He looked at the wolf with wide eyes as it lay at his feet, his first actual kill in the ga, aside from the rchant.

The chats were instantly flooded with people shocked that a level one had actually managed to kill such a wolf. It was a shocking sight to see even if he was aided by a buff.

Honestly, it was a hard thing to do, but Kai was heavily trained in virtual gas. He had so good level of decent skills. He was also what one would consider a gifted gar. Things just seed to work well when he gad.

Kai turned around and looked at the girl. "Are you alright?" he asked her, placing a hand on her shoulder.

She looked at Kai, and then her eyes suddenly started watering, her lips quivering.

"Wait, wait, why are you crying? Please stop," Kai said. He didn’t know what to do, looking at her with confusion.

[Fla_spirit001: Did bro actually make a child cry?]

[LordGooner143: smh, bro is an in-ga predator]

"Oh co on, don’t tarnish my image," Kai thought. He was still wondering what was making the girl cry.

"Tell what’s wrong, I’ll help," he said.

She finally slowed down in her crying, using the back of her hands to wipe her tears. Then, with a quivering voice, she spoke.

"My-my family heirloom, the wolves took it," she said, the tears welling up in her eyes again.

"So this is the special quest? What do I do now, accept or decline? I should ask my chat," Kai determined the best way to go.

He pulled up the streaming screen, only to see that he had over 500 views as it stayed stable there, rising and falling but not going below 500.

This was the largest stream he had so far, and it made him excited, but he had to stay focused.

He shared his system screen to the chat and allowed them to see the mission, imdiately making a poll there.

"What should I do? Make your votes for if I should take the quest," Kai said.

He waited for a few seconds and the polls ca in, and yes for taking the quest won by a landslide, though there were still those that chose no.

With the majority choosing yes, Kai accepted the quest.

"Alright, I’ll help you, just lead the way," he said.

Her eyes lit up the mont she heard that. She almost leaped for joy.

"My na is Mira, Mira Blade," she said with a smile, and then imdiately rushed into the forest.

Kai followed behind her, keeping pace. She travelled about two hundred ters into the forest and then ca to a stop.

She hid behind a tree and signalled Kai to co as well. He walked behind the tree too, and she pointed in the distance. There was a collection of caves right there, attached to a small mountain.

He saw grey wolves around the mouths of the caves, laying together. He counted at least seven wolves in total.

"Where is the heirloom?" Kai asked.

"Inside the cave," she replied.

"What were you doing inside a cave like that?" Kai asked.

"I needed to get a certain herb. I bought an item from the rchant in town that would allow to hide from the wolves. It turned out to be a scam and wore off after I was inside.

I managed to escape, but lost the heirloom inside there," she said, her eyes tearing up again.

"Don’t cry, I’ll help you. The issue is how?" Kai said. He looked at the wolves there. Even with the buff from having viewers, there was no way he could fight off wolves. He had to start thinking of a way for him to handle this situation.

[Fla_spirit001: Taking on a pack of grey wolves when you have no resources is a death sentence]

[Savage-Rider22: You could try baiting them out]

The chat exploded with ideas on how to defeat the pack of wolves, but none of them were really feasible right now.

"I can help you," Mira suddenly said. She pulled out a green crystal and then placed it on the ground.

"I can use this to create a magical circle that will buff you more than I did before. That way you could fight longer and save it," she said.

Kai looked at the crystal on the ground. He was skeptical, but he had no other choice right now. "Alright, I’ll trust you," Kai said.

She nodded and then went on one knee. She used her hands to draw in the sand, creating a magical circle around the crystal. She closed her eyes. "Ancient will of strength," she muttered, and imdiately the crystal lit up, and so did the magical circle.

Kai also glowed suddenly with a green light.

[You have received an ancient buff of strength, all stats increased 500%]

Kai’s eyes lit up when he saw the buff. He looked at Mira with shock. Who exactly was she to be able to give such a buff?

"Move fast, the crystal will last for about five minutes before it crumbles to dust."

"Five minutes, hopefully that’s enough," Kai said. He took a deep breath and then drew his sword.

He walked out from behind the tree and then into the clearing. Imdiately, the wolves picked up his scent. They all turned their heads to look at him, instantly growling and showing their teeth.

[Savage-Rider22: If you manage to survive this, I’m definitely becoming a full subscriber.]

[Fla_spirit001: Sa, it would be aweso if he did.]

[LordGooner143: I’m dropping a gift if he does]

With his streaming career on the verge of a good breakthrough, everything leaned on what would happen in this battle. He gritted his teeth, watching as the wolves lunged forward at him.
