In her reincarnations, when she hadn’t woken up and rembered who she was, she used to fall in love helplessly to Cassias. Like a fool!

When Laziel ntioned breaking her engagent with Cassias, her reaction was big, arguing and yelling toward him. She even splashed him with a glass of water before running to her room to sulk.

However, now she was much calr, not really caring whether her engagent would be broken or not. Anyway, not long after Laziel left in anger, the plot often made Cassias call her to discuss the topic of the engagent.

Through his words and gentleman-like personality, he hinted about his desire to break the engagent. Of course, she didn’t catch on. She was too happy that Cassias had taken the initiative to invite her to a al.

At this ti, the relationship between Nyra and Cassias wasn’t that deep yet. In every reincarnation, both main leads knew about the incoming apocalypse because they were reborn. Nyra had a harder ti because of her difficult position in the Sylvaris family and most likely she was working hard to stock supplies.

"Cassias, does sothing matter?" She glanced at him calmly.

He raised his eyebrow, and Zerra silently mocked herself in her heart. He was probably surprised that she didn’t act like that bratty girl, clinging to him shalessly, right?

"Why? I can’t ask my fiancee out for a al?" His tone was flat, holding no enthusiasm.

Zerra scrutinized him deeply. They ordered the food and ate in silence. When she took a bite of the rich taste in her tongue again, her eyes lit up.

The food in the human realm always astonished her, but it was really a pity that after she turned into a zombie, her tastebud couldn’t appreciate those foods. They turned into sothing worse than dirt.

"There must be sothing you want to talk about." She muttered, taking a quick sneak at his face that could enchant even the celestials. His devilish allure when he smiled, chiseled jaw, and sharp, penetrating eyes. The aloofness in his bones.

"Laziel called last night." He stared at her, who was busy stuffing herself with food. "He ntioned canceling the engagent."

He stopped there and didn’t explain further. According to the novel, she would hurriedly deny it and convince him she wanted no such thing. However, his intention was always the sa. He wanted to cancel the engagent.

It was better that he wouldn’t have a burden like her in the apocalypse, right?

"Oh." She nodded. "I will ntion it to Dad and Mom later."

He narrowed his eyes. "ntion what?"

She silently clicked her tongue. He was a person who wouldn’t allow anything to go wrong, didn’t he? He wasn’t even willing to accept an ambiguous answer.

"Cancelling the engagent." She bluntly said without even looking at him. Another spoonful of food entered her mouth, and she closed her eyes in enjoynt.

Sensing that Cassias hadn’t responded for a while, she lifted her gaze, finding his penetrating eyes scrutinizing her deeply. Was he afraid that she wasn’t serious about this and rely joking? What a fussy man who couldn’t even allow her to eat in peace.

"I can even call Dad right now." She muttered. "I promise I won’t throw a tantrum later and change my mind even after I return ho."

If it were in her early reincarnations, such words would have been shaful for her to say, admitting that she was a spoiled brat! However, her heart had grown calr, and she didn’t care anymore. Silently waiting for another cycle of reincarnation to pass.

She held up her phone and shook it slightly in front of him. Just as she was about to call her father, she heard him say, "when did I say I wanted to cancel the engagent?"

Her finger froze less than a centiter away from her phone screen. It took her a few seconds to process his words, and she couldn’t help but ask doubtfully, "You don’t want to cancel it?"

In her mind, Zerra silently wondered. Another new variation in this round of reincarnation, huh? So reincarnations went according to a similar plot. The engagent wasn’t cancelled, she obstructed Cassias and Nyra’s relationship, Darren shoved her to a horde of zombies, she beca the zombie king, and then she died.

"Yes, I don’t want to cancel it." He elegantly took a sip of his tea. Raising his eyebrows, he shot his gaze toward her sharply. "Why? You want to cancel it?"

She contemplated it. It was really the first ti it happened because Cassias actually took the initiative to maintain their engagent. In other plots, they sotis broke up, but he was pressured by his elders later. There will be a plot where a dying parent gave him their last will to keep the engagent with her.

Actually, since she even lost counts of how many tis she had reincarnated, there will always be so unique variations. Sotis, she didn’t rember her past life as the celestial fox spirit or her identity as Zerra. So, in her next life, she believed she was a zombie king who had transmigrated into Zerra’s body.

"Then just keep it," she said in a nonchalant tone. It didn’t matter anyway, the ending has already been determined. She wouldn’t lie that it did arouse her curiosity, but only a little.

He might change his mind after he t Nyra. Who knows?

Oh, she almost forgot that Nyra most likely worked in this restaurant. They might et here after she returns ho later. Wanting to do them a favor, she intended to go back sooner.

Her heart was suddenly filled with the thought of her parents. It didn’t matter, even if her efforts would be useless. She still wanted to provide the best for them. She thoughtfully looked at the rings on her finger.

It was originally two rings, but whoever made it was so creative to rge the thin rings into one. She rembered it now. It wasn’t rely a decoration, but an artifact. Most likely she had acquired it in the celestial realm, although she didn’t rember when and who had given it.

The rings have space inside.

"Miss, Sir, are you two finished and would like the check?" A voice pulled Zerra out of her thoughts.

Her pupils dilated when she saw that it was Nyra. She clicked her tongue. Was she about to witness one of the legendary encounters between the main leads?
