Chapter 1201: Chapter 351: The Red Dragon Awakens in the Depths of the Volcano (Part 2)
To imprison the soul of a quasi-god and conduct experints and research on it, even the audacious Netheril Empire, known for daring to blasphe the divine, rarely sees arcanists go to such lengths.
She imdiately felt her eyes nearly burst from their sockets, shouting, “No! You can’t insult a great Ancient Dragon like this! Not even the most despicable, shaless Gold Dragon would do such a thing!”
“That’s not for you to decide. Furthermore—at this point, you’re nothing more than a wandering soul. Can you really still be called a ‘giant dragon’?” Cassius’s lips curled up as he extended his dragon claw, causing rippling patterns in the space around the dragon soul, as if a giant vortex was going to swallow it whole.
Seeing this scene, Goraz Dera could no longer care about dignity, rely kneeling on the ground, shouting in terror, “Cassius! Spare ! I can reveal His Majesty Tiamat’s plan to you. I can even tell you all the secrets of apotheosis!”
But Cassius grinned, his massive dragon claw suddenly clenching, causing the surrounding space to shatter like fragile glass.
With a teasing tone, he said softly, “If you still have sothing to say—tell it to my researchers!”
“Swish—”
Accompanied by a violent spatial fluctuation, a gigantic rift appeared in mid-air, generating a powerful attraction that pulled Goraz Dera’s soul entirely inside.
When Goraz Dera opened her eyes again, she saw a clean white ceiling, with various tallic instrunts shining under the glaring lights.
“Where is this?”
At first confused, Goraz Dera then beca extrely furious, roaring with the remaining Dragon’s Might: “Ants, audacious ants, do you know who I am?”
The Empire’s researcher, dressed in a pristine white lab coat, smiled and said, “Honorable Goraz Dera, welco to the Empire’s Institute of Divinity and Magic. We hope you will cooperate actively in the upcoming experints. Out of humanitarian spirit, we will try to minimize your pain during these experints…”
“Ah! Let go, let go—”
…
In Aphernas, the Tiamat Divine Realm, the Dragon Queen’s resplendent palace was shrouded in a silent atmosphere.
Inside the grand hall, ancient dragons and above, all dragons that would make mortals tremble in the Material Plane, exchanged glances, swallowing nervously, none daring to speak first, fearing they might beco the target of the Dragon Queen’s wrath.
After all, the news of Goraz Dera’s defeat and the fall of the Blue Dragon Sect had spread throughout the Material Plane and even echoed across the Multiverse.
The allied forces, consisting of the Ashen Empire’s troops, the remnants of the Seleucis Kingdom, and the tal Dragon Legion, battled against the Dragon Worship Cult’s forces in Rock Rift Valley. Ashen Empire’s Emperor Cassius and Thunder Tyrant Goraz Dera even personally joined the fight, clashing under the watchful eyes of countless beings.
It’s said that battle was earth-shattering, shocking all living things.
The sky was filled with rolling clouds, lightning, and thunder, while the earth beca riddled with deep scars, countless chasms, and flowing magma. It’s said that the bodies of dead soldiers and dragon beasts nearly filled the Rock Rift Valley, with foul blood forming gurgling rivers.
In that battle, Goraz Dera, having been promoted to a quasi-god, was defeated by Cassius and cruelly burned to ashes, not even leaving behind a complete corpse.
Finally, after a long silence, Tiamat lifted her head indifferently, her gaze cold and solemn, a hoarse and ruthless voice erging from deep in her throat, breaking the silence:
“Ladies and gentlen—could it be that in this vast Five-Colored Dragon Clan, there is not one who can contend with that traitor?”
“…”
Tiamat’s voice echoed within the vast palace, yet the dragons remained utterly silent, not daring to respond at all.
The Five-Colored Dragon Queen’s face was somber as she glanced around, eyeing each five-colored dragon. Her sharp gaze made them shiver in spirit, unable to help but bow their heads in fear of drawing attention.
The ancient Red Dragon, Kaleimas, held his breath, and his scales trembled slightly, but Tiamat still focused her gaze on him, coldly questioning, “Kaleimas, tell —how do we defeat that junior?”
Kaleimas braced himself and stepped forward cautiously, saying, “Your Majesty, that traitor is no threat. Before your mighty power, any mortal will be crushed into fragnts…”
Tiamat lashed out in fury, “If everything requires my personal intervention, why do I keep you all? Useless, all of you, get out!”
“This is my final ultimatum: kill that traitor at any cost!”
With a roar, a powerful shockwave was unleashed within the grand hall, causing the five-colored dragons to flee in panic, their massive forms staggered by the gale outside the splendid palace, until they fell into the Material Plane.
In the grand hall, only the Five-Colored Dragon Queen was left. Her five distinct heads were all cloaked in a thick haze, with deep, dark eyes casting endless resentnt and killing intent.
“The three bodies I selected were destroyed by that traitor, leaving only one. There’s no way to complete the Trine Ritual now… I must awaken Kazuul ahead of ti.”
“No matter, as long as I take over that traitor’s body, I can still rule the earth and descend upon the Material Plane!”
Her five fierce heads rose high, looking toward the distance, with fierce ambition and ferocious destruction desires shining through her deep-set eyes, as if to tear everything in sight to shreds.
