Kai looked at what Savage dug up for him in a few seconds and he was stunned by the content of what he said. From that alone he knew that she wasn’t a normal player.

Curious to find more details, he used Appraisal on her, but instantly it was blocked, sothing slamd against his appraisal like a wall.

’Shit, I can’t even look into her in depth.’ Kai complained internally.

Gala seed to notice what Kai tried to do, she looked at him and smirked even more, "haha, you really are worth it, I want you know, will you co with ?" She asked, eyes gleaming.

Kai subconsciously took a step back, "you do know that this is a ga right? You can’t have , I’m not property." Kai said calmly.

She frowned when she heard this, her grip tightened around her staff and her smile fell. "Are you telling I can’t have you?" She asked, as if trying to confirm what Kai was saying.

"Well yeah, that’s a given." Kai replied.

She looked at him, paused for a few seconds, then she thrust her hands into the air, staff pointing into the sky, her eyes shining bright, as a massive flaming red magical circle ford in the sky.

It kept growing more and more, bleeding a very diabolical energy.

Kai looked at it and knew that he was fucked, massively at that.

"Shit, I might have just gotten myself into trouble." Kai muttered.

[BlueWolf331: What the hell is even happening anymore, how is this a Raid? ]

[CrimsonWolf: BlueWolf331, I wish we knew what was happening]

[Savage-Rider22: she just pulled out a freaking S ranked spell]

[LordGooner143: A powerful baddie, I like that]

’Tch, Lord Gooner if I ever find you I’ll throw hands’ Kai thought, he chuckled softly and turned his attention back toward the magic circle in the sky.

Gala looked at Kai, her eyes shining with greed, she licked her lips once again, "hand yourself over to and I’ll allow this town survive, else, I’ll destroy everything that’s here." She said, giving her ultimatum.

Kai looked at the magical circle again and then looked at her. "Nah, I’m not coming with you" He said straight.

Her face shifted to shock imdiately, "don’t you want to save this town?" She asked.

"Well yeah, but that doesn’t an I’ll go with you, you’re hella freaky and powerful, you’d use like so sort of toy if you get your hands on ." Kai said, shaking his head, he wasn’t no hero, he didn’t have the heart to sacrifice any part of him for so ridiculous town

Gala was bumd when she heard that, she believed that it would have worked.

"Tch, you’ll not be getting off that easy, let’s see how you really take it" She said and was about to unleash the spell.

"Wait!" Kai called out, she looked at him, the eagerness in her eyes returning, "you want to agree now? I might have to raise the-"

"No, nope, just wanted to say that protecting this town is actually a very important mission, so I can’t allow you." After saying that he launched forward at her, running at his highest speed.

She looked at him and scoffed in anger, "you brat, " She said.

Kai dashed at her only for an invisible red barrier to slam into him and throw him back, he hit the ground hard and rolled for a few ters before coming to a stop.

She looked at him with a grin, "there’s no way for you to stop , unless you agree to follow ." She offered again.

"Damn you sound like the devil." Kai remarked, he stabbed his sword into the ground, and then stretched his arms.

He looked over to Mira who was sitting there and watching, "Mira, do you have anything better? I want to break her barrier" He asked while pointing at Gala.

Mira looked at Gala for a few seconds then back at Kai, she nodded, "but it might damage you a lot, your level is too low for this buff." She said, warning him.

"Yeah, I understand" Kai replied, "just give sothing really good." He said.

Mira imdiately rose to her feet, placing Cuddles on her neck, she summoned her grimoire and then got into casting.

She muttered so words, her eyes glowed gold, and Kai imdiately received a buff, he glowed gold as well.

[Buff of the Golden Dragon, all stats tripled, duration 10 Seconds, cost 50 health point per second]

’Shit, this buff will wipe out half my health, Sheesh, that’s a steep cost.’ Kai thought, he grabbed his sword imdiately and looked at Gala.

"Ten seconds, that’s all I have" He blasted off, the ground cracked, dust rose, a trail of light followed Kai as he moved.

"Let’s see how you handle this! " He roared, leaping into the air, and slashing down.

Gala seed confident in her defense, she looked at Kai like he wouldn’t be able to do anything, her grin still wide

BAM!

The sword hit the barrier but was completely blocked.

"Hahahaha, there is nothing you can do." Gala said in pride, only for a crack to co from the barrier.

"Don’t tell what I can’t or can’t do!" Kai roared as his sword shattered the barrier, he proceeded in with the sword still in hand to finish off Gala, but in the mont, she turned off her town destroying spell, and the circle vanished, she smiled ear to ear.

"Gotcha" She said.

Kai imdiately felt that sothing was wrong, he tried to stop himself but it was too late. Her chest and stomach suddenly opened up, and from it ca hands, dark withered hands, stretching to grab him.

’What the hell is that?’ Kai scread in his mind, he stabbed at the hand that was coming for him, but the sword phased right through, and grabbed onto his arm, pulling Kai in as more hands stretched to grab him.

His eyes widened, fear gripped him, there was nothing that he could do right now to escape the hands getting a hold of him.
