"Are you sure about this Ellie?" Liam's weak voice asked.
"Yes."
His eyes burned as he pulled his sister to a hug. "Thank you for being with ." He has failed as her big brother, he couldn't protect her.
Tyler felt sothing sinister burning within his veins, his pitch eyes looked soulless, and in the next seconds it burned with anger and resilience. It was like the demons he had tried to lock away had resurfaced.
He knew he was crossing a line. He had locked this darkness away for a reason. But for her... for Ellie... he would unleash hell itself.
'I will only let you take control for a little mont.' He muttered.
Black tendrils began to gather around him, his pitch eyes locked onto the twins. He had lost her once, he won't lose her again.
He gathers the energy before striking at the twins, trying to stop the rge. But the attack was deflected by a barrier.
He took his arc blades, as he began to slash and hit the barrier.
The rging was almost done.
"Nooo!" Tyler yelled. He released all his powers, suddenly black tendrils crawled over the barrier, he tried to crush it, but it was to no avail.
Realisation dawned on him. He was going to lose her forever. 'No, no no.' He shook his head in denial. He cannot afford to lose her.
"Ellie! Stop, please... I love you Ellie, I can't live without you." Tears flowed down his eyes seamlessly. Tyler's vision blurred, but he didn't care. He wouldn't stop. He COULDN'T stop. His tendrils struck the barrier over and over, each hit sending shockwaves through the ground. His veins pulsed with darkness, his own blood leaking from the pressure. If he didn't stop this... If he lost Ellie, he quickly stopped his trail of thoughts. His speed was almost untraceable.
anwhile Olivia who was relishing her powers held a yell. She looked up and saw the white, purple and black energy intertwined.
"I can't miss the fun." She felt drawn to the fight. ' I feel like unleashing this fury, I will leave death on my path. I hope you will be a worthy opponent.'
Olivia flew up in a tornado of flas. Her flas clashed at theirs.
" That b**ch has gone crazy, what is she doing." Henrik voiced laced with anger and frustration.
He couldn't leave Luke's side yet. Luke had been bleeding severely from the Bowolfs attack. His teeth gritted, he couldn't do anything but watch.
Tyler pitch-black eyes t her fiery gaze. A smirk tugged his lips. This is not a bad plan, if I can't break the rge, she can.
Olivia in her feat of madness, sent blazing waves of flas against them. The barrier cracked, the rge failed.
The twins both fell down in a fast rush. Tyler reacted instantly, his tendrils shooting out, wrapping around their unconscious bodies before they hit the ground.
Then he summoned all his strength, his powers clashed with hers.
Pushing her a few inches before he fainted. Her head tilted in amusent. " Strong... but not enough."
She took a step forward, ready to strike again, but she suddenly felt her heart being squeezed by a heavy pressure.
Olivia gasped, her breath hitching as pain coiled through her chest. The flas around her surged, burning wilder, twisting into sothing unstoppable.
Her body convulsed.
She was burning from the inside out, she fell to her knees. Black blood splattered from her lips. The flas refused to die down.
And then... Little White moved.
With the last of his strength, the weakened dragon spread his massive wings and wrapped them around her, enclosing her in a cocoon of shimring red fla.
His body absorbed her flas, keeping them from spreading further.
Protecting her from others and from herself. Olivia couldn't fight back. Her body finally gave in to the exhaustion.
Her vision blurred. And then...
The cliff beneath them crumbled.
The mont stretched into eternity. For a single, breathless second, Olivia felt weightless. The ground had vanished beneath her feet, and all that remained was the empty sky and the deafening roar of collapsing rock.
The wind tore at her hair, her flas flickering wildly as she plumted. The force of gravity yanked her downward, her stomach lurching violently. The world above shrank, faces blurred in the distance, voices shouting her na, but they were too far, too helpless to stop it.
Little White's wings wrapped tightly around her, his body pressing against hers. The warmth of his embrace was fleeting as they spiraled downward, a tangled mass of fire and shadow, lost to the abyss.
The jagged rocks below rushed toward them. Her heart pounded. This was it.
A scream ford in her throat but never escaped. The roar of the wind drowned everything out. Her ribs slamd into Little White's coiled body, but even his protection wasn't enough. The shockwave sent fire lancing through her limbs, her bones screaming under the pressure. The ground was coming too fast.
Then... a violent crash.
Unbearable pain seared through her body. The world slowly turned into darkness.
The dust swirled in the air, thick and suffocating. No one spoke. The wind howled, carrying the echoes of what had just happened. Then...
"They're gone," Diana whispered, her voice hoarse with disbelief.
Henrik's grip on his sword tightened. He stared over the cliff's edge, his breath coming in short gasps. "No... no, that's not possible."
Bella clenched her fists, her nails digging into her palms. A part of her. just a tiny, treacherous part felt relief. Olivia had always been reckless, unpredictable. Too powerful. But as the others gasped in horror, Bella forced her features into the perfect mask of grief, pressing a shaking hand over her mouth. 'She was just here...' she whispered, voice trembling.
Luke weakly stared at the cliff, his hand clenched. He couldn't believe she was gone. Although she was troubleso, he still liked her. His vision turned blurry as he lost consciousness.
Diana looked around her. The wind howled around them, carrying the scent of blood, dirt, and the remnants of battle. The cliffside was steep, the jagged rocks below barely visible in the dim light.
Tyler, the twins and Luke lay unconscious. Diana's throat tightened. Why couldn't she foretell this incident? What kind of seer is she? Tears dripped down her cheeks.
'This is all my fault.' Her thoughts crawled at the back of her mind.
"Maybe... maybe they survived the fall." Her voice wavered. Eyes welling with tears.
Diana took a step back, her body trembling. "And if they didn't?" Her voice cracked.
A heavy silence followed. No one wanted to answer. But deep down, they all knew, no one could survive that fall.
