The Venomous Twin-Tailed Lizard King could feel his body being ravaged from the inside as countless Silver Spiders burrowed into him, consuming him from within.

As one of the overlords of Venomous Swamp Hell, he had never imagined his end would co in such a pitiful and tragic manner.

Looking at his kin and younger descendants being rapidly devoured around him, along with the swarm of Silver Spiders tearing into his flesh, the King of the Two-Tailed Lizards let out one final, deafening roar. In a last, desperate act, he detonated all the power within his body.

In an instant, every ounce of his remaining life force and Divine Power began to expand uncontrollably, radiating the destructive force of an activated nuclear bomb.

But the surrounding Silver Spiders, far from being deterred, reacted like predators catching the scent of blood. They sward even more frenziedly, piling onto his body until he was completely encased in a writhing sphere of Silver Spiders.

Monts later, the lizard king's final burst of power deflated like a balloon riddled with holes. Every last shred of energy was absorbed by the voracious spiders, leaving nothing behind.

Sterl, watching this unfold, saw everything with perfect clarity. His pupils contracted sharply, his expression darkening in horror.

"These things… they devoured his soul?!"

His eyes widened as shock filled his face. He had never imagined that these bizarre creatures could consu not just flesh and energy but the very souls of living beings.

Through Soul Insight, Sterl observed the horrifying details. The Silver Spiders, as they sward the Venomous Twin-Tailed Lizard King, extended strange appendages from their mouths, ford of the sa gray mist. These appendages pierced into the lizard king's body, siphoning not only his physical strength but also his soul.

Even more disturbingly, Sterl noticed that the blood, flesh, and soul consud by the Silver Spiders weren't stored within their bodies. Instead, this energy seed to follow an unseen path, being transmitted to so unknown location.

This thod was sothing Sterl had never encountered before. It was no wonder the Will of Hell had sensed such a dire crisis and called for external aid.

If the souls of every creature killed by the Silver Spiders were devoured along with their bodies, it would fundantally damage Hell's foundation, shaking the Will of Hell to its very core.

If all life in Hell were to be consud—souls included—the realm would gradually beco a barren, lifeless wasteland. The world origin itself would suffer irreparable harm, plunging Hell into an endless silence and desolation.

Sterl's heart grew heavy as he grasped the full weight of the threat posed by these invaders.

If the force behind these bizarre invaders were to take advantage of the situation and strike directly at Hell's world origin, the entire Hell would collapse and cease to exist.

"This is a catastrophic disaster that threatens the very existence of worlds!"

Sterl couldn't help but exclaim in astonishnt. Yet, he montarily forgot that he himself was soone who used souls as a resource and nourishnt.

Of course, no matter the circumstance, humans rarely consider themselves the villains. In Sterl's view, while he had harvested countless souls, he rely transford them into a different form of existence—augnting himself with the souls rather than obliterating them.

It was entirely different from these invaders. The forr was cultivation; the latter was outright invasion and plundering.

Experience more on empire

Taking a deep breath, Sterl couldn't help but feel a sense of unease at the abilities of these unknown creatures.

The force behind this Great Catastrophe was undoubtedly an enormous power, likely aiming to invade multiple worlds, harvesting every last drop of flesh, matter, and soul.

These spider-like creatures were probably tools engineered by that force—a kind of harvesting construct akin to drones.

This concept reminded Sterl of certain gas he had played in the past, where units called engineers were designed to collect resources. However, unlike harmless engineers, these monstrous spiders were predators, capable of hunting even legendary beings and demigods alike.

Monts later, the toxic marshlands were devoid of the King of the Two-Tailed Lizards, leaving only a massive swarm of Silver Spiders and two particularly large ones, each over three ters tall.

To Sterl's surprise, the two larger Silver Spiders began to convulse and twist violently. Their tallic, armor-like skin started peeling away, disintegrating into streams of thick, silvery-white liquid.

Around them, many smaller Silver Spiders seed to respond to so unseen command, dissolving themselves into similar silver liquid while still alive. This liquid flowed toward the two larger spiders, rging into their bodies.

In re seconds, hundreds, if not thousands, of Silver Spiders had fused into the larger ones, forming a single massive, silvery-white sphere resembling an egg sac.

The surface of the sphere was covered with vein-like threads, pulsating faintly as though sothing was being nurtured within.

Sterl and the other gods watched in silence. He chose not to interfere, curious to see what these creatures were capable of.

The scene unfolded with a strange and unsettling rhythm, a silent reminder that the invaders had far more to reveal.

With a resounding bang!, the silver sphere burst apart. Erging slowly from the remains was a Two-Tailed Lizardman, its entire body wrapped in silvery-white liquid. To Sterl's astonishnt, its appearance was nearly identical to the deceased King of the Two-Tailed Lizards.

