Compared to the Stick Goblin which any average adult could easily beat, or the Short Knife Goblin that an ordinary person with a cold weapon could also defeat if they tried hard enough, this Thief Goblin could easily massacre ordinary adults with its superior Agility attribute.
Unless the ordinary adult had a firearm, with just an ordinary cold weapon, they definitely wouldn’t stand a chance because attribute overwhelming is not sothing easily resolved.
After all, the Thief Goblin’s lateral comparison target is the Licker of the sa tier, which is much stronger due to its wall-climbing ability. If the only firearm to hand is a semi-automatic pistol, that’s equally useless; only a rifle’s burst fire could potentially counter-attack.

Since both types of Second-tier One-star Monsters he had killed so far, the Prototype Tyrant and the Big Goblin, had Racial Talents of D-grade, Zhang Yanhang guessed that to have even a slight chance at C-grade Racial Talent would require at least Second Tier Two Stars.
And since the Goblin Shaman in the Goblin Plain, a Second-tier One-star Elite Monster, happens to be of Second Tier Two Stars strength, Zhang Yanhang felt he could definitely verify this issue on it to determine whether it holds a D-level or C-level Quality Talent.
If it is a C-level Quality, then it would make it a little easier for Zhang Yanhang to find monsters that are initially C-level in talent later; but if it is D-level, then that’s just one more difficulty added to an already challenging task.
"Alas, I haven’t even found a monster with D-level Initial Talent Quality yet; trying to leapfrog directly to C-level is even more difficult. I feel like there’s hardly any hope in the Second Tier, but maybe in the Third Tier, it could be possible."
Zhang Yanhang felt that this matter of looking for new monsters should ideally be resolved after clearing the Goblin Plain, so he shifted his focus back to the treasure box.
