The Third Mizukage raised both hands to the sky, integrating his chakra with the ocean.
Under the control of the colossal water giant he had ford, the surface of the sea within a radius of hundreds of ters seed to be in chaos. Suddenly, countless water projectiles began to shoot out like a torrent, covering the entire sky as they headed towards Kazuki.
Frowning, Kazuki couldn't help but admit that the Third Mizukage had great mastery in this kind of terrain.
"Kazuki, retreat first!" Tobirama said in a deep voice: "As long as we get out of the ocean, he will be nothing. We have already achieved our goal in this war."
"Kirigakure will no longer be able to muster enough forces to face Konoha again. With the damage you've caused him alone, the idiot Third Mizukage will have enough work to do trying to calm his people down. There is no need to confront him on a terrain where he has an advantage."
It was undeniable that, out on the ocean, the Third Mizukage represented a formidable challenge. Even Tobirama admitted as much.
The problem was that in such a large body of water, sealing techniques couldn't trap his physical form easily, and even Lightning Release ninjutsu wouldn't have a significant effect.
"Tobirama, you said you've researched Hozuki Gengetsu's secret techniques, right?" Kazuki asked as he dodged the water projectiles with agile movents. "Teach them to . I'll try to master them to face him."
"I read in so records that Kirigakure chose the Mizukage based solely on individual strength. Only the strongest could take office."
"This guy was a contemporary of Gengetsu, aning that even in a water-filled environnt like Kirigakure, he failed to defeat the Second Mizukage."
Tobirama nodded and said hesitantly: "That's right..."
However, Gengetsu's techniques were incredibly complex. Even Tobirama had only managed to understand a portion of their principles and was still far from mastering them in a practical way.
After pondering for a mont, he sighed and resignedly explained to Kazuki the fundantals he had analyzed.
He knew it was useless to argue with Kazuki.
Furthermore, Kazuki, with his impressive physical endurance, mastery of the Flying Thunder God, sealing techniques, and the Totsuka sword, was more than capable of dealing with critical situations. Even if he fell into a trap using the Six Paths Sacred Treasures as himself, Tobirama was confident that Kazuki would erge unscathed.
Not to ntion that Kazuki had one last card up his sleeve: himself.
That letter was an absolute secret that no enemy could anticipate.
With that assurance, if Kazuki wanted to take risks, Tobirama had no reason to stop him.
Kazuki silently listened to Tobirama's explanations as he combined it with Hozuki Gengetsu's Inheritance.
...
[Ninjutsu Doctor]:
Advanced mastery of the five chakra elents: wind, lightning, fire, earth, and water.
Mastery in ninjutsu.
Upon learning or developing any technique, mastery is achieved instantly.
Under the influence of the [Eye of the Snake], this ability also applies to the Nature Transformation Kekkei Genkai.
...
With a calm expression, Kazuki looked up at the Third Mizukage and then laughed.
It's not that the Third Mizukage is really invincible in the sea, but he is really troubleso because he occupies the natural and geographical advantages.
However, employing Gengetsu's techniques against him would be the most effective way to crush him.
After hearing the Third Mizukage's scornful words, the Kiri shinobi's morale was hurt, but if they were to see their enemy use the Second Mizukage's techniques...
Will the Kirigakure heart be activated in an instant?
Kazuki perford a hand seal.
"Mirage Genjutsu!"
A dense fog rose from the surface of the sea and covered the entire battlefield.
The Third Mizukage smiled disdainfully. Trying to escape using the Mist Technique? Does he think he can escape that easily?
"I won't let you do that!"
"I'm the Mizukage! How could this fog block my vision?! You underestimate too much!"
The water giant perford a series of seals. As he watched the seemingly desperate Kazuki flee, the Third Mizukage unleashed an attack with all his power.
From all directions, countless ice spears rushed towards Kazuki, piercing through him rcilessly.
Seeing this scene, the Third Mizukage laughed out loud. "It's a pity you didn't tell your na..."
"Still, I must admit that you were a formidable opponent..."
But then, upon closer inspection, his expression changed drastically.
A disturbing mory erged from the depths of his mind.
What he had just pierced with his spears...
