The woman who spoke was none other than the Phoenix that Liang had encountered before. However, this ti, her presence was even more imposing and powerful. The aura that emanated from her body was not any weaker than that of a half-step Void Transformation Realm expert. Her eyes, a captivating shade of golden, seed to hold both wisdom and power.

"Senior Feng Xue," the middle-aged man called Senior Brother Li, greeted with a nod. "It seems you have arrived just in ti."

Feng Xue's crimson eyes flickered with o

amusent. "Oh, Li Song, it's rare for you to acknowledge soone of my status."

Li Song chuckled, seemingly unfazed by her sarcasm. "We are all here for the sa purpose. It would be wise for us to set aside our differences for now."

Zi Er, still harboring her disdain for the Divine Spirit Palace, crossed her arms and scoffed. "Setting aside differences doesn't an we have to trust them." Her eyes narrowed as she focused on Feng Xue.

The man with two formidable horns stepped forward, his crimson eyes piercing and cold. "Zi Er, it seems you have forgotten your place in the hierarchy," he sneered condescendingly. "The Divine Spirit Palace has always been superior to the likes of the Heaven's End Pavilion."

A vein on Zi Er's temple twitched, her clenched fists showing her inner turmoil. "Superiority ans nothing if you lack sanity."

Li Sing glared at Zi Er and said with a respectful tone. "I apologize for the lack of manners shown by my junior sister."

"I must say, I find this squabbling quite entertaining," she remarked, a faint smile playing on her lips. "But let us not forget the reason we are here. Our goal is to seek answers and execute vengeance, not to bicker amongst ourselves."

"Indeed, we should focus on finding any remaining mbers of the Starry Sky Alliance," stated a man with silver hair, his features refined and serene.

The man with two horns Cang Yan, narrowed his eyes and spoke up. "And what do you propose we do? The Starry Sky Alliance has disappeared without a trace, and our attempts to gather information have been futile."

"And what if they're already dead?" interjected a man with a scar running down his face, his voice laced with a hint of bitterness.

"The Mortal Ascension Legion knows no rcy. Perhaps they have already taken their lives," he suggested grimly.

The atmosphere grew heavier as the reality of their situation sank in. They had co to exact vengeance, but they were faced with the possibility of failure.

In the wake of the devastating news that all their mbers in the Spiritdrift World had t their untily demise, the Divine Spirit Palace and the Heaven End Pavilion were consud by a fierce desire for answers and retribution. Determined to uncover the truth behind the heinous act, they dispatched their elite experts into the Spiritdrift World, their hearts burning with righteous fury.

These elite experts embarked on a relentless slaughter, leaving no stone unturned in their pursuit of justice. They unleashed their wrath upon any faction suspected of even the slightest association with the despised Mortal Ascension Legion and the Starry Sky Alliance. No rcy was shown as they systematically eradicated these groups, their vengeance leaving no room for second thoughts.

However, the journey to uncover the full extent of the conspiracy took an unexpected turn upon their arrival in Paradise City. To their astonishnt, they only found the Mortal Ascension Legion mbers. As for the Starry Sky Alliance, an eerie emptiness greeted their search, leaving the elite experts puzzled and baffled by the absence of any sign of the alliance's existence.

A soft sigh escaped the lips of a woman with long, flowing golden hair. "Perhaps it's ti to consider a different approach."

Feng Xue nodded, her expression contemplative. "Most probably they have foreseen our response and fled imdiately."

Cang Yan's erald eyes narrowed, his brows furrowing in thought. "If that's the case, then how about we launch attacks on their other branches? Perhaps that will force them out and reveal the truth."

Li Song shook his head in disagreent. "That would probably cause a catastrophic realm war, and that's not what we want."

Ren, the silver-haired man with an air of wisdom, spoke up. "Besides, that kind of action goes against the rules we abide by," he interjected, his voice holding a hint of authority. "The most important rule being that each faction branch's actions only represent themselves, not the entire faction."

Hu Lu, the man with a scar running across his face, sneered in contempt. "If they held any respect for the rules, they wouldn't have done this in the first place."

Seriana, the woman with flowing golden hair, remained composed amidst the tension, her voice echoing with a sense of authority. "It doesn't matter. Since we haven't been able to locate any alliance mbers, we are left with no other choice but to head to their headquarters and demand an explanation."

Seriana looked at Feng Xue for a mont, a flicker of rembrance crossing her face. "Have you managed to find the person you've been searching for?"

Feng Xue's expression tensed montarily as mories of the humiliation she had endured earlier that day resurfaced. "Not yet," she replied with a hint of determination, "but I have made progress in obtaining so leads."

"Speaking of which," She continued, "this individual has recently joined the legion. However, we have yet to co across him. Not only that, there are still six or seven other crucial experts within the legion that seem to have vanished."

Li Song furrowed his brows in concern, his eyes narrowing as he processed Feng Xue's words, "How is it possible that such crucial mbers have remained hidden from us for so long? Have they also left with the Alliance mbers?"

Feng Xue nodded, her voice laced with frustration. "Indeed, that seems to be the case. Yet, what truly concerns is the magnitude of whatever it is they are attempting to conceal."
