Chapter 615: Nan Hua’s Past: The Day Everything Changed

And suddenly, they just told her that Nan Hua had died.

Lin i Yu knew that the organization had no reasons to lie to her at that ti, so she took it for granted.

Even if there was so loss in her heart, but she never thought about it too much.

"The last thing I’ll speak of is the day of Nan Hua’s disappearance." Lin i Yu looked at the lens in front of her as if she could see Nan Hai Yan there. "Your daughter... has never been the target on that day. It’s your son, Nan Xian Mu."

Those who listened took a sharp breath as they listened Lin i Yu revealed the truth of what happened on that day.

The things that the young Nan Xian Mu didn’t know clearly and couldn’t bear to rember.

...

Old Madam Nan, who was already quite advanced in age, wanted to bring her grandchildren on a trip after Lin i Yu’s suggestion. They argued a lot before picking this small planet.

It was actually more like an asteroid that was built base for humans to pay a visit. This was also one of the few places that humans could freely pay a visit in the galaxy.

"Mom! Mom! Look, it’s beautiful!" The young Nan Xian Mu, who was only around four years old, was pointing at the window excitedly. This was the first ti he ever ca out to travel with his family together, so he was excited.

Not to ntion, this travel was right outside their planet. Even if it was not too far away, at most only half a day travel from Green Planet, but it was still very exciting for the young Nan Xian Mu who didn’t know much about the world.

Beside the young Nan Xian Mu was the young Nan Xian Yu, who was a few years older than the two younger siblings. He was already 12 years old and no longer very young and already looked like a little adult.

However, the young Nan Xian Yu’s eyes still glowed a bit when he looked at the scenery outside the window.

It was indeed very beautiful.

And sitting on the seat beside these two children was the young Nan Hua, who was also around 4 years old. She looked at the scenery outside with curiosity and was amazed by the vastness of the world.

"Do you want to take a look closer, Hua’er?" the young Nan Xian Yu saw that his younger sister seed to be curious.

Hearing that question, the young Nan Hua nodded eagerly and the young Nan Xian Yu picked her up to let her take a look clearer on the window.

The stars looked much closer and even though the sky was black and all, it was much more glamorous from this view. At this mont, the young Nan Hua decided that she would love the stars.

"Very beautiful!" the young Nan Hua praised.

Even at a young age, the young Nan Hua was smarter than other children and able to converse normally. On the other hand, her younger brother, the young Nan Xian Mu was more naive compared to her.

For this matter, even their parents and grandparents didn’t understands.

"Mhm." the young Nan Xian Yu smiled.

"Children, sit down properly." Old Madam Nan looked at her grandchildren and laughed lightly. She felt that these children were really lively and this made her rather happy and delighted.

At the very least, they were not as cold as that big iceberg Nan Hai Yan or as silent as Nan Hai Lan.

She hadn’t had these lively atmosphere for such a long ti.

"Co on, don’t make Grandma wait," Lin i Yu said to the children.

"Yes, Mother."

The three children listened and returned to their respective seat. The spaceship was about to arrive at the asteroid, so they had to sit down properly for the landing.

As they were sitting, the young Nan Hua was still looking outside, seemingly engrossed in watching the stars.

Even though the two other children also liked the stars, it was not as much as the young Nan Hua who kept on looking outside. It felt as if the young Nan Hua was able to see sothing out there that they couldn’t see.

"Hua’er?" the young Nan Xian Yu asked.

"The stars are very beautiful, Elder brother," the young Nan Hua said seriously. "I want to be able to see them closer in the future."

"The stars are very hot and you can’t go too close to them. At most, there’s a certain distance where you can see them quite close," the young Nan Xian Yu explained.

"Hmm." the young Nan Hua nodded and then looked outside again.

Seeing his sister was still looking outside, the young Nan Xian Yu chuckled but didn’t say anything more. There was no need for him to explain so much.

"The spaceship is about to arrive, passengers are required to sit on their seat..."

After the formal announcent and all, everyone embarked outside.

"Where’s Father?" the young Nan Xian Mu asked curiously.

Lin i Yu patted her second son. "Your father had an urgent task, so he will catch up later."

"Task?" the young Nan Xian Mu didn’t really understand what his father was doing, but he knew that his father was rarely at ho. Even when he did, Nan Hai Yan didn’t usually have much ti to play with them.

"Yes, Father has another task," the young Nan Xian Yu said.

He had long gotten used to his father disappearing from ti to ti for the task. And he himself also wanted to be like his father, serving in the military and made his family proud of him.

"How about Grandpa?"

"He’s the sa, but he’ll co in about an hour later," Old Madam Nan answered. She sighed when she thought that her husband and children were all in the military. Sotis, she hoped that they would be able to spend more ti at ho.
