The trip with Xie Ziyuan was absolutely full of thrill. Until they arrived at the destination, they were already numb on top of the dizziness.

Xie Ziyuan was furrowing his brows thoughtfully, considering sothing. Once they rescued Ma Yongcheng and Leng Chuan’s families, he might need to go to the nearest city to gather so necessities.

anwhile, Ma Yongcheng, Leng Chuan, and Lin Yu’an were busy vomiting. The experience of teleportation was different this ti. Xie Ziyuan didn’t use so kind of talisman anymore, but he directly brought them with his space power.

Xie Ziyuan’s power was limited. As such, he needed to teleport a few tis within a certain distance. They had t many fierce beastn along the way.

They even teleported directly in front of the gaping maw of a huge fierce beast, nearly being swallowed by the colossal being. A flock of fierce beasts also surrounded them.

Thankfully, they managed to teleport in ti.

Birds mostly had low rank but they usually moved in groups, and the destructive power they could bring was no less than a high-level ordinary fierce beast.

Only their kind dared to live inside the dangerous zone even with low-level power. So birds gathered in a smaller group for the species which had lightning speed. Hence, the Lin siblings could steal their eggs before. They were simply weaker and only had advantage in speed.

"I thought I was about to die." Ma Yongcheng gasped, clutching his chest as he vomited again. Leng Chuan was beside him, more reserved as he tried to lessen the nausea in his stomach. Lin Yu’an’s was pale.

Xie Ziyuan ignored their unsightly image and waited for them to finish. He surveyed the surroundings and frowned. The contamination level had risen sharply in the past few years, and it was worrying.

Beastn were taking refuge everywhere, causing so cities to be overpopulated.

"Lead the way," He muttered expressionlessly.

The other three hurriedly followed him as they stepped into the murky environnt. There was a thin fog covering the surrounding, but the visibility was rather acceptable.

"Master Xie, we live in a different village. Do you think we should split up?" Leng Chuan asked for his opinion.

In such an environnt where the contaminant substance was so palpable, they were worried their families had moved away. The sooner they went to their village, the better.

"No," Xie Ziyuan rejected the idea. "Where is the nearest village between you two?"

He hadn’t expected the contamination level to be so high. The two were so anxious that their state showed faint signs of collapse.

"We can go to my village first." Leng Chuan opened his mouth. "It should take around two hours from here."

However, not long after, they experienced the blur and dizziness again. They thought he no longer had the power to teleport them again. Unexpectedly, he only gave them a small warning before he teleported them again.

His attainnt in the space laws was really high.

Xie Ziyuan had directly teleported them near his village, leaving only a five minute walk. The contamination level was considerably lesser in this area, sowhat habitable but not for long term residence.

Leng Chuan didn’t even feel dizzy anymore. He was too excited to care. "Master Xie, please follow ."

His village was filled with water. There was a well near every house. A small creek flowed in front of the houses. Not far from this village, there should be a larger body of water, perhaps a lake.

Most of the houses were already empty.

The mont they stepped inside the village gate, their boots beca wet with water. It was indeed a village suitable for water creatures.

Along the way, as they followed Leng Chuan’s lead, they could see the visible anxiety on his face. He was biting his lip, taking large steps impatiently while occasionally examining so houses.

His face sank with each step he took. They heard him muttering nervously. "Most of the people here have already left. Out of five houses, only one is occupied."

Ma Yongcheng’s feeling mirrored his. He kept rubbing his hands as if he was praying. "Let’s go quickly to your house Brother Leng. Where is it?"

Leng Chuan nodded and quickened his steps. All the houses were made of wood, and they looked similar to each other. Unless they were the long-ti inhabitant of the place, they might not even recognize their own ho.

Ten minutes passed, and he finally arrived at his house, panting. Leng Chuan took a deep breath before he kicked open his house.

He had a bad premonition.

His house already looked deserted. The wooden scoop on the water bucket already showed faint signs of moss. Usually, they would wash it everyday so that it remained clean.

If there was no one taking care of it anymore, it ant that the people inside already left.

"Impossible!" Leng Chuan exclaid in disbelief, his face was getting more pale.

He entered the house, and the other three followed, helping him to search for any signs of life inside. They searched the kitchen, bedrooms, living room... simply not a single soul left.

"Leng Jun! Where are you?" Leng Chuan shouted. "Leng Ting, don’t hide from brother. Leng Yi..."

He shouted, calling his three siblings until his voice beca hoarse. From the beginning until the end, no one responded.

"Did they leave already?" Ma Yongcheng was the most sympathetic with Leng Chuan. The latter held his head in frustration.

Leng Chuan sighed, his voice tinged with regret. "It’s my fault. I shouldn’t have taken so long to co back..."

"It’s not your fault." Ma Yongcheng patted his shoulder. "We had no ans to escape from those scoundrels back then."

The otter beastman collapsed into the ground, but soon, he got up again. The man raced out of the house, knocking on the neighbor’s door.

"Mr. Wang! Are you inside?" Leng Chuan called out. "Did you know where my younger siblings have left?"

He knocked for a long ti, yet there was no reply from inside. Leng Chuan’s temper flared. He didn’t know what ca over him; he simply kicked open the door, nearly shattering it.

The other three following him were astonished.

"Brother Leng, watch out!" soone shouted in worry, but it was too late.
