"Not necessarily? What do you have in mind? Are you thinking of filling it with silicone or sothing?"

Tony wrinkled his nose in disgust. "Don't give such awful ideas. I'd rather build a new elental Arc Reactor and install that instead!"

"Of course not," Malrick replied with a grin. "I'm planning to travel to another world soon. When I do, I'll definitely bring back good news."

"Traveling…" Tony muttered, then his eyes widened. "Wait, are you saying you're going to other universes?"

"Oh, God—take with you!"

"I've wanted to do that for years!"

He suddenly beca animated, pacing rapidly, practically tugging at his own hair.

"That's a different world! Do you think there's another version of there? Or you? Maybe I'm Superman over there and you're Iron Man!"

Tony was fully spiraling now. "Hold on, I need to think about what to bring. Iron armor, electronics, dollars—no, forget that. I need gold, and—"

Here we go again. The excitent had taken over.

Malrick raised a hand, trying to calm him. "You've got it all wrong. I'm going alone. You're not coming."

"Without ?" Tony looked completely blindsided.

"That's right. Just ."

"You're serious?" Tony stared in disbelief.

"I am."

"You'd really leave behind?" Tony's hands shook, his voice cracking with betrayal. "You gave a third-hand birthday gift and now you're ditching for interdinsional travel?"

Malrick's lips twitched. Tony looked like a puppy abandoned at the pound—confused, hurt, and a little dramatic.

"It's not like that. There are too many unknowns. I need to test this alone first."

"If the process proves stable and safe… sure, I could take soone next ti."

"I'll take you to the DC Universe, how about that?" Malrick added with a half-smile.

His ability to travel between worlds was powerful—potentially enough to transport the entire Marvel Universe, if needed.

"But this is my first ti. I have the Body of Steel—I can take so risks. You can't." Malrick's tone was resolute.

Tony opened his mouth to argue but closed it again. Deep down, he knew Malrick was right. The first jump was too risky to bring along passengers.

Adding Tony now would be more liability than help.

Tony sighed and shrugged. "Have you thought about what happens if you land in a world filled with kryptonite?"

Malrick considered it. "Guess I'll wear Super Mark I."

"Exactly! Suit up. And take five Arc Reactors just in case! Plus sterilization gear, and equivalents for—ugh, there's a whole checklist!" Tony rattled off a dozen items in rapid-fire succession.

He only stopped when his throat ran dry and he chugged so water.

"Alright, just make sure you're prepared. When you're ready to make the jump, let know. I'll be monitoring everything."

The Next Day – Evening

In the underground garage, Malrick stood at the center of a ring of test equipnt.

He wore the Super Mark I suit, a heavy-duty travel backpack slung over his shoulders.

Inside: 5 Arc Reactors, ten 1kg gold bars, disinfectant spray, hemostatic agents... Tony had personally packed the bag with every ergency item imaginable.

Malrick thought most of it was overkill, but he humored his friend.

"You sure you're leaving now?" Tony asked from behind a projection screen.

"Yeah," Malrick nodded. "I should be back soon. You know —once I set my mind to sothing, it gets done."

Tony frowned. "Just watch out for kryptonite and red suns. If anything seems off, co back imdiately."

"Relax. Even if I lose my powers, I've still got my brain." Malrick tapped his head. "Kryptonians might have weaknesses, but knowledge doesn't vanish."

"I'm off." He hoisted the travel bag higher on his back. "Hope you've finished developing that new elent by the ti I return."

Tony grinned. He had spent the morning at the industrial park, bringing back a schematic display board. Thanks to Malrick's clues, he deciphered the structural design for a brand-new elent.

By evening, Tony was already halfway to building a new elent core using a particle collider.

For once, even he had to admit—his father's brilliance still left him in awe.

"I hope so too," Malrick smiled. "Take care of yourself—and Pepper."

He closed his eyes.

Tony began activating the instrunts, ready to record the data from Malrick's first interdinsional jump. The kind of data scientists would kill for.

[Cross-confirmation complete!]

In Malrick's mind, data stread in like a HUD display. Dozens of suitable alternate universes appeared—black-hole-like orbs floating in his vision. No information could be seen, only void.

He selected one at random.

The mont he did, a surreal sensation washed over him—half-dream, half-reality. He could sense the energy cost of the jump.

—Roughly one percent of his physical power.

With his god-tier Kryptonian strength, that ant burning energy equivalent to Earth's total power production over nine days.

And now he understood why the system gave him both Kryptonian DNA and the ability to travel across worlds.

Had he received only the Kryptonian upgrade, he'd have been limited to just the Marvel Universe, hunting endlessly for strength.

Had he received only dinsional travel, he'd be wasting decades collecting enough energy for each jump.

But with both gifts combined, everything fell into place.

Malrick felt a quiet gratitude stir in his chest. Maybe, just maybe, with these powers together, he could really break through every limit—and beco the strongest being across worlds.

No more delays.

He triggered the jump.

In an instant, a black hole-like suction force erupted within him, draining energy at a terrifying rate.

But it lasted only monts.

Once it had taken that 1%, the pull stopped.

Then ca a gentler tug—sothing that surrounded his whole body and carried him forward…

Into the unknown.
