Although I don’t know if it counts, but I still shared with Little Bowl No.2 about the last ti I held Mazao’s hand and how she tried to pull away.

In the past, Mazao would share a bed with , and even hold as we slept, chances like that might never co again. Thinking of this, I inevitably feel a sense of regret.

"I think it was probably just out of shyness..." Little Bowl No.2’s attitude relaxed a bit, "Was there anything else? Did she ever show a look of disgust towards you? Sister Mazao is very bad at lying, as long as you observe carefully, you can definitely tell."

"No. But, I don’t think that explains anything."

For example, I consider Changan a friend, willing to risk danger to save him when he’s in a life-threatening situation, but that doesn’t an I approve of everything about him. I have always disagreed with him frequenting nightclubs and think he shouldn’t continue to hang out with those bad influences. Sotis I even pretend not to know him in front of others.

Nevertheless, even if he doesn’t change these habits, it doesn’t prevent from continuing to treat him as a very important friend. This is what’s called seeking common ground while reserving differences.

Probably, Mazao has already started to regard as soone very important, as both a friend and a partner. After a long ti, it’s possible that I might occupy a position in her heart similar to a family mber. But that doesn’t an I can really beco her lover. If she decides I am a pervert who likes young girls, she might exclude from her romantic interests.

But I have deeper ambitions. I plan to be straightforward and ask Mazao directly about her feelings towards afterward. Before that though, I plan to first ask Little Bowl No.2 for her thoughts.

Besides, if it really doesn’t work out, I won’t force it. For , what’s most important is to express my true feelings. Although both Little Bowl No.2 and Zhu Shi have described as somber and a man burdened with heavy emotions, I’ve never seen myself as the type to be obsessively clingy.

If failure is what awaits at the end of my full effort, I will also convince myself to gracefully swallow this bitter pill.

As long as Mazao doesn’t leave , I am content, probably.

Hearing all this, Little Bowl No.2 beca excited instead: "How can this be? No.3, you must win Sister Mazao over!"

"Ah?" I was startled by her response, "Co to think of it, I’ve been feeling a bit strange since earlier, you seem not opposed to pursuing Mazao..."

"That’s because, Mr. No.3, you truly are the most ideal candidate I know of," she said, "Although a bit of a pervert..."

"Did you say sothing?"

"Anyway, Mr. No.3, it’s great you ca to discuss this with first. Being straightforward is your biggest weapon and also your biggest weakness. Although I think Sister Mazao is mostly won over by you already, it’s not been seen firsthand, and according to what you said, there still might be so suspense. If you just charge in and break the ice, there’s a chance things might collapse." She spoke gravely, "Let , Little Bowl, be your love strategist, and sche for you!"

"Strategist..."

For so reason, I thought of Zhu Shi, then said, "That said, you should be my second strategic advisor."

"—I’m the second?" Little Bowl No.2’s eyes suddenly shifted, "Mr. No.3, have you been consulting others for advice? ...Any other girls besides ?"

I briefly introduced Zhu Shi to her, and she seed a bit puzzled, muttering to herself, "Zhu Shi? This na sounds familiar... No matter, the most important thing is, this is a formidable rival, I must help Sister Mazao get rid of her..."

Zhu Shi has no romantic feelings, but that’s her private matter, sothing I couldn’t explain to Little Bowl No.2, so instead I just said, "I won’t be dating Zhu Shi, you can be assured."

"But that Zhu Shi is about your age, and she’s also pretty, right?" Little Bowl No.2 seed to linger on the thought.

"Speaking of age, I have a very concerning question... How old are you and Mazao now?" I tried to shift the topic, "According to what Mazao said, to maintain bodily growth, you must eat normally, but you can’t always find food, right?"

She paused slightly, also seeming a bit perplexed.

"...Mazao and I have been wandering for a very, very long ti... Just as Mr. No.3 you speculated, relying only on the Power of Return to substitute for eating, it’s not possible for the body to develop, and most of the ti we are unable to get food, so our bodies don’t grow." She said, "As for how long we have actually been wandering, we don’t know either. Because there is no sunrise or sunset, we can’t calculate the days. We also don’t have any tikeeping tools, and live far from human habitation.

"Moreover, after the Doomsday, the passage of ti in different areas is extrely uncoordinated. Perhaps even ti has been corroded by Frenzy, becoming crazy. Even if we occasionally et other survivors or small settlents with tikeeping tools, we can’t tell if the ti we’ve experienced matches theirs.

