"Roar!!"
Dragon roars surged within the congealing and annihilating space, as formidable power burst forth in an instant when the spatial core fused with the whale dragon.
Endowed with a dragon spirit from birth, the whale dragon t the space power that sought to completely assimilate and subdue it with its own space-ti power, clashing and washing against it in fury.
However, unlike the power of the eight cultivators before, which crumbled upon contact, Li Ming’s power was like a stubborn stone at the bottom of a riverbed; no matter how much the dragon strove, it could hardly shake this seed of power.
The space-ti power that had been invincible up until now seed like a small stream against a massive mountain before this vast force, easily blocked and unable to budge the whale dragon.
"Roar!!"
With every dragon roar, the whale dragon valiantly struggled against the power that wished to subdue it, but no matter how hard it fought, it couldn’t escape the imprisonnt of that power, and could only be forcibly integrated with the spatial core into its body amidst its struggles.
In an instant, the force of Li Ming’s spatial core appeared in every part of its being—from its dragon soul to its bones, blood, flesh, scales, and claws.
"Roar!"
The whale dragon roared with impotent rage, but with a simple gesture from Li Ming, the power of spatial reclamation was employed, and the spatial core, along with the unwilling whale dragon, was forcefully reclaid back into his space.
"Hum~"
A vibration belonging to space-ti power flickered in Li Ming’s first domain, and the mont he took the whale dragon into his body, he simultaneously acquired its special power: space-ti power!
At the sa ti, he also gained the power to command the whale dragon in battle!
The ability to receive various beast-taming powers and, at the sa ti, command the tad beasts to fight alongside oneself—this was the might of being a core practitioner of the Dao, wielding the powerful "Secrets of the Myriad Domains."
To so extent, the cultivation thods of the Dao were derived from the Cultivation thods brought by those cultivators, but what was different was that after thousands of years of evolution, these thods, once sourced from the cultivators, had been improved upon generation after generation, becoming a new form of practice infused with the wisdom of the practitioners.
They had long surpassed the original level of the cultivators’ thods that were unintentionally revealed upon their arrival, reaching a new height of power.
They may not be the strongest in the world of cultivation, but they possess their unique might and functionality, or at the very least, they are very practical.
Take, for example, the "Secrets of the Myriad Domains," a thod rooted in the beast-taming power of the Primordial Infant sect from the cultivation world, which, on top of its original capabilities, had been refined and evolved to bring forth this powerful force of carrying one’s domain.
Li Ming suspected that spiritual energy had appeared in this world more than once, much like the tides; past surges of spiritual energy had always been intermittent, ebbing and flowing.
The era of the great mage Liu Xiu was perhaps a ti when a tide of spiritual energy had arrived, and it was for this reason that these Dao practices had a foundation upon which they kept improving.
During periods when spiritual energy was fixed and unabsorbable, these sects beca ordinary secluded factions, focusing on physical training to strengthen their bodily foundation and vitality.
Only when the spiritual energy arrived did they utilize their profound background to soar to great heights.
"It seems not only those seven cultivators descended here. Perhaps others perished in the battles against those monstrous creatures, and their legacies, picked up by so Daoists, evolved into the current cultivation achievents."
Li Ming mused to himself, and then glanced at the whale dragon he had subdued into his domain, a flicker of contemplation passing in the corner of his eye. By forcing the dragon into submission through the thod, the risk of defiance should greatly decrease after so good tempering and bonding.
Still, this inability to command it was indeed a hidden danger.
"Never mind, you must be deeply resentful during this period of blending. Considering I’m a soft-hearted good person, I won’t let you experience that suffering."
With that thought in mind, Li Ming glanced at the eight Daolords from the overseas domains, who, completely oblivious to him, sat cross-legged and shut their eyes, rapidly recovering and stabilizing their injuries. After so thought, he released the whale dragon that he had forcefully subdued from his domain.
The mont the whale dragon erged, it writhed, contending against its own body, but how could it possibly fight against a part of itself now that the domain core had beco a part of its very being?
Under the forceful control of the domain core, even the roar it wanted to release was suppressed by Li Ming, keeping the dragon cry stuck in its throat, leaving the whale dragon with no choice but to glare at Li Ming, the human who had restrained it, in fury.
"What a stubborn new dragon you are."
Observing the whale dragon’s gaze, Li Ming sighed inwardly. Then, controlling the domain core, he prevented even an angry glare, making it instead display an adorable expression. His mouth quirked into a smile as he looked straight into the whale dragon’s eyes.
Spiritual Power—Heart Capture!
The divine power awakened from the sixth evolution of his ntal ability, Mind Force, was put into genuine use by Li Ming for the first ti, as terrifying ntal strength burst forth, furiously flooding into the spiritual world of the whale dragon.
In the dragon’s mind, its fundantal source of draconic essence unwittingly took on the shape of Li Ming.
When Li Ming’s eyes opened again, all resistance the whale dragon had against him dissipated in an instant, and it beca extrely docile, affectionately rubbing against Li Ming’s arm.
Li Ming gave a slight smile, and with a re thought, a surge of space-ti power began to brew within his body.
