I am Kong Da, an agent from Luo Mountain.

At work, I am generally referred to as "Agent Kong."

Looking at Zhuang Cheng who lay before , I reshaped my arm from its blade form back to normal.

"I had warned you earlier, Zhuang Cheng," I stated as I took out a handkerchief, casually wiped my hands, then tossed the dirty handkerchief onto his corpse. "The vulnerability of Fla Ability Users lies in their tolerance for error. Just one sneak attack like this and they are dood."

Yes, I am indeed the real Fallen Demon Hunter.

At this mont, Zhuang Cheng was unquestionably dead; his head severed on the ground, his eyes destroyed by the blade, the strike even penetrated deep into his skull, completely annihilating his brain tissue.

So blood and brain matter that could not be wiped clean still lingered on my palm. Having killed so many people, I no longer mourned for the lives I took, but the sticky, disgusting feeling was truly unpleasant.

This is also a downside of Physical Enhancent. Unlike supernatural power users who utilize firearms, authority, and kill from the shadows, demon hunters enhanced physically must use their hands to kill. Sotis, they even have to listen to the victim’s screams up close and see their anguished expressions.

If I had a Fla Ability like Zhuang Cheng’s, perhaps I could kill more cleanly and efficiently. Of course, if I really had to exchange my abilities for such an attack-focused superpower, I would certainly not agree.

The current situation is the best reason. Zhuang Cheng’s superpower was incredibly potent, able to destroy my summoned clones with just one glance. Even if I were to confront him myself, the outco wouldn’t be much better. But what is the point?

Being able to kill your opponent with one strike is not sothing to boast about; it is to be expected.

On ancient battlefields with cold weapons, piercing the enemy’s vital parts with swords and spears was enough to take lives; on modern battlefields with firearms, shooting before the enemy could often lead to victory. Even in street fights, sotis a careless elbow strike could accidentally kill soone. In human conflicts, having an overpowering offensive ability is a common occurrence, and thinking "one-hit kills" are impressive is simply a ga ntality.

What truly matters is striking first. Even if holding a dagger against an opponent with a cannon, hitting them first ans victory. Soone like Zhuang Cheng, unfamiliar with fighting, likely couldn’t understand this.

What does it matter if soone can kill with their gaze? A surprise attack from behind is enough. With intent, even an ordinary person could kill him. In this bizarre world, there are countless more rule-breaking abilities, and his was relatively easy to counter.

...However, speaking of which, when he recently unleashed an all-directional fla attack that killed several clones and almost caught too, I was truly frightened. I thought I had blown my cover, or perhaps he got carried away and forgot I was still there as a "comrade." It turns out his flas could differentiate between friend and foe, and he just forgot to warn beforehand. Truly a person lacking in team awareness.

I had analyzed his personality simply, and in my eyes, he was a very typical person who beca arrogant after acquiring great power.

Many might assu that such people would act unrestrainedly in society after gaining power, but that’s not necessarily the case. From the cases I’ve observed over the years, at least half of them rely feel superior compared to those around them, yet still show so respect for powerful nations.

They tend to feel more detached from ordinary people and have a certain disregard for human life, which is quite normal. If anyone had the power to kill soone just by glaring, and maintained the consciousness of "being able to kill anyti without consequences" for years, their thoughts would inevitably beco twisted. As the saying goes, when you have a hamr, everything looks like a nail, and having a lethal weapon easily triggers homicidal thoughts.

He might often rehearse scenarios of killing in his mind and even consider actually killing soone just to see if he could do it—not because he has the motive, but simply because he can. Underneath his eyes lurked lawlessness, and he might even ponder how to counterattack if he ever conflicted with the police or military. Outwardly, he might appear humble and cautious, but he was actually very confident in his own power, deep down believing that "if there were a true battle, he would surely win."

In situations without any confrontations, he would do his best to conceal his identity as a supernatural power user; but if he really couldn’t hide it, he would expose himself without any psychological burden. Zhu Shi ntioned in his report that he had seen him on the battleground and talked with him; he did not conceal his actions. This was because he harbored a desire to reveal his uniqueness to people around him.

How restrictive his ordinary life must have felt to him, which is why he longed to go to an extraordinary world. Like a fish out of water wanting to return to the sea, he might]] have believed that it was the world where he truly belonged.
