In particular, those ghosts who have already reached the level of soldiers, or even those nearing the rank of generals, only need to consu so general-level ghost food to break through their limits.

In the turf war on Fierce Ghost Street, Alexander has collected a large amount of ghost food. Aside from a few general-level and a small number of soldier-level ghost food that he kept for himself, he distributed the rest.

For Alexander, ghost food serves as a bodily enhancent, a potion for attribute growth. However, for ghosts fully ford from ghost energy, this substance is like a super experience pill, comparable even to Abyssal Ghost Crystals in its effects.

Now, if Alexander could actually acquire four to five hundred general-level ghost food, combined with his previous stock, he could directly cultivate a ghost army approaching ten thousand in scale.

Tens of thousands of ghost generals, leading millions of soldier ghosts—even the entire Dark Hell might not boast such a massive force.

"I’m back, haha! I really hit the jackpot this ti!" Just as Alexander was contemplating his plans, a voice filled with excitent suddenly rang out. It was Gil, who had just activated the teleportation chanism and gone to Anlan.

Seeing him, everyone was stunned, including Alexander, who felt the fluctuations of ghost energy on Gil and exclaid, "You’ve actually been promoted, attaining soldier-level strength!"

"Not just that!" Gil shook his head, a smug expression on his face as he raised his hand and shouted.

A ball of dark green fla suddenly enveloped his outstretched right arm. Waving that arm ablaze with dark green fla, Gil excitedly said, "See this? This is my new talent.

Miss Anlan was so moved by my deception... she gave a Ghost Fruit, replacing my original useless talent. Now, this Nether Ghost Fire possesses extrely high corrosive properties and can even entangle and corrode any enemy it touches during battle."

"Damn, even managing to get such a treasure! Had I known, I would have gone this ti!"

"Talent, ah! A good talent boosts one’s strength in ways that are indescribable. I beca a chosen one a long ti ago. Had it not been for my lackluster talent, I’d have reached soldier-level by now!"

The other chosen ones looked at Gil with envy. Talent is indeed the most important thing for them; a good talent is more powerful than any ghost skill and will never be obsolete. How could this not make people envious?

"Hehe..." Gil, his face filled with satisfaction, walked towards Alexander and haughtily said, "Today’s gains were hard-won, risking my life through deceit, and of course, thanks to the boss’s strong support! This ti, not only have I gained in strength, but I’ve also obtained a treasure. It’s perfect to offer to the boss!"

Saying this, Gil extended his hand. In it was a silver-black ring.

The ring seed to be crafted from so incredibly hard bone, its entire body intricately carved. On the front was a sharp, blood-stained longsword engraved into the ring’s face.

"Boss, you’ve said before that we’re supposed to hand over 30% of our earnings, but so far you haven’t taken a single thing. How are we supposed to feel about that? In terms of precious talents, the only thing I have of value is this ring I’ve just acquired. If you don’t take it, it’s as if you’re looking down on !"

Artifact: Blood-drinking Ring

Description: A sword from the Misty Canyon, nad Blood-drinking, once wielded by a Purple Guardian and soaked in the blood of countless heroes.

The Purple Guardian and the Ghost Honors Maddy were lovers. They abandoned the sword for love. Maddy sealed the power of the Blood-drinking Sword into this ring, granting it a portion of the sword’s abilities.

Attributes: Upon wearing, automatically absorbs the blood and ghostly energy of wounded enemies during combat, converting it into healing energy. Excess energy forms a protective ghostly shield. When combat ends, the shield gradually dissipates.

Gulp,Alexander couldn’t help but swallow.

The attributes were quite formidable! Blood-drinking and healing, along with a shield.

Although he had seldom been injured since entering this world, who would turn down sothing with healing properties? And that’s not even ntioning the additional shield.

Compared to ghost foods, the benefits that the three heirs could provide to the chosen ones were trivial. Why then wouldn’t Alexander go all the way in being a good guy and keep the full benefits? This was the very reason why he reserved 30% for himself. With treasures like these, Alexander couldn’t resist.

