His hand reached in. Shi Nian didn’t dare to move.

His fingers climbed upward along the outside of her leg.

Damn, thanks to him reminding her he was wearing rubber gloves, but that thin, soft rubber felt just a little cool and couldn’t block anything. She could still clearly feel the light and heavy touch of his fingers, sensing that tension slowly approaching the core! That feeling was exactly like a man wearing a raincoat and walking...!

She bit her lip hard, starting to feel dizzy.

Fortunately, the distance was short, and he quickly reached her waist, furrowed his brow, withdrew his hand, and squinted at her.

Shi Nian opened her eyes, but she could only see his sunglasses, entirely unable to access his eyes. But—she could clearly feel the scrutiny in his gaze, and... an almost imperceptible tremor.

Such bold and fearless actions from him, could it be that he was also—nervous?

No way, she must have seen wrong.

Shi Nian took a deep breath: "Are you satisfied, sir? Can you let go now!"

Tang Yanqing seed to make up his mind, suddenly bit his knuckle, directly approached: "...Don’t be too smug; there’s one more place."

His hand reached in again.

Shi Nian imdiately trembled: "You dare?!"

Through his sunglasses, he squinted at her: "Even if I’m afraid now, it’s too late."

With that, his hand flexibly yet dominantly reached between her leg gap! His fingertips almost touched her...!

Just then, his fingers were stopped by the cara.

He paused his fingers, quietly inhaled, then slowly hooked his lips into a smile: "You still say there’s nothing? What is this then?"

With this discovery, his whole body relaxed, the corners of his lips no longer tense, instead curving into an enticing arc. His fingers also beca more composed, swirling around her thigh, deftly uncovering the strap securing the cara. Throughout the process, his fingertips almost fleetingly touched and slid on her secret skin, making her unable to breathe.

She had to open her mouth, taking deep breaths: "Sir, don’t bla for not warning you — it is your arrogance too early! That’s not what you’re looking for; you’ll regret seeing it!"

"Regret?" He deliberately slowed down the movent, extending the process, to punish her defiance: "The word regret has never appeared in my dictionary."

At this point, he seed to furrow his brow slightly. The two were so close that she could see it.

He then slightly changed his statent: "...Maybe I regretted once, but never will again."

What was he talking about?

But he still easily untied the strap, took the cara out from under her skirt.

.

He held the cara up to his eyes for inspection, Shi Nian sneered: "Sir, you’d better take off your sunglasses and look carefully! This is not what you’re looking for, but the cara I use for interviews!"

Tang Yanqing’s fingertips moved deftly, pressing the instrunt to automatically play the footage. He couldn’t help but frown, yet deliberately asked: "Are you a journalist?"

"Yes! Sir, you will regret treating a female journalist like this today!"

Tang Yanqing fast-forwarded the tape, then smiled wickedly: "I’m afraid you’re happy too soon. Your cara has recorded the suspect’s confession: you heard her clearly telling you; she watched that person fall before her eyes... You deliberately hide and refuse to hand it to the police, I have reason to suspect you’re hiding evidence."

He leisurely wrapped the cara with a handkerchief, tucked it into his pocket, then removed his gloves and lazily looked down: "Want to go to court to accuse ? You’re probably the one to face charges first."

Seeing the cara confiscated, Shi Nian got anxious: "Give it back to , I need it to write an article tonight, and it’ll be published tomorrow!"

He beca even more leisurely and didn’t rush to unlock the handcuffs, lazily asked: "Why are you so concerned about this article? With just this bit of material, you’re still far from the truth. At most, only ’Tong’s wife’ can be a gimmick. This is not what a mature journalist should do."

He hit the nail on the head... Shi Nian, embarrassed and angry, blurted out: "Because I need this topic to defeat Tang Yanqing!"
