painfully, rose to his feet.

"Thank you, Master, for your rcy..."

His voice trembled with deep gratitude, though the sorrow in his heart was palpable. Thoughts of his dead offspring surged within him. That had been his only child, and with his current condition, he would never be able to father any more heirs...

He cautiously scanned his surroundings, but among the surviving Hell beings, he couldn't spot a single Dark Gno.

This ant that, apart from him, the Dark Gno race had been completely wiped out.

However, feeling Sterl's scrutinizing gaze, Val quickly suppressed his emotions and lowered his head in deep submission.

"Unchangeable," Sterl muttered, slightly exasperated. This being was truly an anomaly among Hell creatures. Despite being a mighty deity, he seed concerned about the life and death of these insignificant insects. It was both rare and sowhat laughable.

"Your life is spared, but the cri cannot be erased. From now on, your task will be to forge weapons and armor for my army. Only when all of my forces are fully equipped will you be allowed to cease."

At these words, Val's entire body trembled. A look of desolation filled his eyes. This ant he would likely never set foot on the front lines again and would never have a chance to exact revenge.

But this was his master's command and punishnt. He had no right to refuse.

"With the utmost respect, I obey the Master's will."

Taking a deep breath, he bowed deeply before Sterl.

Boris and the others quietly watched this scene unfold. Though the world had now rged, and their humanity was rapidly returning, they still couldn't understand Val's obsession with the lives of these insignificant creatures.

In their eyes, they and the mortals were already two entirely different kinds of beings, much like the difference between humans and ants. As a result, none of them felt any sympathy for him.

After dealing with Val, Sterl turned his gaze toward the direction of the mother entity, a look of anticipation forming on his face.

He had deliberately waited for the claws of the mother to consu the entire Hell army—close to ten million lives, not counting the ones previously slaughtered and devoured. He was sure that the mother's soul must have grown quite plump by now.

Sterl, however, was already eager. Every soul that had been consud would be regurgitated, turning into fuel to make him even stronger!

"Let's go. We can't keep our old friend waiting too long."

With that, Sterl shot off into the distance, and Boris, Goda, and the other divine followers followed closely behind him. As for the surviving Evil Wasps warriors and those demigod-level experts, they were left behind to rest and regroup.

If the mother entity's full power were to erupt, it would be akin to a being with upper-level divine authority. The forces below gods were like floating weeds in the sea; even the slightest ripple could annihilate an entire army.

Moreover, Sterl wasn't sure if the mother already knew that he had wiped out the Fourth Layer of Hell. If she did, then she would definitely be well-prepared. In that case, dealing with her might be even more difficult than with the mother of the Fourth Layer.

Behind him, Boris and the others also wore grim expressions. They had witnessed the power of the mother before, and even after receiving their master's strengthening, they still felt uneasy about facing her.

Just the protectors around the mother were more than enough to overwhelm them, let alone the sheer destructive power of the mother herself—it was world-ending in scale!

This ti, Sterl was moving quickly. He had already gained a solid understanding of the mother's power. Before, he had simply allowed the mother to gather more souls. Now, with enough accumulated, it was ti for a swift resolution!

In just a few minutes, he arrived at a mountainous region.

The mother entity was hidden right within this dense forest.

Unlike the mother in the Fourth Layer of Hell, there were no visible signs of the nutrients it secreted on the mountains and ground here. Apart from the marks left by the Silver Spider swarm trampling the area, there were no traces of the mother's presence at all.

However, under Sterl's Star Insight, the surrounding mountains and earth were laid bare before his eyes.

What he saw was that these mountains and lands had long been devoured by the mother entity, leaving only a hollow shell on the surface!

As for the mother, it was currently coiled beneath the ground, still devouring more and more material, as if it intended to consu the entire Sixth Layer of Hell.

"You're making this very difficult for …"

A cold glint flashed in Sterl's eyes. He had promised the Will of Hell that he would help clear out these invaders and save Hell from its crisis.

But now, this mother entity dared to ignore him so completely.

