Chapter 775: Chapter 129: The Disordered Legion

“This is impossible! You were clearly killed by ! Even the Resurrection Technique shouldn’t take effect this quickly…”

Karen, filled with shock and anger, pointed his longsword at the familiar Half-Dragon, but soon he was surprised to find the bloodstains on the blade had vanished, and the headless corpse from before was also nowhere to be seen.

Resurrected imdiately after being killed, with even the corpse disappearing without a trace.

Karen couldn’t help but recall his battles with the demons, those abyssal demons do the sa: if killed in the Material Plane, they are summoned back to The Abyss to be resurrected.

His throat moved, and he couldn’t help but ask: “What in the world are you!”

The Iron Madman blurted out: “I’m your daddy! You, Birdman, actually took advantage of my unpreparedness to launch a sneak attack from behind, truly shaless to the extre!”

Then, he showed a proud smile on his face, took out a full eight tal balls, and clamped them all between his fingers.

“But this ti, I’ve made thorough preparations. I’ve spent thousands of experience points on this Quick Resurrection, I can’t waste this opportunity.

So—die, Birdman!”

The Iron Madman, full of confidence, let out a fierce shout, threw the tal balls in his hand, and with the ripples in space and the surrounding dance of electrifying arcs, these tal balls suddenly unfolded in mid-air.

Seven of the tal balls unleashed Floating Gun Platforms, Ard Robots, combat chanical Hounds, and various other War Machines researched by the chanical God Cult, which surrounded the Angel Divine Descendant.

And the last tal ball released a nearly ten-ters-tall giant Arcane Armor; the Iron Madman leaped into the cockpit and let out a wild laugh, as loud chanical noises also started: “Birdman, are you scared?

Ha ha ha, ignorant primitive one, tremble under the chanical iron fist of the God of All chanisms!”

Karen’s expression remained calm as he looked around at the surrounding machines and softly said: “Such exquisite magic devices, but they are… just clever toys.”

“Toys? Foolish native, let show you their power!” The Iron Madman clamored, dissatisfied, then pressed a button.

Suddenly, the electromagnetic cannon on the Arcane Armor’s left arm charged up with terrifying power of lightning, accompanied by the deafening roar of exploding air, a thick Lightning Bolt shot out, striking directly at the distant Angel Divine Descendant.

Then, the surrounding Floating Gun Platforms rained down dense Light Particle Bullets, launched terrifying electromagnetic bombs, and the machine guns below burst out tongues of fla incessantly.

For a mont, Light Particle Bullets, electromagnetic bombs, Lightning Bolts, and battle machines surrounded the Angel Divine Descendant from all directions, as if a net from heaven and earth was cast, creating an imposing spectacle.

However, Karen rely grasped his longsword unhurriedly with both hands and plunged it into the ground.

“Swish—”

In an instant, a hemispherical shield composed of light rapidly expanded, blocking everything around, whether it was bullets, lightning, or bombs, all were annihilated completely.

The Iron Madman’s eyes widened, staring at the Angel Divine Descendant who had drawn his sword in the distance, he couldn’t help but exclaim: “What the heck?”

The Ard Robots also rushed over, swinging light blades on their arms, and the chanical Hounds leapt into the air like missiles, charging towards the Angel Divine Descendant.

“Awooooo—”

“re mortals, do you think you are qualified to challenge a true Divine Descendant just because you got lucky and killed my comrade?”

Karen sneered without even looking back, wielding his longsword at a Speed indiscernible to the naked eye.

“Buzz—Boom!”

A flash of white blade light swept through as if cutting through the air, the encroaching robots and chanical Hounds were bisected, exploding in mid-air.

“This isn’t right, this Birdman… he’s excessively strong.”

Watching the easily destroyed machines, observing the three question marks over the Angel Divine Descendant’s head, the Iron Madman felt an ominous premonition rising inside.

Because he can’t see the information, the Iron Madman knows that the Challenge Level of his opponent is at least 15, or even higher.

But having recently killed an Angel Divine Descendant of Level 15 by chance, he was in a phase of over-the-top confidence, the Iron Madman believed his chanical creations could bridge this re five-Level gap.

What the Iron Madman didn’t know, however, was that the opponent’s Challenge Level was 21, a full ten Levels higher than him, and the gap between them was like the difference between heaven and earth.

As the Marquis of Holy Fadlan, Karen was an absolute standout even among Angel Divine Descendants, having reached Legendary status during his Ascension decades ago, and even once achieved the peak of Legendary prowess.

Even if Marquis Karen had gradually weakened after the great collapse of Holy Fadlan and lost a lot of his strength, he remained an absolute Legendary Warrior, an existence beyond the reach of mortals.

The Iron Madman, trembling, watched the Angel Divine Descendant stepping towards him and pressed the “ergency protection” button.

“Swish—”

A barrier flickering with dim light and electrical arcs appeared in front of him, enveloping the entire Arcane cha.

This shield could withstand a Fifth Tier Spell, but it didn’t bring the Iron Madman a bit of safety—because the Angel Divine Descendant had already flapped his wings, soared high into the sky, with his longsword also emitting dazzling light.

“Boom!”

A golden-red Pillar of Fire descended from the heavens, instantly piercing the shield, impaling the whole Arcane cha.

“My armor—”

And before the Iron Madman in the cockpit could finish his wail, he was turned to ashes by the Pillar of Fire, not even a trace of him remained.

“Endless resurrection…

Even those Divine beings with powerful Divine Power can’t do this easily, these guys… what exactly are they?”
