Or, Zhao Haiping would have called him directly.

Zhang Biao also nodded.
Lin Chuan smiled faintly and slowly said, "National Security."
The elder's eyes narrowed, as if a sharp light flashed, almost piercing through Lin Chuan.
But, vastly experienced as he was, he found Lin Chuan's eyes to be clear, unflustered under his piercing gaze, without the slightest ripple.
This surprised him greatly.
Zhang Biao and the young man beside him gaped in shock.
"Did I guess right?" Lin Chuan smiled and looked at the elder.
The elder relaxed into a smile, visibly pleased.
Zhang Biao appropriately chid in, "Comrade Lin, this is Director Zhou."
"I'm three cycles older than Comrade Lin, so I'll take the liberty of asking you to call Elder Zhou, rather than Director Zhou or Zhou Departnt, which sounds too impersonal," the elder said with a warm smile.
National Security, Director Zhou Weijun.
"Elder Zhou," Lin Chuan nodded in greeting.
Zhou Weijun smiled, glancing at Zhang Biao.
