Kai looked at the ssage, but didn’t start just yet. He needed to check his stat screen first. It was very crucial that he knew what his starting point was in the ga, and from there he would know what to do.

He skimd through everything that he had, and it was the basic package, nothing special about it. His attributes were a result of the pod scanning his body and sending the data to the ga. If he had been an athlete, he would have gotten better stats.
’Sigh, that’s what I get for not being too active." Kai muttered.
Now that he had checked his base stats, it was ti for him to start the stream.
His heart raced at this mont, the question of what if that system was actually going to help him filled his mind with expectation.
He pulled down the nu screen of the ga, and there was a start stream button, as he was already a registered strear.
He took a deep breath and turned it on, and imdiately the stream started. Anyone that was watching the stream could view it from two POVs, first person view and third person view.
Kai looked at the view count at the edge of his screen, but there was no one yet, so he turned off the screen. It would distract his gaplay.
Now that everything was set, it was ti to make use of whatever he had been given.

He looked around and spotted the first store that seed to sell so beginner items. It was an NPC store, which was the best option for a player that had just started.
Players who had stores tended to hike prices most of the ti, but NPCs would have fixed prices.
Kai reached the first stall, and behind it was a middle-aged man, sitting on a chair and reading a book. The stall had a lot of stuff, from basic steel swords to basic spell scrolls and more.
"Hello," Kai greeted, and the man turned to look at him.
"What do you want?" the man asked.
"Huh?" Kai was stunned by the man’s rude tone.
"Why the hell are you looking at like that? Do you want sothing or what? You chose to waste my ti." The man said and focused back on his book.
In Ascension Online, players were considered chosen by the NPC’s.
’This NPC has a nasty character, damn.’ Kai thought.

A ssage suddenly ca, it was from the stream chat. Kai looked at it and imdiately checked his view count. There were now ten people watching him.
’Shit, they have started watching. I have to make so interesting moves fast.’ Kai thought.
"Uhm, I want to get a sword, and maybe a spell." Kai said.
The man looked at Kai again. "Tsk, you don’t even know which one you want. What spell? What type of sword? Tsk, useless." He responded rudely.
Kai clenched his fist tight when he heard the way the man responded. He was mad at this NPC, but didn’t say anything.

Kai saw all the chats and frowned. "What the hell is this chat, are they trolling ?"
He decided to ask the chat what they would get from the stall.
"Hey chat, what sword and spell would you consider getting? I have only a hundred coins right now."
[LordGooner143: take it all and head to the red district of town, heard there are so real fine elves there, hehe]
[Savage-Rider22: LordGooner143, you can’t seriously want him to spend all his coins on so virtual sex]

[Savage-Rider22: Get a steel sword and so basic spells like fire or lightning. Buy only for a start, you need to specialize after the first few levels.]
’Savage is the only one that seems to have so reasonable takes, the rest are just here for the fun of it, which is good too.’ Kai thought.
"Can I have a steel sword and a basic lightning spell?" Kai asked.
The man looked at him again. He finally got up and picked a steel sword as well as a crooked scroll and tossed them onto the counter.
"A hundred and fifty coins, pay." He said.
Kai frowned. "There is no way that this sword and spell are actually that expensive, I know the price, don’t try to scam ." Kai said in anger.
"The hell do you an?" the man barked. "That’s the price I want. Go away if you don’t like it."

’This asshole, he is getting mad at ?’ Kai gritted his teeth, he should be the one getting mad for being cheated.

When Kai saw the last chat, he imdiately beca interested. After all, he was doing this for the money.
"Frostbite, I’ll trust you." He said, before tossing a pouch of hundred coins onto the counter, grabbing both items, the man lunged at him, but Kai moved faster, evading and proceeding to start walking away.
"Hey, hey, get back here, asshole." The man roared and imdiately carried a sword, rushing out of the stall and chasing Kai.