Sterl had personally arrived, yet the mother continued on its own course, ravenously consuming everything in sight.

"Very well, if that's how it is, then tremble in despair."

He sneered, and a wave of murderous intent surged from his body. Instantly, Boris and the other followers reacted.

"Quick! Amplify the master's power to the fullest!"

In an instant, each of the followers began to channel all their enhancent abilities, stacking them one after another onto Sterl's form. His already terrifying aura began to swell even further.

Then, he raised his hand and snapped his fingers lightly.

"Be destroyed."

The mont he spoke, the bright sky above suddenly darkened. A flash of crimson fire surged from the horizon, casting the entire sky in a blazing, searing glow.

Hundreds of Celestial Stars, each over a hundred ters in diater, shot downward with long, flaming tails, howling through the sky. The impact zone of these teors spanned over a hundred kiloters!

At the sa ti, Starlight Spray and Cursed Vision were activated. In addition to the overlap of these two abilities, the teors themselves shimred with a faint, ghostly green hue.

Although the green seed unrelated to the red flas, they blended perfectly, without interfering with one another.

This was, in fact, a combination of two of the Laws Sterl had newly mastered: the Law of Venom and the Law of Corrosion!

Under his powerful soul and insight, he was now able to flawlessly rge these two Laws and stack them on top of his other abilities.

With the blessing of the Blood of the Holy Spirit, Sterl had directly upgraded the Celestial Stars from a Gold-tier skill to a Platinum-tier skill.

And with the addition of the two Laws, this Platinum-tier Celestial Stars had already gained the destructive might of an Iridescent-level ability!

For a mont, everyone stood frozen, staring at the sea of teors, their minds in chaos.

Even a single teor posed a fatal threat to Boris and the others. With hundreds of these teors descending, even beings with upper-level divine authority would likely be left maid or incapacitated, wouldn't they?

The speed of the Celestial Stars was incredibly fast. In the blink of an eye, the hundreds of teors slamd into the mountains and earth below.

A deafening roar erupted, the earth trembled, and the sky seed to split apart!

The area within several hundred miles imdiately transford into a sea of flas. Countless mountain peaks instantly collapsed, shattered into rubble, and were reduced to ash.

Forget the tiny shell of this layer— even if these were real mountain peaks, the result would have been no different.

This was no re human force; this was the overwhelming power capable of destroying the world!

Sterl's recovery abilities had reached a monstrous height; otherwise, it would have been impossible for him to release so many Celestial Stars so casually.

The firestorm spread rapidly, soon extending from hundreds of miles to over a thousand miles!

The enhancent from the Law of Venom and Law of Corrosion caused a transformation in the flas unleashed by the teors. These flas, in addition to their powerful burning ability, carried a strange corrosive force, oddly similar to that eerie gray mist. Of course, it was only a similarity; the energy level of that gray mist was far beyond Sterl's current strength to withstand or replicate.

At that mont, a shrill, ear-piercing screech ca from deep within the earth. Sterl's eyes narrowed. Using his authority and Star Insight, he quickly locked onto the hidden mother entity beneath the ground.

The mother entity, already scorched by the power of the Celestial Stars, began to secrete a thick, silvery-white mucus from its surface. This secretion was gradually counteracting the searing power of the Celestial Stars.

However, after multiple refinents by Sterl's soul power, combined with the perfect fusion of the two Laws, the Celestial Stars had beco so deadly to gods that even a re brush would cause injury, and a direct hit would bring certain death. The layer of mucus was visibly dissolving at an accelerating rate.

Still, the energy accumulated by the mother was colossal. More and more of its secretion spread out, and shockingly, it was hardening into a solid, silver-like terrain, even amid the raging sea of fire and corrosion.

Sterl wasn't surprised by this. He was well aware of the combat power the mother could unleash. After having devoured so much material, its accumulated strength had reached astronomical levels.

Unless the Celestial Stars could instantly obliterate a range of several thousand miles, with depths reaching tens of thousands of ters, it was impossible to completely annihilate this mother entity.