Alexander reached out to accept the ring, patting the other’s shoulder slightly reproachfully as he said, "What are you talking about? How could I look down on you? It’s just that I think you all have a hard ti too. Fine, I’ll make an exception today and accept this."

"Thank you, Boss!"

Seeing Alexander genuinely accept the item, Gil looked as if he had been praised by a teacher. He was both proud and arrogant, glancing contemptuously at the other chosen ones as if to say, "Look at you all. Not one of you has brought back sothing worthy of the Boss’s attention."

Everyone else hung their heads in sha, silently vowing to try harder next ti. They couldn’t let Gil continue to be this arrogant.

"Boss, there’s been no movent from Hurricane’s side. bana and the other chosen ones, could they have betrayed us?"

Just as everyone was wondering how to make a more dramatic impression on their leader, a chosen one nad Mares walked over and whispered, "Boss, bana and the others haven’t returned. I used a ghost skill to look from a distance. It seems they’ve been stopped by a ghost general at Hurricane’s first keystone!"

"Ah, that makes sense," Alexander nodded. No wonder the chosen ones from Hurricane’s side hadn’t appeared yet. They were blocked by soone.

The ones guarding the keystones were, after all, ghost generals. Without Alexander’s orders, they wouldn’t dare to rebel directly.

Before encountering Alexander, they hadn’t activated the fifth faction, naturally unable to defy the orders of the Ghost General who guarded it.

Originally, Alexander planned to make his move through HongMu. However, upon learning that bana and Daigo were beside the first keystone of the Hurricane faction, he decided to wait no longer.

"We need to take the initiative now and, while we’re at it, investigate the situation in the Hurricane faction," Alexander proclaid.

The Chosen Ones nodded in agreent and followed Alexander towards a canyon at the side of the hall.

In this canyon, shrouded by the Blackrock Mountain Range, stood the first keystone of the Hurricane faction.

Guarding it was a Ghost General—his skin dark as coal, veins bulging, towering at a height of well over 6 feet 3 inches.

At that mont, he was smugly watching the smoke rising above the hall in the center of the canyon, and disdainfully said to Daigo beside him:

"Insect, see that? That’s why you can’t pass. Let these Chosen Ones fight it out. A mutually devastating battle gives us a chance to profit. If I win this faction war, heh heh..."

Wearing a repulsively lecherous grin, the burly Ghost General continued, "I’ll be the biggest hero this ti. I’ll ask the Prince to reward you to . There were too many big shots at the banquet earlier; I didn’t get a chance to savor you properly."

Upon hearing this, terror gripped Daigo; his eyes flashed with endless hatred and pain. The other male Chosen Ones had similar reactions.

Conversely, bana seed excited, though it was unclear what she was anticipating.

Gradually, the distant smoke began to clear.

"Lord Ghost General, the battle over there has ended. Can we move now?" Daigo asked impatiently, no longer willing to stay another mont. To any sane man, this place was a living hell.

"Don’t rush!" The Ghost General leisurely responded, eyeing Daigo as if looking at an unparalleled beauty. "Why care so much about fights between you Chosen Ones? The real ga-changers are guardians like us. We’ll move in an hour and a half when the guardians from both sides have worn each other down."

"You might not get that chance," a voice rang out.

Just then, Alexander appeared from the heart of the canyon, accompanied by nineteen Chosen Ones.

"Over twenty insects, you’ve actually united?" Seeing Alexander’s group, the Ghost General’s face shifted. He swiftly turned and commanded:

"Insect, lead people to hold them off. Don’t worry, if you can delay most of them, I’ll quickly finish off the rest. With them pathetic strength, you stand no chance against !"

The Ghost General was confident in his prowess. After all, in this horrifying world, Chosen Ones were synonymous with weakness and prey.

