A sly smile spread across Kai's face as he chuckled softly. "Can't you see through the disguise with your keen perception?"

Curiosity bead in Liang's eyes as he leaned even closer, eager for Kai's answer. "You an, you actually can see through his illusion?"

With a knowing glint in his eyes, Kai nodded subtly. "Why don't you make a guess?"

Liang's eyes flickered with a flash of recognition, his face twisted into a mix of surprise and disbelief. "Don't tell he is that idiot!" he exclaid, unable to hide his astonishnt.

Kai chuckled, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "It's indeed him," he confird, a wicked grin spreading across his face. "I have already marked his soul with a sin mark. He can't hide from ."

"If even we have set our eyes on him, then the others surely will too!" Liang responded, a sly smile outlining his lips. There was a sense of anticipation in his voice.

Kai's smile widened, his voice full of curiosity. "What about that woman?" he inquired, his gaze searching for answers.

"You an Yun Wei?" Liang questioned, his eyebrows furrowing in thought. "What about her?"

"We haven't seen her until now," Kai answered, his tone laced with intrigue.

"If I'm not mistaken, she should be in one of the second-floor chambers," Liang revealed, a secretive grin on his face.

Suddenly, Kai's tone turned more serious. "By the way," he interjected, his voice tinged with curiosity. "You haven't told about her."

"I am actually not sure about her identity," Liang confessed, his head shaking slightly as uncertainty clouded his expression.

"What do you an by that?" Kai probed further, his curiosity growing.

Liang paused, contemplating his words carefully. After a mont, he spoke, his voice serene yet mysterious. "At first, I thought she was one of the Mortal Ascension Legion mbers. However, after much deliberation and investigation, I dismissed this notion."

"Why so?" Kai's interest piqued, eager for an answer.

Liang's smile deepened as he answered, his eyes gleaming with secrecy. "I have my reasons," he teased, leaving Kai in suspense.

Their attention shifted to the stage where the auctioneer announced the beginning of the bid for the Phoenix Ember Salve.

All eyes turned to the stage as the auctioneer took a mont to compose herself. The atmosphere crackled with excitent, the room buzzing with anticipation.

Suddenly, a voice, soft yet commanding, resonated from one of the private chambers on the second floor. "Six million elental crystals."

The audience gasped collectively, their murmurs of astonishnt and intrigue spreading like wildfire.

Observing the confusion etched on Kai's face, Liang's smile remained steadfast, a serene mask that revealed nothing beneath its tranquil surface.
