This chilling sensation ca suddenly and incomprehensibly. There was no change in the surroundings, yet my instincts were screaming alarm bells. For a mont, I couldn't rationally understand why I felt this way, but my body understood before my mind did. A distinct thought exploded in my mind, occupying nearly all my thoughts.
—Shan Liangyi is coming!
It's not a wild guess, nor a conjecture, he's approaching the battlefield!
However, it's not in the location where I am. I imdiately focused all my attention on the Fire Sea distributed on the other side of the battlefield. In a place extrely far from where I stood, in the battleground where others were engaged in fierce combat, the space originally torn apart by the Space-Ti Storm had been mostly repaired by Mazao's Power of Return. Yet at this mont, an overwhelming gravity appeared at the center of the battlefield.
It was like a twenty or thirty-ton steel coil suddenly falling onto a shaky wooden table; vast expanses of space-ti were ruthlessly compressed and crushed by this gravity, exposing dark chaotic hues in the midst of the destruction. At a glance, it looked as if a massive black hole had ford in that location.
Imdiately after, the "black hole" vanished, replaced by a man with long black hair, clad in robes of black and yellow. Behind him was a deep yellow wheel larger than himself, adorned with lights of white, blue, black, red, and yellow at its top, bottom, left, right, and center.
Shan Liangyi, has descended.
Seeing this scene, chills ran through my body, unable to comprehend how he appeared here.
Even though Luo Mountain and the Evangelical Institute both now possess thods to traverse between the real world and the Post-mortem World, strictly speaking, the Post-mortem World is still closed off. We only have the ans to cheat and open travel paths.
Yet Shan Liangyi should have been in the real world, and the Evangelical Institute's Teleportation Doors between the two realms were confird to no longer exist. Luo Mountain's only Teleportation Door was already personally verified by as closed. At least until we reopen the gates from this side of the Post-mortem World, Shan Liangyi should not appear in my sight.
I involuntarily recalled Ming Zhuo's earlier attitude.
Even the Divine Seal Fragnt probably wasn't Ming Zhuo's true contingency. He desperately stalled for ti in battle because he knew Shan Liangyi would eventually arrive on the battlefield. His curse that I would soon die at Shan Liangyi's hands wasn't about the future, but about now.
Despite being unable to fathom how Shan Liangyi could be here, to be honest, it wasn't completely unexpected. Could simply destroying the Teleportation Doors truly keep Shan Liangyi out of the Post-mortem World?
This is the Impermanence who can traverse different parallel universes and otherworldly realms through the thod of Reincarnation. It doesn't seem impossible for him to exceptionally enter the Post-mortem World. Yet, even so, perhaps this is just an "assumption" lacking logical support: would Shan Liangyi self-impose Reincarnation at this ti? Both Gua Tianshi and I thought this way, but the worst outco still beca reality.
A sense of despair spread within . I knew full well that I couldn't protect the Vermilion Bird Seed from him, nor could I defeat him. If I dared to shift to that battlefield, all my power would vanish instantly, reducing to a re weak mortal.
Over there, everyone imdiately noticed Shan Liangyi's appearance. Zhu Shi still couldn't break away from the confrontation with the Great Demon God T. Mazao was reaching the end in handling the Du Shuo Mountain Yellow Springs. She glanced at Shan Liangyi, her pupils contracted violently, then sent a warning to the surrounding Fire Sea.
"Zhuang Cheng... don't co over!" she shouted, "Run—"
Before she finished, a tidal wave of gravity swept through the scene. Mazao and Zhu Shi, along with the Great Demon God T and Du Shuo Mountain Yellow Springs, were immobilized like insects trapped in amber. Even the Fire Sea on the field was frozen. Shan Liangyi turned his head to glance at Fa Zheng and others fighting in the farther distance, then looked toward the surrounding Fire Sea.
"Vermilion Bird, are you nearby? Watching?" he said blandly, "Continue hiding, or you can run away. Wait until I finish tidying up here, then I'll co for you. You are destined to not escape my grasp, only to be devoured by ."
Mazao struggled to utter, "How did you..."
"Are you the student Huang Quan often talks about?" Shan Liangyi seed sowhat interested in Mazao, "Are you asking how I appeared here... Is that it?
He scrutinized Mazao carefully, then continued: "Actually, it's nothing special. The Du Shuo Mountain Teleportation Array that Huang Quan developed was rely a prototype in the conceptual design phase. Even if it could be completed independently, it would require considerable ti. It was only possible to complete so early because I added my experience and knowledge of traversing different universes.
"In other words, the Du Shuo Mountain Teleportation Array was a product of collaboration between Huang Quan and . Since he could construct a Teleportation Door traversing the two realms in the Post-mortem World, naturally, I could build it in the real world.
