The northern skies churned with clouds, but it was not rain that threatened the earth, it was sothing far more violent.

In a silent, cleared ridge just beyond the border, Haji stood still. The wind did not move his cloak. The trees around him seed quieter than they had a mont ago, as if nature itself paused to listen.

His armored form towered at 2.32 ters, forged of alloyed chakra-reactive steel and layered with script-woven psychic sh. From behind the helt's narrow blue-lit slit, his eyes flickered, not with emotion, but with deep, scanning awareness.

He was not looking at what was visible.

He was sensing what lay far beyond.

The shifting chakra pulses. The emotional residues. The ambient disturbances in the pattern of life that extended all the way across the borderlands and beyond.

And then, there it was.

A flicker.

Not movent, but intention.

A swirling aggression massing within the dense mountain passes further north, the Kumogakure staging ground. Several clusters of high-level chakra signatures moving as one. Warriors gathering, and among them… one signature burned brighter than the rest. Feral, fiery.

The Two-Tails.

So they truly intend to escalate.

Haji's mind processed the field as though he were there. The layout of the staging base unfolded in his thoughts. Not a mory, not an image, an impression of structure, of energy flow. Where the leaders were. Where supplies moved. Where it would hurt the most.

He opened his hand.

His halberd, psychic-etched, charged with chakra-conductive sigils, rose from where it lay, spinning once before locking onto his armored back.

From behind the steel mask, Haji spoke in a voice low and heavy with command:

"We end this. Now."

He turned.

Kakashi was already approaching from the trees behind, his mask still on, the rest of the squad just steps behind him, Tenzo, Yugao, Raido, and Genma. Their movents were quick, precise, but even they hesitated slightly when Haji's presence lood near.

"What's happening?" Kakashi asked.

"Kumogakure's army has moved," Haji said. "Elite shinobi, mid-level reinforcents, and the Two-Tails jinchūriki among them. I located the main encampnt through psychic field mapping."

Raido blinked. "How far?"

"Fifteen kiloters into the Land of Lightning," Haji answered. "It won't matter."

Kakashi raised a brow. "Are we preparing a counterstrike?"

"No," Haji said simply. "We are going to attack."

Shikaku ca to them from the camp, he looked a little tired, clearly from coordinating the platoons.

Shikaku hearing Haji saying his attacking, "Haji-San, we have logistics Advantage we don't need risks, A prolong war would be in Konoha's Favor."

But Haji isn't Interested in Prolonging war, as it's just wasting ti, and decided that they'll attack.

And Genma lowered his senbon. "Wait. We don't even know the layout"

"I do."

They stared.

Haji raised his right gauntlet, a shimring psychic pattern glowing across the surface. His voice shifted slightly, not louder, but weightier.

"I will take us to the center of their staging camp. Directly."

Kakashi's eye narrowed. "You've mastered Hiraishin?"

"No," Haji replied. "I've gone beyond it."

He stepped forward.

"This is not Minato's thod. I don't rely on seals or chakra tags. No markings, no tether. I anchor to space itself, through the mind, not the body. I don't move toward the destination. I pull the destination toward ."

He extended his left hand in a slow gesture.

"Prepare yourselves. I need only five seconds of stillness. The shift will be disorienting. Once we arrive, strike hard, strike without delay. We aim for complete battlefield dominance in the first thirty seconds."

Kakashi studied him for a long mont.

"You're really planning to just appear in their stronghold?"

"I am not planning," Haji replied. "I am executing."

The squad closed around him, weapons ready. Their nerves were taut, but none questioned. Not after what they'd seen.

Haji's slit visor glead brighter. His psychic field expanded.

And then

Silence.

The air warped with no sound. No jutsu signs. No flash of chakra.

Then, without warning

POP.

Displaced air cracked.

The trees were empty.

In the northern mountains of the Land of Lightning, a Kumogakure commander barked orders. Elite jonin hurried to finalize positioning. The Two-Tails' jinchūriki ditated at the edge of the ridge, surrounded by her squad. Mid-level operatives polished their weapons. The mood was tense but proud. Confident.

And then the sky scread.

It didn't scream with thunder. It scread with pressure.

Reality buckled, space itself twisting open like silk torn by unseen hands. The air sucked inward. Light folded into itself

And then Haji arrived.

No fla. No lightning. Just one colossal impact, his armored form dropping into the middle of the compound with enough force to crater the stone beneath his feet.

His halberd scraped free of his back in one smooth motion.

Psychic pressure flooded the base like a storm tide.

Monts later, the rest of his squad landed beside himdisoriented for only a second, then snapping into combat formation.

A Kumogakure captain shouted, "What, who?!"

Too late.

Haji's right gauntlet shifted.

The armor opened slightly, and from within, a faint hum grew into a terrible vibration.

A long, horizontal barrel extended forward, etched with psychic coils and and glowing with psychic blue.

The psychic cannon.

It flared with a soundless pulse.

Then it fired.

A blue beam, thin as a spear but roaring with silent annihilation, surged across the compound.

Where it passed, there was nothing.

Not fire. Not remains.

Just absence.

Three enemy shinobi vanished, erased mid-sentence. The earth blackened in a perfect line. Buildings cracked. Chakra walls shattered like glass.

Haji didn't stop.

He moved forward, halberd whirling with supernatural precision. Each swing carved a path through the resistance. He fought like a tide, his armor shrugging off elental attacks, his vision unblinking.

Kumo scread. So fled. Others charged, and died.

The jinchūriki of the Two-Tails stood, chakra erupting in furious blue flas.

Their eyes locked.

Haji advanced.

He was the edge of inevitability.

He was the storm given form.

He was the sword.

And Konoha's answer had arrived.