But it seed he’d miscalculated. True, those present were Chosen Ones, and their levels may not have been high from the perspective of evil ghosts.

But they were the true elites, handpicked from tens of millions on Earth. Each one far surpassed their apparent limitations.

There was no shortage of chosen ones who could, by their own powers, slay ghosts of commanding ranks. At the very least, several chosen ones at the soldier level possessed this capability.

Previously, Daigo had chosen to stay back on the advice of the burly ghost general, but that was a contingency, a precaution against the possibility that Alexander might not locate the fourth camp. However, seeing Alexander now ignited Daigo’s pent-up rage and hatred, like a seal broken.

"Fuck you motherf—! How dare you call an insect, how dare you actually dared to kiss my ass! I’ll repay every indignity you’ve bestowed!" Daigo roared, lunging toward the ghost general.

"What the hell are you doing, you damned insect?" shrieked the ghost general. Only when he saw the glint of cold steel, two sharp long-blades manifesting in Daigo’s hands, did he realize he’d been betrayed. Enraged, he bellowed.

In the next mont, Daigo swung forth gray hemp ropes from his storage compartnt. These ropes seed to have minds of their own, snaking their way toward the ghost general.

In a flash, the burly general ghost found himself intricately bound—turtle shell bondage, flower snake bondage, doggy-style bondage; the rope seed a master of the art, employing every technique imaginable on the general, leaving only his head and bottom exposed.

"You wretched bug, you’re courting death!" The ghost general was furious, his ethereal aura bursting forth in an attempt to snap the ropes binding him.

But fate is often decided in an instant.Caught off guard by Daigo’s sudden rebellion, the burly ghost general’s montary pause sealed his fate.

A golden potion was hurled into the air; with a swift motion, Daigo’s twin blades slashed it open. The liquid lded into the steel, imbuing the already sharp blades with an indestructible aura.

The potion was a gift from Hurricane, designed expressly for dealing with ghost generals.

The powerful burly ghost general struggled even more, aware of the dire situation. His veins bulged from his skin like tentacles, lunging toward Daigo.

Daigo, brandishing dual blades, his eyes a fiery red and engulfed in swirling ghostly aura, swung his blades furiously, roaring: "Ghost Skill—Thousand Slices, Ten Thousand Cuts!"

Blood and flesh splattered everywhere, blades shimring like a at grinder, shredding countless strips of flesh and blood.

"What has he been through? Why does he hate this ghost general so much?" Alexander watched in awe and couldn’t help but ask.

"You have no idea," bana began, "that young master Hurricane is actually gay! And he particularly likes the small and fair-skinned types like Daigo. His friends are mostly the sa.

The mont Daigo arrived, Hurricane set his eyes on him! Over a hundred male ghosts, for an entire day! It’s utterly tragic!"

While bana seed to be talking about sothing quite sad, her eyes sparkled as if reminiscing sothing wonderful.

"That’s incredibly unlucky! I’m glad I didn’t go there; otherwise, I would have killed myself on the spot!" Gil shivered upon hearing this, and everyone else’s faces turned pale with retrospective dread.

"So terrible! I’d rather die at the hands of young master HongMu than suffer such treatnt," one said.

"Exactly! Being with the boss keeps safe from being forced into ’Catching,’ especially with over a hundred ’Pitching’. That’s horrifying!"

As they sighed in relief, a slurping sound interrupted them.

Everyone turned toward the noise to see Mares, his face ecstatic, staring in the direction of young master Hurricane’s high ground and mumbling, "I never knew such delights existed with young master. What good taste he has!"

"Holy shit!"

Alexander was shocked, and so were all the other chosen ones. Instinctively, they took steps back, distancing themselves from Mares.

So, Mares has an unusual sexual orientation?

While Daigo was exacting his furious revenge and Mares was shocking everyone, ti steadily ticked away.

Finally, half an hour later, the first trio of guardians arrived in the canyon.
