Chapter 323: Boss, Give
Order
Feng Yu Hua took a deep breath.
She should have expected that the organization’s bottom limit was extrely low. So low that they would do sothing like this.
Arranging for the children to be the one to do the missions against their parents.
Heh.
She should have guessed it.
When she was asked to do this big missions that required years to finish... she should have been able to guess it.
Nan Hua watched as Feng Yu Hua kept on staring at the piece of paper as if she wanted to burn it. She lightly stepped forward and stabbed a needle on Feng Yu Hua’s arm. "If you maintain this state of high emotion, they will notice you."
Feng Yu Hua took a deep breath and nodded. The needle that Nan Hua stabbed on her contained dicine to calm herself down almost imdiately. This way, she would appear calm both inside and outside but only she herself knew how much her heart was hurting.
"Boss, give
order," Feng Yu Hua said slowly as she put away the crumpled paper.
Nan Hua looked at Feng Yu Hua and silently reached to her back and took out a file. Looking at it, it was the proper file that belonged from hospital. "If you ever want to stay in Feng Family, you can show this to them."
Feng Yu Hua looked at the file in Nan Hua’s hand and felt that she was about to be moved to death again. Thankfully, the dicine was still working and suppressed whatever heavy reaction that she might have.
She couldn’t afford having another emotional breakdown again.
"Thank you."
"I want you to follow
for half a year and help
to search for information and erase any traces of my activity for the next 6 months," Nan Hua said slowly.
"6 months?" Feng Yu Hua looked at Nan Hua doubtfully.
Why is it so specific?
"They have so plans and it might be implented before the end of this year," Nan Hua replied, but she didn’t divulge the details. If she were to say anything more than this, it would trigger the keywords.
Feng Yu Hua’s body froze. She thought about the mission handed to her to co here. Even though they hadn’t given her any order lately and let her acted as Feng Family’s daughter, she could guess that they were planning sothing big.
If it was as what Nan Hua said, it ant that she might be deployed within the next few months.
"How do you.... forget it, I better not know."
Feng Yu Hua sighed in frustration. She looked at the paper that was half crumpled because of her and silently folded it away. To be honest, she didn’t know how she should face her family mbers.
Because she knew that she couldn’t betray the organization and had to follow their order.
Should they give her the order to hurt her parents and family mbers, she would have no choice but to do it.
Unless she wanted to die.
But after surviving in that hell for so many years, it would be a lie to say that Feng Yu Hua didn’t want to leave. Even if her family mbers treated her warmly all these years, she knew the painful truth very well.
She couldn’t get close to them.
The more she got close to them, the higher the possibility for her to get hurt.
The lessons taught in the organization was for them not to trust anyone nor giving their heart out. Because the mont they did it, the organization would kill the person whom they got close with.
No matter who it is.
Even, they were the one who was asked to kill that person.
Feng Yu Hua had experienced that in the past and didn’t want to repeat history anymore. It was painful.
"Section 13 is trained to infer information from various gestures and behavior." So that even if they were not told directly, they could still know many things.
The clues provided was often very vague, but if they could think about many other things behind it, they would be able to do many things. This was also one of the reasons why everyone from section 13 was called monsters.
Other people wouldn’t be able to hide anything from them.
Feng Yu Hua was stunned for a mont and then nodded. It seed that it was the right choice for her not to ask for the details because she was sure that she wouldn’t be able to understand anything Nan Hua said.
"I see." Feng Yu Hua walked to the bathroom to wash her hand. It would soon ti for lunch, so she didn’t want to make her mother waited for a long ti.
At the sa ti, she felt conflicted.
All these years, she thought that she was an orphan, soone who didn’t have any roots or those who would care whatever happened to her. She survived just for the sake of living without any other aning.
It was mostly instinct.
Even if she had been preparing ntally for this situation when Nan Hua first told her, Feng Yu Hua realized when it was ti that she was actually not ready.
She’s not ready to change this status quo.
The first ti she ca to Feng Family, she had no emotional fluctuation because she thought that it was nothing more than a mission.
Now, she realized that it was wrong.
They were her real family mbers and she was not just an orphan.
But does she still need the so called family?
Years of living by herself made her be independent and not used relying on others. The change in the status quo just made her feeling more frustrated.
After washing her hand, Feng Yu Hua looked at Nan Hua and slowly asked, "Are you also in the sa situation?"
Nan Hua raised her head and t with Feng Yu Hua’s eyes. She replied in an unhurried tone, "I don’t need it."
