With that, Lin Wu left the room. anwhile, Zhou Chao picked up his phone from the table and sent a ssage to Si Cong, informing him that they would be returning to Modu tomorrow.
He expected a prompt response from Si Cong, but it wasn’t until nearly 7 o’clock in the evening that he received a call from him, by which ti Zhou Chao had already finished dinner, showered, and was lying in bed.
After a brief conversation, Zhou Chao learned that Si Cong and the others planned to stay and play for two more days before heading to Macau for a bit.
Without saying much, Zhou Chao briefly outlined his own itinerary and chatted about their activities over the past couple of days before ending the call.
From Si Cong, Zhou Chao also learned that Ke Ke seed to have found Hou Ting now, and the two seed to be getting along quite well these days. Of course, Zhou Chao didn’t forget to remind them to be careful and avoid any accidents.
The next morning, bright and early, Zhou Chao and Lin Wu got up, had breakfast, and headed straight to the airport. By the ti they returned to Modu, it was almost noon.
“Boss, where are we going now?” Lin Wu asked from the passenger seat.

Soon they arrived at The Palms Residence. Upon entering, they found that Li Qian and the Shoufu were not at ho.
After a quick phone call, they learned that Li Qian had taken the Shoufu out for so sunshine and a walk.
After waiting for about seven or eight minutes, Li Qian hurriedly entered with the Shoufu on her back.
“Boss, sorry to keep you waiting.” Li Qian walked in and saw Lin Wu, her eyes filled with joy.
Zhou Chao took the Shoufu out of the backpack and saw the affectionate looks between Lin Wu and Li Qian.
With a slightly exasperated look, he glanced at the two, “Alright, alright, stop exchanging glances. Go on, have fun these next couple of days!”
Upon hearing Zhou Chao’s jest, Li Qian shyly stood behind Lin Wu, extending her mischievous hand to gently stroke Lin Wu’s waist. In an instant, Lin Wu’s face contorted.
“Boss, we’ll take off now!” Lin Wu said, reaching out to hold Li Qian’s mischievous hand.
“Hurry, hurry, seeing you two showing affection here makes uncomfortable!” Zhou Chao couldn’t let the couple’s antics escape his eyes; everything was noticed by him.
With a smirk, Lin Wu grabbed Li Qian’s hand and left.
Zhou Chao could still vaguely hear their discussion about where to have dinner tonight and so suggestive words about “squeezing dry… exhausting you… seven tis,” and so on.
Shaking his head with a smile, after sending a ssage to Ling Chen, Zhou Chao leisurely lay on the sofa and started to stroke the cat..
