The next day, early in the morning.

Lin Chuan was full of vigor, having changed into his clothes, and pulled open the curtains.

The Little Landlady, just like any other day, wore a professional outfit suitable for a working woman, a light grey long skirt outlining her graceful figure, her face delicately made up to a stunningly beautiful effect, with a down jacket worn over to keep out the cold.

“Looking forward?”

Other people were coming after him, and he was actually looking forward to it?

“Shouldn’t I be looking forward to it?”
Lin Chuan said with a smile, in response.
“Should you be looking forward to it?” The Little Landlady also replied with a rhetorical question, blinking her eyes.
“Think about it, I’m about to et my old adversary, and by my own hand, send her to the police station. Isn’t the feeling of defeating an opponent sothing to look forward to?” Lin Chuan laughed heartily.
“It seems so.”
The Little Landlady nodded slightly, then added, “But it’s also very dangerous, isn’t it?”
Lin Chuan gently tapped her head, “Don’t worry, I don’t do things I’m not confident about.”
“That’s good to hear,” the Little Landlady responded with a light laugh.
“Let’s go.”

The bleak northern wind rustled the evergreen southern grass, a gentle scratching sound reaching Lin Chuan’s ears, along with the cries of breakfast vendors and morning walkers nearby.
Lin Chuan stepped into the company’s main entrance.
The employees greeted him enthusiastically.
Among them was Angelina.
Clad in a casual style, Angelina wore washed blue skinny jeans that showcased her straight long legs, and a high-necked beige sweater that accentuated her snow-white skin. Her hair was light blonde, eyes a pale brown, giving off an uncommon beauty.
Seeing Lin Chuan, she gave a beaming smile, “Idol! Little Director Zhang!”
Lin Chuan nodded, “Morning, Angelina.”
The Little Landlady also nodded with a smile.
Angelina glanced at the two, a trace of sothing different in her eyes, mixed with confusion. With no one else around, she asked, “Today, seems a little different, doesn’t it?”
Lin Chuan raised an eyebrow, looked at her for a mont, and then said, “Talk in the office.”
The Little Landlady was sowhat surprised as well.

Lin Chuan and the Little Landlady exchanged glances, a trace of surprise in their eyes. But seeing that she had noticed, Lin Chuan didn’t plan to hide it and asked, “You’ve noticed?”
Angelina nodded, “I saw those plainclothes officers downstairs.”
“How do you know they’re plainclothes?”

Lin Chuan followed behind.
Angelina pointed to several people on the sidewalk below who were walking.
The Little Landlady muttered, “What about them?”
Angelina’s smile widened, “With this weather, and considering they’re not old n, plus one of them is a pri young man, these people wandering around the company are quite unusual.”
As she spoke, she pointed elsewhere.
The others followed her gaze.
“That car over there looks like a young couple, but they’re sitting in the driver’s seat without much intimate interaction, instead appearing to wait for sothing. The breakfast cart owner is clumsy with his actions, gets distracted even when custors co.”
“All these signs suggest that they could be plainclothes officers. If it’s not you guys who have an operation planned, then they’re here to catch you.”
A flicker of surprise and admiration appeared in Lin Chuan’s eyes, and he nodded, “Your eyes are quite sharp.”
Angelina chuckled quietly, “Seems like I guessed right.”
Lin Chuan nodded slightly.
She continued, “Such an operation is too obvious. I can see it, and if the opponent is a bit more ticulous, then you are very likely to fail.”
“In your opinion, what should be done?”
Knowing Angelina’s vast experience and no ordinary status, Lin Chuan asked casually.
After a mont of contemplation, she said, “Those people should first withdraw to the side.”
“Wouldn’t that be a bit dangerous?” The Little Landlady voiced her small concern.
Angelina smiled, “Little Director Zhang, don’t worry, just temporarily pull back and stay hidden. We can also have so officers infiltrate our company and lie in wait. Then, we can strike together from inside and out; the enemy won’t be able to escape.”
