The power of the golden palm was overwhelming, and Zhang Wei was sure he wouldn't be able to withstand it. He closed his eyes, waiting for the end, But just as it was about to crush him, a golden ray of light suddenly appeared out of nowhere, destroying the golden palm.
Bai Shuan's eyes narrowed as he put on a facade of surprise. "Who dares to interfere?" he snarled, pretending to be caught off guard.
In the distance, a figure erged, his face seemingly ordinary but his piercing blue eyes exuded an aura of aloofness that commanded attention.
Bai Shuan's breath caught in his throat as he recognized the figure. "Xue Ren," he whispered, shock evident on his face as his heart sank.
