Chapter 789: Chapter 143 Confrontation and lee
“No—”
The Ancient Gold Dragon fiercely beat its wings, waving the scepter in its claws, and let out a sorrowful cry: “Evil Dragons! How could you just kill Duke Walter, kill a being who stood so firmly for kindness and justice!
Heroes will never be forgotten, while tyrants like you will be inscribed on the pillars of history’s sha!”
From the end of the golden scepter, a dazzling rainbow light shot out, nearly one ter in diater, mixed with the power of various elents, and struck directly towards the distant Red Dragon.
“Boom!”
Cassius stretched out his right claw, created a sorcery vortex, and effortlessly absorbed all the energy of the rainbow light, not forgetting to sneer: “He wanted to kill , so I killed him, is this not true fairness?
Only you self-proclaid just hypocrites are allowed to besiege , the ‘tyrant’, and not allow to fight back. Expecting both fa and life, where in this world does such a good deal exist?” The Red Dragon calmly countered, with a hint of mockery shining in its pale golden pupils.
“Moreover… he ca looking for his own death, and it was he himself who unsealed the Divine Power Origin, not sothing I forced.” The Red Dragon picked up the pulsating golden orb in its hand, greedily inspecting it closely.
Imdiately after, it tore off a small piece of Sun God Power and swallowed it. The Chaos Flas inside its body decomposed this power, while the Order Fire recombined them into Cassius’s own strength.
The Red Dragon’s massive body had a clearly defined division of labor, forming a powerful digestive system capable of absorbing Divine Power.
The torrential and blazing Power of the Sun surged into the Red Dragon’s belly, filling its body, and making it issue a satisfied and exhilarating hum. Cassius even closed his eyes, appearing to savor the taste of this power thoroughly.
To the allies of Walter, this was akin to desecrating the remains of a fallen comrade right in front of them, an unabashed humiliation!
“You, you will pay the price!” Due to extre sorrow and rage, the voice of the Ancient Gold Dragon trembled.
“Sinner…”
Lord Balachiel also had a solemn expression, and for the first ti, an emotion known as “sorrow” appeared on the perfect, flawless silver face of the Lord of Silver Heaven.
“In the na of Heaven, I shall grant you the ultimate Judgnt, so the departed spirits may rest in peace…
Rember, the battle is not over! Even though there are sacrifices on the path of light, justice and Order will ultimately prevail!”
Lord Balachiel’s gaze turned fierce as the silver longsword in his hand once again burst into electrical light, releasing blades composed of starlight. A divine form hundreds of ters tall appeared around him, with nurous massive Light Wheels rotating behind him.
The Gold Dragon flapped its wings and took to the sky, roaring: “Duke Walter was deceived by this cunning Red Dragon and thus lost his life! No rules need to be observed when dealing with such a creature!
Lord Balachiel, we should join forces this ti, and not give this despicable and shaless criminal any chance!”
Cassius also beat his Dragon Wings, climbing thousands of ters instantly, and did not forget to let out a wild laugh: “Finally, you can’t help but show your true colors, can you?
Ha ha ha good, then let the entire Fianso see the ugly faces of you hypocrites, paving the way for the future of the Empire!”
“Boom!”
Thunder roared across the sky, and Lord Balachiel did not respond with words, but with dense Heavenly Lightning that filled the sky, then slashing across with the Starlight Longsword.
However, the Red Dragon easily sidestepped and opened its mouth to release a torrential Dragonfla, turning half of the sky into a sea filled with flas and smoke.
Under the exquisite control of the Elental Master, Cassius’s Dragonfla even burned the clouds in the sky, swallowing Lord Balachiel’s Heavenly Lightning.
The two completely different Elental Powers collided, countered, and fused with each other, forming constantly surging, splendid cloud formations, where tongues of fla ravaged one mont and Thunderstorms the next.
“Subspace Sword!”
Lord Balachiel shouted angrily, as countless golden Light Swords carrying the power of Heaven flew toward the Red Dragon, even splitting the space they passed through.
“Roar—” Cassius opened his mouth and spewed out a torrent of dark red Dragonfla, forming a barrier made of a sea of fire in front of him, devouring those Light Swords.
But when Lord Balachiel looked around with True Vision Technique, he didn’t find the Red Dragon’s whereabouts, and he didn’t notice, right above his head, the flas quickly converged into the shape of a giant Dragon.
“Watch out above!” Titus cried anxiously. He flapped his wings, seemingly wanting to co to the rescue, but the Red Dragon sneered, extending a claw and with a hefty Pillar of Fire blasted the Gold Dragon away.
And Cassius dove rapidly from the sky, his mouth filled with a fearso glow, seemingly about to pierce through that divine incarnation from above.
Lord Balachiel suddenly folded his wings, lifting the longsword above his head, with the trendous power of Heaven gathering above him, forming a silver Round Shield with a diater of a hundred ters.
[Heavenly Holy Shield]
“Boom—” The Dragonfla poured from Cassius’s mouth but was blocked by the silver Round Shield, unable to penetrate a single fraction further.
And as Lord Balachiel swung his longsword, the Starlight Blade ca hurtling down with terrifying montum, as if to split the Red Dragon in two.
“Ao—” Cassius could only let out a long cry, flapping his Dragon Wings, swiftly turning around, hiding his figure behind the cover of Dragonfla.
The Red Dragon’s body had already acquired nurous wounds, yet they were healing at a visibly rapid rate.
