Joking or serious, the idea of being kept under lock and key was not appealing to Samuel.

"I wasn't actually serious about asking to go to college overseas, although I have thought about it. I was mostly asking to understand what the boundaries of safety are considering in going to college." He explained defending the question that he had asked.

"The boundaries of what are safe and not are what I pretty much what I just explained." Lena replied, not seeming any less annoyed.

"It's not an option to go to a university around here because of the risks, as I said before. You'd beco a target for too many people and even if decided to attend with you, it would hardly decrease the risk. Certainly there could be so financial that could help better assure your safety in such a case, but you'd be too much of a target following the engagent party. Already, a lot of people are going to be trying to get close to you after that as it is." Samuel wanted to interject to ask question, but Lena held her hand to let him know that she wasn't finished speaking yet.

"The other potential option would be that you could attend a university in another state. Sowhere further away where you wouldn't be at as great of a risk, but still even in that situation, you wouldn't be allowed to go on your own for safety purposes. Thus either I or soone else would have to go with you."

"Overseas could be an option, but it depends on where and why. You could see about going to university in the UK since Leo would be there and you'd need a sponsor from our family to go with you if you wanted to do that. That would generally be and that would require a whole shift in schedule among other things." The princess didn't miss the change in expression that passed over Samuel's face after she suggested he could potential go to the UK with her brother for college.

"You don't get along well with my brother?" The princess's change in question caught Samuel off guard.

"It's not that I don't get along with him, he's just a bit different to deal with than you." He replied. He didn't know how to explain to what the real issue was without it potentially causing problems between the siblings especially since he wasn't certain that Leo was even serious with the comnts that he made half the ti.

"Of course we're different, but between the two of us, he's not as hard to deal with if you're straight forward with him. But if he doesn't listen, I can always discuss with him how not to harass my fiancé until he's more comfortable with everything." Lena's offer was sothing that Samuel would keep in mind for the future.

"On the other topic though. I understand what you're saying about safety and all that- it would be better for to attend sothing long distance so that it decreases risks and all that. For the experience though, I would like to consider other options that would be not as dangerous but allow to attend university physically." He partially understood the risks that Lena was talking about, but the opportunity to attend university physically was sothing the didn't want to give up, if there was an option to do it.

"You'll be the one who has to pitch it to my father then since it's sothing you're so serious about. I won't reject if my opinion is asked, but I also wouldn't approve of it in the say I have over it if I don't think that it's safe enough." The princess replied. College wasn't sothing that she was particularly interested in. She felt like she had learned everything that as important to successfully taking over her family from her father and what she had observed over the years. She didn't feel that there was much that she would be able to learn from college, but at the back of her mind she got the feeling that if Samuel was adamant about it, her father would make her attending with him one of the requirents to make it happen.

"That sounds fair enough. Also though, back to what you had ntioned earlier- were you serious when you talked about keeping under lock and key if this is sothing that becos an issue?" The princess gave him a mildly bemused look when he asked this question, had he taken her seriously when she said that? Her expression turned into a smirk when she considered the fact that he was probably taking her seriously because of the way that she had brought it up.

"We can talk about this more later. We need to get ready to leave for dance practice though. After that, I expect the rest of the cake you said you brought with you." Lena told him as she fixed the plates on her desk so that they were positioned in a steadier location so that whoever ca to pick them up wouldn't risk knocking them over or having them fall in the anti.

"The rest of it? You do realize that I have at least four pieces left, maybe more since I wasn't the one who packed it." Samuel questioned, not sure that the little queen was aware of how much was exactly left. He knew that she enjoyed sweets, but he wasn't sure that she could handle that much cake considering how sweet it was.

"It's one of those days. "She replied as he held the door open for so that she could walk out first. She also needed to rember to put in the request for more coffee. She was going to need that too when she ca back.