The only differences were striking: this new Two-Tailed Lizardman was entirely silver in color, its body covered in armor-like scales. Its claws and fangs were sharper, its twin tails thicker and more powerful. Gone was the grotesque savagery of its predecessor—this creature exuded a far more calculated and nacing aura, as though it had been ticulously crafted into a perfect killing machine.

"It can do this?" Sterl thought, shaken to his core. "These creatures have the ability to replicate the traits of anything they consu, evolving themselves into sothing far more terrifying?"

The realization sent shivers through him. These bizarre entities were demonstrating increasingly terrifying capabilities, seemingly without limits.

"ROAR!!"

The newly transford Two-Tailed Lizardman let out a deafening roar and charged toward the remaining demigods with blinding speed.

Sterl focused his gaze and saw that the gray mist surrounding this creature had grown thicker, shifting from a pale hue to a solid gray. The Law Power radiating from the demigods seed completely ineffective, ignored as though it were re air.

The creature's speed far surpassed that of the original King of the Two-Tailed Lizards, though its body was slightly smaller.

With a sickening slash, one of the weakened demigods—a Hell species already on the brink of collapse—was instantly struck down. Half of its body was torn away in a single strike. In just a few brutal monts, the demigod lost the last of its resistance and was sward by the surrounding Silver Spiders, consud entirely.

The spiders repeated their horrifying process. It wasn't long before they transford again, creating yet another monstrous Hellspawn.

anwhile, the Swamp Giant Crocodile, its vitality all but exhausted, watched helplessly as one demigod after another was devoured, their remains turned into even more terrifying creatures.

For the first ti, despair gripped the crocodile entirely.

As one of the most powerful Hell species, the Swamp Giant Crocodile had always thought of itself as a brutal and ruthless predator. But in the face of these creatures, it realized it was no more than an inexperienced soldier.

These monsters were the embodint of rciless efficiency. Their cold, calculated lethality was devoid of emotion, purpose, or hesitation. They weren't re predators—they were tools, designed for one purpose: to cleanse the world through slaughter.

Their strength far exceeded anything the Swamp Giant Crocodile could have imagined. Even as a demigod at its peak, it now found itself completely powerless, sinking into an abyss of hopelessness. There was no way out, no opportunity to turn the tide.

And the crocodile understood one terrible truth: this wasn't just a disaster for Venomous Swamp Hell. It was an apocalyptic event that would consu all of Hell itself. Nothing—no one—could escape the devastation these monsters would bring, not even Hell's very foundation.

However… he was the undisputed overlord of Venomous Swamp Hell, the strongest being in the realm!

Watching his kin slaughtered one by one, the Swamp Giant Crocodile took a deep, labored breath. In his weary eyes, a glint of unhinged madness erupted.

"You wicked insects! You've destroyed everything I had!"

"If not for you, my people would still be alive! If not for you, I would still be the eternal king of this Hell!"

He roared in anguish and rage. Around him, the last demigod had already been consud, and the surviving mbers of the other races had all been devoured by the endless swarm of Silver Spiders.

Now, all that remained in the once-mighty Venomous Swamp Hell were the cowards who had hidden away and himself, the last of the strong.

Staring at the desolate battlefield, the Swamp Giant Crocodile let out a furious roar. Then, with resolute determination, he began burning his Law Power and life force. Whatever arcane skill he activated caused even his soul to ignite, transforming into waves of overwhelming power.

The Swamp Giant Crocodile was done holding back. No—more accurately, he was throwing himself into a suicidal final stand. Even in certain death, he intended to drag as many of these cursed enemies down with him as he could.

"You want to eat ? Then co and get it!"

Enduring the excruciating pain of his insides being devoured, the Swamp Giant Crocodile roared once more. Using the strength granted by burning everything, he charged with terrifying speed in the direction the Silver Spiders had co from.

His massive fra hurtled forward, his powerful limbs pounding the ground with furious montum.

For a mont, all the Silver Spiders froze simultaneously. Then, as though following a hidden command, they unleashed a cacophony of eerie screeches and surged after him in a crazed frenzy.

"He's going all in…"

"Burning every ounce of his power, even his soul. That's true desperation," Boris muttered, his voice tinged with awe. Sacrificing one's soul ant severing all chances of recovery.

Whether or not the Swamp Giant Crocodile would be overwheld and consud, his fate was sealed. Even if he wasn't devoured, he would perish from the depletion of his soul and life force.

"Let's go. We need to see this," Sterl said, a glimr of anticipation flashing in his eyes.

He had wanted to uncover the truth behind these strange creatures, and now it seed the Swamp Giant Crocodile shared his goal. This was the perfect opportunity to discover more.

Without hesitation, Sterl motioned for his ten divine followers to follow. Using his mastery of Space Law, combined with the concealnt techniques of the other gods, they masked their presence entirely as they moved swiftly after the scene unfolding before them.
