"It’s fine. You don’t hurt , I’m going to talk to the two leaders about work at our base. We can’t let the people starve, right? And we agreed before that both you and your husband wouldn’t have to work the grounds. There’s no point if we cannot even have a fulfilling al."
Li Ming spoke with a smile, Zhou Manman kept nodding. As Li Ming continued to walk, she followed until the top of the staircase before stopping.
After Li Ming left, Zhou Manman stood for a mont, deep in thought. She glanced at the window, as though she could see the far-off farmlands.
Then she looked at Li Ming’s house again, at the won still imrsed in their gas, living comfortably. Suddenly, she pursed her lips and walked back into her own house with her graceful posture.