"Not just objective passage of ti, even our subjective perception of ti is chaotic. Maybe Mazao and I have been wandering for many years, or perhaps it’s only been a few months... We can’t tell."

Every ti I learn new information about the Doomsday Era, its image in my heart becos ever more chaotic.

If one might say the normal world has clear-cut rules of black and white, then the world after Doomsday has beco grey. Just like this Void Realm, filled with grey fog that causes one to lose their way. Consciousness is chaotic, ti is chaotic, and from what I heard before, it seems even space is in disarray, defying physical laws with bizarre phenona rampaging everywhere.

Even the existence of celestial bodies like the moon varies from person to person; so can see it, so cannot. For reasons unknown, even soone like Mazao, who should be able to see it, cannot.

"Mr. Three, do you not wish for Sister Mazao to grow up?" Little Bowl No. 2 suddenly asked.

I honestly replied, "It would be good if she could grow up, but... perhaps there really is a part of that hopes she stays the sa."

"Sister Mazao has the Power of Return, even if she grows up she can always change back," she whispered like a little demon.

I pretended not to hear and said, "If there’s nothing else, let’s head back."

After so thought, she nodded and then followed back.

When we got back to the area with the rock chairs, there were already two more figures there. Judging from their builds, they should be No. 1 and No. 5. Both of these people were facing the Master of Divine Seal, who was ditating with closed eyes.

No. 1, hearing our footsteps, turned around and then his gaze settled on .

"—Three?" His voice was particularly cautious.

No. 5, as if waking from a dream, looked at in surprise and guard.

Last ti, in front of everyone, the Master of Divine Seal had exposed my identity as an invader from the Void Realm. Now standing in the shoes of these two, I might appear as the embodint of the unknown and dangerous.

No. 1 then looked at my side and asked, "No. 2, you are with him now?"

"Yes, Mr. One. I am Mr. Three’s companion," Little Bowl No. 2 stated clearly without hesitation.

"Do you really understand what you’re doing? This man... it’s even hard to say whether he is human." No. 1 said.

"I am Mr. Three’s companion," Little Bowl No. 2 emphasized again.

"...Is that so."

No. 1 looked at us for a long ti, and then slowly withdrew his gaze, turning his head to look at No. 5.

And No. 5 hesitated for a mont, and finally did not speak to , turning back to look again at the Master of Divine Seal. He seed to be weighing his options. I noticed his hand tightly clutching sothing. Looking more closely, it was a Divine Seal Fragnt.

Was No. 5 hesitating about proposing a deal to the Master of Divine Seal? But if I rember correctly, according to the rules of the Master of Divine Seal, the first Divine Seal Fragnt one is bound to cannot be used for trade. Could it be that No. 5 had obtained a second Divine Seal Fragnt in just a little over a week?

Seeing this, I sensed the two Divine Seal Fragnts I possessed. In the real world, I could freely summon these two fragnts, but in this Void Realm, I felt I could not summon the first one I was bound to; however, the second fragnt obtained from killing Dr. Silver Mask was in a summonable state.

Since No. 5 could summon a Divine Seal Fragnt here, it ans he truly collected a second fragnt in the real world.

Realizing this, I couldn’t help but regard No. 5 with new respect. In this Void Realm, other than myself, No. 1 entered first, Little Bowl No. 2 belonged to the Doomsday Era, No. 4 Xuanming and No. 6 were both Impermanence, No. 7 was the most mysterious person, while No. 5 always seed ordinary and often startled.

Yet such a person managed to obtain such a result in just over a week, truly not to be underestimated.

By comparison, it seems that No. 1 did not gain much during this period. Last ti he was the most fixated on the "wish-granting opportunity" proposed by the Master of Divine Seal, such a person would probably not miss the chance for a deal, or rather, the chance to "gain the knowledge to fulfill a wish."

I have my speculations about the true identity of No. 1.

No. 1’s wish is "to resurrect the dead," and that dead person died to save him, also he has a strong sense of hatred towards Ying Lingyun. Together with being a Chosen One of the Void Realm, he must have a deeply entwined relationship with the Divine Seal Fragnt.

In my mory, the only person who fits all these conditions is Impermanence qualifier "Xu Gou" from the Human Bureau’s Twelve Gods Plan, who is still missing to this day.