Was it a real body?
But why do they look like the illusions of that bastard Gengetsu?
...
In the competition for the position of Second Mizukage, the Third Mizukage, as the personal guardian of the First Mizukage and a veteran who participated in the first Five Kage Summit, lost to a man with a small mustache.
In Kirigakure, hierarchies based on seniority were virtually non-existent; on this isolated island, the only thing that really mattered was power.
Although Gengetsu's personality was extrely impulsive and belligerent, as long as he won, he would beco the Second Mizukage.
He was like Kirigakure's equivalent of Shimura Danzo and Sarutobi Hiruzen. For a long ti, the Third Mizukage lived in Gengetsu's shadow. Only after Gengetsu and Mu died together did he manage to rise to power.
In other words, although he was slightly better than Danzo, he could never defeat Gengetsu in a direct confrontation throughout his life.
So when his ice spears pierced Kazuki, he instantly understood.
Mirage Genjutsu!
He was so familiar with it...
Only those with exceptional sensory abilities were able to sense chakra that the user was deliberately trying to hide.
Tobirama looked a little unnatural. He never imagined that Kazuki could replicate Gengetsu's signature technique based solely on the theories he had researched.
The scariest thing was that Kazuki hadn't even used the summoned creature to accomplish this; he had created the mirage with his own abilities.
"According to the records, Hozuki Gengetsu and Mu, were lifelong rivals. This Mirage Genjutsu was the direct response to Mu's Dustless Bewildering Cover right?" Kazuki asked Tobirama, seeking confirmation. "And the Steam Explosion, does it correspond to the destructive power of the Dust Release?"
Tobirama nodded slightly, letting out a sigh.
The second Kage of the five great villages were masters in creating unique ninjutsu and styles.
In that world full of heroes, although Tobirama shone like a star, the others also radiated their own light.
"Exactly, that guy Mu mastered the Dustless Bewildering Cover due to which he earned the nickna Non-Person."
Tobirama rubbed his brows, thinking back to those old opponents, he also had a headache.
"He was an incredibly troubleso opponent. If Hozuki Gengetsu had not sacrificed his life to defeat him, the outco of the First Great Shinobi War would have been very different."
Kazuki remained silent, deep in thought. After a while, he spoke slowly: "So, if I combine Mu's Dustless Bewildering Cover with Gengetsu's Mirage Genjutsu, wouldn't it be impossible for anyone to find on the battlefield?"
"Tobirama, do you feel that in this shinobi world, many opponents' ninjutsu are actually complentary, and the power will increase exponentially after being combined, just like you and Uchiha Izuna…"
The first part of his argunt made Tobirama nod slightly. However, upon hearing the na of that bastard Izuna, his expression imdiately darkened.
He and that bastard complent each other?
Obviously, he is better than Uchiha Izuna in every way!
"Are you trying to master all the techniques in the shinobi world, Kazuki?" Tobirama asked, as he pondered Kazuki's overwhelming talent, growing increasingly frightened.
It seed like it had all started from that day when Kazuki lost control. From then on, any ninjutsu he witnessed, including secret techniques and nature transformation kekkei genkai, he mastered them almost instantly, as if he had practiced it for years.
"If possible, I'll try it..." Kazuki replied, as he recalled the oil techniques Jiraiya had used, before beginning to form hand seals. He added calmly, "Just like if I use this trick to kill the Third Mizukage, the Kirigakure shinobi will be less hostile towards , right?"
After a pause, he continued with a slight smile: "After all, both war and murder are nothing more than ans to peace. You know that as well as I do..."
Standing not far from the Third Mizukage, Kazuki began to manipulate the oil and water he had molded with his chakra, summoning a massive puppet.
"Steaming Danger Tyranny Tobirama!"
The figure that appeared was a strangely shaped puppet: white hair, red eyes, crimson markings on the face, and blue armor in the style of the Sengoku period.
That's right, Kazuki's creation was a chibi version of Senju Tobirama.
The Third Mizukage looked around frantically, searching for Kazuki's true body.
The illusory figure of Kazuki in front of him had been pierced by ice spikes again and again, but it kept reappearing.
