"Husband, back from the hunt?"

"Mhm, in celebration of today’s successful hunt~"

"Alright, help up."

"......"

By the ti Li Ming returned to the villa, it was already six o’clock. Dinner had just finished cooking. After eating, it was half past eight at night, and he practiced the "Tongbi Fist" for another three hours, rapidly raising his proficiency in "Tongbi Fist" to the level of "Having Made So Achievents".

A new transformation ca again, and Li Ming clearly felt an increase in the power of his arms, shoulders, and waist. Moreover, a special force erged from his heart, connecting them all.

Li Ming tried again to mobilize the strength of his whole body, and found that he could do so more quickly and agilely.

"The Form and Intent Boxing enhances power, and the Tongbi Fist connects the whole body. Either of the two, when practiced to a high level, will have greater power no matter how they attack."

Li Ming realized in his heart, and was quite satisfied with the effect of the "Tongbi Fist". Now using his crafted weapons was more relaxed.

Breakthrough in skills, strengthening of power, it’s ti to be happy. Completely at ease, Li Ming returned to his room. Zhang Yuan, Xu Yunyun and Xu Xiu were all still there, having washed up and had dinner served by other won.

Now it was ti to celebrate.

"Husband~"

"Husband~"

"Husband~"

"......"

The next morning, Li Ming woke up early. After his daily practice and seeing Scarface and his crew co to continue the repair work, he went to Zhao Sunwu’s villa. After waiting for a short while, Monkey also arrived, and they set off with Zhao Sunwu to et up with Tie Jun outside the city.

"Speaking of which, it’s strange. It hasn’t rained for two months. Why isn’t there any sign of rain?"

As they drove out of the city, when they reached the area where they had searched the day before, Tie Jun looked up at the glaring sun in the sky and couldn’t help but comnt.

"Who knows, maybe it’s not ti yet."

Zhao Sunwu shrugged his shoulders. Each of them felt an inexplicable tension, but in the end, they all shook their heads and carried on with their search for mutant beasts.

The exploration was largely dependent on Zhao Sunwu who flew around to scout. Li Ming and the others waited in the car for news. Soon, Zhao Sunwu flew back, his face full of excitent.

"Seven kiloters ahead, there’s a large mutant pig, as big as a bungalow. That body of at is at least ten thousand jin. What do you think? Should we give it a shot?"

Zhao Sunwu landed on the ground, eagerly speaking to the three of them. As he spoke, he gestured with his hands, concluding, "If we kill this mutant pig, it’s worth as much as five ordinary mutant beasts."

"A mutant pig as big as a bungalow?"

Hearing Zhao Sunwu’s words, Tie Jun couldn’t help but raise his eyebrows, then voiced his concern, "Such a large mutant pig, it would be difficult to handle if it charged."

"But mutant beasts are hard to co by. We’ve already searched half of the southern part of the city yesterday, and only found three mutant beasts. This one is equivalent to five. If we miss this chance, we might not encounter such a large mutant beast again."

Zhao Sunwu also voiced his opinion. Tie Jun contemplated his words, then turned to look at Monkey and Li Ming.

"I have no objections."

Monkey moved his neck, he was a speed supernatural, always playing support, naturally had no objections.

"Don’t rush to a conclusion. Let’s check out the situation first."

Li Ming shook his head. They couldn’t make a judgent based solely on Zhao Sunwu’s words. On hearing him, the other three looked at each other, then nodded their heads, and followed Zhao Sunwu’s directions towards their target location.

In just over ten minutes, a small forest of about two acres appeared in their sight. They parked their vehicle a distance away and got out to walk.

Next to the woods were several red brick and tile houses built by rural folks a long ti ago. Climbing onto the rooftop, they looked into the forest through a telescope under Zhao Sunwu’s guidance, and saw a huge pig leisurely grazing in the woods.

Li Ming shifted his gaze to examine the woods, noticing the knocked-down trees and trampled mud pits. His brow furrowed.

"Such a big boar, not easy to kill."

Tie Jun furrowed his brows, glanced at their gear, then looked at Li Ming: "Can your arrows penetrate its defenses?"

