Chapter 59: Chapter 58: Cyan Steel Industry, the Hand Behind the Apocalypse

Lao San stared at the thick snake body, thicker than a water jar, and swallowed hard.

Just as he was about to speak, he suddenly heard a familiar whooshing sound from afar.

Lao San turned his head and saw a tiny black speck the size of a grain quickly expanding in the sky, with the buzzing becoming more pronounced.

When that thing was fully revealed, Lao San couldn’t help but blurt out, "Helicopter!"

The passengers in the carriage behind them burst into cheers even faster.

Even more intensely and fervently than when Su Huan took down the white snake.

After all, the forr ant surviving today, while the latter could take them back to the civilized world where order and dignity existed in mory.

"Impossible..." Su Huan’s throat moved, his pupils trembling as he looked at the symbol on the helicopter, a look of disbelief as if he’d seen a ghost, even more shocked than when he saw Mojiang.

"Conductor, could the helicopter belong to the military?"

Lao San, completely unaware of Su Huan’s expression, asked excitedly.

Just as the helicopter was about to fly over their heads, Lao San suddenly felt a sensation as if his hairs were being singed and turned around abruptly.

"Zzzz——"

A visible cold blue arc appeared in Su Huan’s hand, like a long sword, or like the fiery spear thrown before, the lightning illuminating his silent face in a cold white.

"Lao Si, you..."

Lao San was shocked, even his address changed.

A fierce light flashed in Su Huan’s eyes, and he threw the lightning spear towards the helicopter in the sky.

The electric arc instantly traversed the 300-ter distance but couldn’t reach the helicopter, thousands of ters high.

It exploded powerlessly in mid-air.

Like thunder in a clear sky.

The helicopter seed startled and ascended a little higher, ignoring the people on the train, and flew away into the distance.

Su Huan showed no intent to explain, rushed back into the sightseeing carriage in two steps, and grabbed the shoulder of the pondering Yu Yue.

"What did they say? Tell

everything!"

Yu Yue was startled by Su Huan’s cold, fierce look, the first ti seeing him so out of composure; even when facing the powerful white snake, he was always indifferent and scornful with confidence.

Trembling, she said, "The people on the helicopter?"

"Tell

without missing a word!"

Yu Yue dared not delay and quickly recounted. There were only four lines of dialogue on the helicopter.

"That white snake Evolution Beast was taken down by those survivors!"

"It seems the previous beast tide was also caused by them; this group should be reported."

"The evolution speed exceeds predictions; I must say, the potential of humans... Wait, is he attacking us?! This is 1,200 ters in altitude!"

"Don’t worry, no Evolver can hit us now."

The carriage fell into silence.

"Is that all?"

Su Huan asked calmly.

Yu Yue nodded cautiously.

Everyone sensed sothing was off from his deanor.

Su Huan took out his personal journal and drew an I-shaped symbol on it, the sa symbol on the helicopter just now, tore it off and held it in his hand while looking around, "Has anyone seen this symbol before?"

Everyone shook their heads.

Su Huan’s face turned indifferent, "Lao San, send this down, have the entire train circulate it; whoever knows the origin of this symbol, bring them to see , I’ll give them a permanent train ticket."

Seeing this, Lao San understood the importance of the matter and hurried to do it.

Su Huan’s gaze swept across everyone’s faces, speaking coldly, "Liang Kuan and Xiaoba are below, Yu Yue, repeat my words to them."

"Mojiang is our biggest obstacle. Once we cross Mojiang, we won’t encounter much trouble in the short term. In the next two days, the train must not stop, do not pass through the city’s interior, move towards Qingchuan Province direction."

"Yu Jing, continue to be responsible for the corresponding personnel deploynt of the first phase of the armored train plan."

"Get the white snake down, we’ll eat it in the coming period, including the rear carriage, provide two days’ supply of snake at, purified water."

"Tell that guy nad Lu Xiao in the rear not to worry, I’ll give him a chance."

"You three listen to Yu Jing’s deploynt. Any questions now?"

Seeing Su Huan’s gaze sweep over, Boss and Lao Er imdiately replied seriously, "Absolutely won’t let you down."

Su Huan’s eyes darkened a bit.

His mind was sowhat chaotic now, but assigning tasks while his thoughts were clear.

The direction of the train could only be controlled by the conductor.

The decision-making level, there can only be him, Yu Jing, Yu Yue, even Xiaoba could only execute his will.

As for the brothers, they’re placed in a guarding role just right.

Although with his current strength, he wouldn’t mind putting soone like Lu Xiao at the front, for those ambitious, they must be placed where there is competition.

Wolves are for exploring and advancing, dogs are for guarding and patrolling.

Everyone has their own traits, it depends on how a superior uses them.

...

Car Number One.

Su Huan squinted his eyes looking at the obsequious Huang Sea in front of him.

"You’re saying this symbol is that of Cyan Steel Industry?"

Huang Sea glanced at the I-shaped symbol and nodded firmly, "Absolutely no mistake, I visited their company while taking students on a field trip; it’s a top enterprise in the area!"

Su Huan frowned, "Wait, you’re a teacher?!"

Huang Sea awkwardly smiled, tugged at his tie, "I’m actually an ordinary teacher at Mojiang University."

"Weren’t you a chanic?"

Huang Sea paused, "I’ve always been an agriculture teacher, never taught auto repair."

Su Huan’s eyelid twitched, no wonder the broken car he fixed exploded twelve tis a month, goddamn...

"You’ve earned a permanent train ticket, go to Car Four and choose a seat."

Huang Sea imdiately bead with delight, "Thank you, conductor... "

"Get lost!"

Su Huan irritably waved his hand.

Seeing the door close, all the remaining traces of composure on Su Huan’s face vanished, leaving only endless gloom.

In his previous life, he fled the high-temperature zone hastily, wandered for over a month, happened to witness a major force recovering the county, found out it was a force composed of newly accepted survivors, with reputation much better than the Mojiang Mutual Aid Convoy; he hesitated a bit then chose to join.

And this I-shaped symbol was the emblem of the Steel Council!

Until two months before death, Su Huan had been working for the company!

But today, just a dozen days into the apocalypse, an organization that wouldn’t form until a month later flew a helicopter over his head!

At that mont, Su Huan wasn’t sure whether he was reborn or his mind was scrambled!

Looking at the rough symbol on the paper.

Su Huan’s gaze grew deep.

Combining the information revealed by those on the helicopter.

If an entire lot hadn’t been reborn with him.

The truth remained singular.

These companies, or major forces, knew of the apocalypse long before!

They might even be the instigators of the apocalypse!
