So the main attackers in this battle is Nan Hai Yan.

It was not that strange for space pirates to migrate from one galaxy to another. They even often did this to avoid being pursued.
Only the few strong ones would make their own base sowhere in the universe.
The universe itself was simply too vast and it was difficult to determine where these pirates would make their base. So of them were very daring and dared to make it near so strong planets. But so others would place their base in a relatively remote areas to avoid confrontation with strong fleets.
"Only that?"
