Though the inducer has only a ten percent success rate and does not guarantee a successful ability mutation upon consumption, the re fact that there’s a ten percent success rate implies that it contains key substances capable of causing a mutation in Water Elent Superpower Users. With this inducer analyzed and researched, it might be possible to produce a finished product!
