The item that appeared in Tristan's view was a Guild Token.
[Guild Token (Silver Grade Item): Can be used at the main city's administrative office to establish a guild with up to 1000 mbers.]
In ExoGenesis, forming a guild required a Guild Token.
Depending on the grade of the token, the maximum number of mbers the guild can have varied.
Lower-level guilds could use higher-grade tokens to expand, without needing to dissolve and recreate the guild.
For players, establishing a guild not only gives a sense of belonging but also cos with practical benefits.
One key advantage is the ability to create squads.
While regular players could form teams of up to six for field battles or small dungeons, guild leaders and vice leaders could create teams of up to 100-1000 mbers based on the guild's level.
This was imnsely advantageous in wild BOSS fights.
In ExoGenesis, the rule for claiming BOSS loot was that players had to deal at least 50% of the total damage.
Not everyone could deal that much damage on their own like Tristan.
Most players would need to form teams for BOSS fights, which made guilds very important.
If Tristan had needed to take on the giant wild rabbit BOSS at the newbie village with a big guild, he would have seen them fight for loot. The fact that they didn't try hard ant that they couldn't form large enough teams to match his ability.
This was why Tristan knew that if he presented the Guild Token right now, the guild leaders would be on him in no ti.
Without exaggeration, the Guild Token could easily sell for over one hundred million.
In fact, Tristan vaguely rembered that in his past life, the first Guild Token sold for sowhere between three to four hundred million.
Back then, he had dreamt of getting one himself, so he could just retire right away.
Unfortunately, it never dropped for him before he t his end.
Thinking back, Tristan felt a pang of nostalgia and sighed.
Now, he was contemplating what to do with this token.
There was no question—it was the first Guild Token on the server. The first guild to be established would trigger a server-wide announcent.
Which major guild would pass up such a chance to make a na for themselves?
Drake would never let this opportunity slip.
He would be the first to throw money at it.
But Tristan was considering sothing else—should he form his own guild?
After so thought, Tristan decided it wasn't necessary yet.
His leveling speed was simply too fast for ordinary players to catch up.
It would be impossible to find teammates who matched him, so forming a guild didn't seem practical.
If there was ever a need, he could just form a quick team; no need for a full guild.
Additionally, Tristan wasn't keen on managing a guild.
Handling the daily trivialities of a guild could drive him mad.
With that in mind, he felt at ease putting the Guild Token away for now.
"Better use this to improve my life," he muttered, though he wasn't ready to part with it yet.
Now wasn't the right ti to use it. Tristan was waiting for the perfect opportunity to ss with DarkSaber.
With the Guild Token safely tucked away, Tristan turned his attention to the final loot drop.
[Stone of Power (Silver Grade Item): Using this item permanently increases Strength by 20.]
There was no hesitation—he used it imdiately.
Once the loot was all sorted, Tristan checked his private ssages.
He opened the chat logs, and the rollercoaster of emotions from Drake was obvious. From initial excitent to subsequent unease, followed by full-on despair—it was quite the journey.
Feeling a bit guilty, Tristan sent a ssage:
"Sorry, I was busy with other things."
anwhile, from afar, Drake, deep in thought, suddenly leapt to his feet, shouting into the sky, "YES! I did it!"
The Assassin kicked him, saying, "What's wrong with you?"
Drake wasn't upset. He laughed, saying, "Blackshade replied. He said he has two pieces of gear he's willing to part with."
Drake sent over the Obsidian Plate Armor and the Obsidian Necklace stats in the team chat.
Both the Assassin and Archer sighed in unison.
None of them could use that gear.
But they also knew that whatever gear Blackshade could use, they likely couldn't get their hands on it either.
Unless it was sothing like a bow or crossbow—those might be up for grabs.
Drake said, "Blackshade hasn't given a price yet. Sophie, can you figure out a fair price?"
Sophie thought for a mont, then replied, "Five million."
"What?"
Drake was stunned, not because he thought it was too much, but because he thought it was too little.
Previously, he had spent over one hundred million on two Black Iron Grade items.
But now, these Silver Grade items were only worth five million?
Before Drake could respond, Sophie added, "Although I haven't spoken directly with Blackshade, based on what I know, he seems to have a soft spot for you, boss."
Drake frowned and muttered, "So you want to get him to lower the price because of this goodwill? That's not how I do things!"
Sophie continued, "Boss, just hear out. Apart from the five million, offer Iron Fist Alliance 20% of the shares."
For organizational purposes, Drake had long since registered Iron Fist Alliance as a club.
Years of effort had built it into sothing more than just a gaming guild—it was a multi-faceted organization.
The 20% shares were not a small amount.
The Assassin and Archer were both stunned.
As veteran mbers of Iron Fist Alliance, their combined shares only totaled 15%.
Now, Sophie was suggesting giving 20% to Blackshade?
Even though they understood Blackshade's power, they couldn't help but feel uneasy.
Why should he get 20%?
Could soone who solo-kills BOSSes do whatever they wanted?
Well… maybe they could.
The two fell into deep thought.
Drake, too, seed lost in contemplation. He said, "It's a good idea, but the final decision is up to Blackshade. If he doesn't want to be involved with us directly, he probably won't accept the shares. We need to prepare a backup plan."
Sophie nodded, "The backup plan is still five million, plus two general-use ranged skill books no lower than Black Iron Grade."
Drake approved, saying, "Sophie's suggestion is spot on."
He then opened his friend list and sent over the first proposal.
Drake really hoped Blackshade would accept the shares.
If he did, it would an Blackshade was officially part of Iron Fist Alliance.
Together, they would create the #1 guild in ExoGenesis.
After sending the ssage, Drake waited nervously for a reply, muttering, "What if Blackshade thinks I'm testing his true identity with the share offer? What if he gets mad and deletes as a friend? Sophie, co up with a plan for !"
Sophie sighed.
Her boss wasn't usually this anxious.
But considering Blackshade's potential, it was understandable.
Just as Drake was about to lose his mind, he finally received a response from Blackshade.
"Your chief strategist gave two options. I choose the second one."