Tie Jun wasn’t joking around; just by looking at the boar’s hide, it was evidently thick and heavy. A regular weapon might not even break through it.

"Nobody really knows until the arrow is shot, but blatantly attacking it definitely isn’t an option."

Li Ming shook his head slightly and withdrew his gaze. His longbow, though crafted pre-apocalypse by the wealthy through special thods, its effectiveness against such aberrant beasts was still uncertain.

However, brute force wasn’t the only way to deal with wild beasts.

As he spoke, Li Ming shifted his gaze to the others nearby, smiling as he pointed towards the southern part of the forest. "Over there in the south is a pit dug by an excavator. It looks pretty deep. We could enlarge and deepen it, then cover it with branches and soil. We might trap the boar that way."

During his first look of the forest, Li Ming already took note of this deep pit and the accompanying strategy which he wasn’t yet sure would work.

"Such a large boar would be terrifying when charging, but once its movents are restricted, it’s ours to butcher. Our weapons are alloyed with special tals and can certainly break through its defenses. If we can create a few more openings on its body to let it bleed, it will be done for."

Li Ming gestured towards the direction of the pit. The mont they all saw it, their eyes brightened up before he inquired, "So, what do you think? Can we do this?"

"I think it’s worth a shot, what about you guys?"

Tie Jun tightened his armor and big sharp knife, voicing his opinion without hesitation.

"The four of us should attract the boar’s attention and lure it there."

Zhao Sunwu nodded in agreent, and Shorty—who naturally had no objections—did the sa.

"I’ll distract the boar’s attention so it doesn’t notice you guys, you all need to dig up the pit quickly. Once you’re done, find so branches to cover the pit."

Once everything was agreed upon, Zhao Sunwu wasted no ti in suggesting a course of action. They all nodded in agreent, and once they saw Zhao Sunwu departing, they too got off the roof and rushed towards the pit.

Upon arriving, they found the pit to be deep, around two ters or so. It was handy for them, so they each took their weapons and started digging at lightning speed.

"Whoosh~"

In the blink of an eye, earth was flying everywhere. The mouth of the pit, originally three ters wide and four to five ters long, was enlarged to fifteen ters long and ten ters wide.

All of the guys were mutants, so even with weapons in hand, they were digging like a trio of excavators, making swift progress. Over at the forest, Zhao Sunwu had deliberately made himself visible close to the forest, which imdiately captured the attention of the mutant pig.

The pig, on alert for about an hour, saw that the human who was flying back and forward didn’t make any other moves, decided not to ran away and silently continued eating while occasionally watching the forest.

While cautious, it was completely unaware of the actions taking place in the one-kiloter pit outside the forest.

anwhile, having dug half the day away, Li Ming and his team finally completed the pit. Then they went to a different part of the forest to gather branches to cover the pit, following which they started layering it with earth.

The leaves and branches, thriving in sumr, could perfectly stabilize the earth cover. By the ti they completed the covering, it was already two in the afternoon. Instead of pressing on, they called Zhao Sunwu over, ate and drank together, then rested to regain their energy.

After a montary rest, they perked their spirits and got back on their feet around three in the afternoon.

"We should space ourselves twenty ters apart, consistently coaxing it towards the pit. We have to be loud to scare it into rushing towards the pit instead of rushing at us."

Zhao Sunwu handed each of them a loudhailer. Li Ming reiterated the instructions before moving with Tie Jun and Shorty to the north end of the forest, along with Zhao Sunwu. After adjusting themselves correctly, they began closing in from the forest.

Once the mutant pig detected them, it roared and suddenly charged.

"Snort~"

Upon seeing the boar drop its speed and the four n closing in, it sprinted towards the southern end of the forest, opposite to them.

"Hurry up and drive it. Don’t let it stray from the path."

A glimr of joy spread across Li Ming’s face as he instructed them to speed up while blasting the loudhailer to scare the mutant pig.

The four n in a semi-circular formation advanced swiftly, herding the panic-stricken mutant pig towards the trap. The one-kiloter distance was covered in no ti.

In the end, the mutant pig fell into the pit amidst its escape!
