[Foodie finished swallowing, stretching its tongue. The powdery residue left its throat feeling a bit dry. Da Vinci patted Foodie, and they continued searching for a sister butterfly...]
[Foodie burped, followed Da Vinci through the flowerbeds and saw a small blue flower. It curled its tongue around the flower, then spit it out, bouncing over to Da Vinci with an open mouth, "Can you sll how fragrant my breath is...?"]
[Da Vinci looked at Foodie, moved closer, and took a sniff. It glared at Foodie and jumped to pick a small red flower with its mouth, urging Foodie to co and sll it. Foodie happily bounced away and disappeared into the flowerbeds.]
"Two silly ones~" Ming laughed and walked to the riverbank. He estimated the river's width to be about a dozen ters or so. There were a few droppings on the bank that didn't look human.
Judging by the size, they didn't belong to a giant mutated creature either. Ming had seen Big White's droppings before and could only say that these were excellent animal fertilizers.
The abundance of good-quality droppings made the glowing Flowers very satisfied.
This particular pile of droppings clearly indicated that the creature that produced them wasn't very large. Seeing this, Ming couldn't help but smile. He now considered himself half a doctor and half an animal caretaker.
His childhood dream was to beco a zoo director, but various factors interfered with realizing that goal. Now, perhaps he could achieve that dream in this terrible post-apocalyptic world. He hoped the apocalypse would end soon so he could open a zoo.
Ming daydread while poking the droppings with a stick. The feces contained chewed-up plant residue, indicating that the animal that produced them was a herbivore.
"A non-mutated herbivore...great, that's just perfect..." Ming crouched down, examining the droppings carefully. They were the right mix of wet and dry, with a sticky consistency and quite fresh.
He stood up and looked around. The water and grass were abundant, making it a paradise for herbivores. He could imagine that the herbivore had grown quite plump and fat in this environnt.
The thought made Ming drool...
[Your little froggies continued their journey, spotting a gray creature resembling a rabbit among the flowers. Da Vinci looked at Foodie, who understood and bounced over to the gray rabbit. It croaked, "Are you male or female?" The rabbit glanced at Foodie but didn't react, just continued eating grass. Foodie turned back to Da Vinci, "I got ignored again..."]
[Da Vinci hopped over to the gray rabbit and patted Foodie, "Who would bother with a rude fellow like you?"]
[Da Vinci used its capture ability on the gray rabbit, successfully capturing it. Da Vinci patted Foodie again, "Sooner or later we'll have to bring it ho. It doesn't matter if it's male or female." Foodie nodded, feeling like it learned sothing.]
"I hope it's a female rabbit so that the one at ho won't be lonely anymore~"
Ming laughed, thinking that once they breed, they could produce food. In no ti, they'd have at for every al.
Now, it was ti to find the herbivore that had been defecating near the river and polluting the water source.
"Let's catch so fish first~" Ming glanced at the calm river and took out so stinky mud to toss into the water.
[Your froggies squatted on the ground, watching a line of ants march forward. Foodie didn't understand why ants had to walk one after another in a line instead of side by side, which would be faster and more ti-efficient... Silly ants...]
[Da Vinci explained to Foodie that ants have poor vision and are prone to get lost. They could only follow one another by slling the scent emitted by their companions, so ants were little cuties who walked while passing gas.]
[Foodie didn't understand why they couldn't sll it. Da Vinci patted Foodie, "You dummy, the scent has been absorbed by their companions behind them, so we can't sll it, of course..."]
[Foodie nodded, thinking that ants were really smart for recycling and being more frugal than Ming.]
"Damn, it!!" Ming stood on the riverbank, admiring the transformation of the innocent Foodie under Da Vinci's influence. If there are more new frog mbers in the future, they definitely won't be allowed to be ntored by you, Da Vinci. I'll personally take care of them.
[Your little froggies followed the line of ants, curious to see what they were up to. After hopping a short distance, they found that the ants up ahead were attacking a green grasshopper. Da Vinci felt compassion for him...]
[Da Vinci rushed forward and used his tongue to wrap up the grasshopper... Foodie looked at Da Vinci... Da Vinci told Foodie that they had to help the cute little ants... Foodie didn't understand why Da Vinci swallowed the grasshopper...]
[Da Vinci patted Foodie, "It's because you keep asking questions. I accidentally swallowed it while answering you." Foodie rotated its big eyes, looking very confused...]
"Why haven't the fish floated up yet?" Ming looked at the river and increased the intensity of tossing the stinky mud. After all, he had plenty of it. Every ti he harvested from the earthworm lord or sothing similar, he would get stinky mud cards for free~
Ming had the power to turn this section of the river into a stinky mud swamp but didn't want to deplete the resources.

[Da Vinci looked at Foodie, "We still have to help Ming find treasures... Let's focus on our main task first. Once we finish, we can go visit the ants' ho." Foodie was very happy, and used its capture ability on the second snake that dashed out of the bushes, successfully capturing it...]
"Mmm, more snake at." Ming smiled, wondering what honey and snake would taste like. He threw more stinky mud into the river, then took out a shovel and dug so dirt from the riverbank. He actually found a few earthworms, put them in an empty can, and continued to dig. After all, these were valuable seeds.
[Your little froggies continued their journey to focus on their main task. They erged from the bushes and saw a broken-down RV in the open area ahead... The froggies looked at each other and hopped towards the RV...]
[Foodie saw a barbecue grill and used its capture ability on it, successfully capturing it... Da Vinci hopped next to the RV and looked at the open door... Then looked at Foodie... Foodie carried Da Vinci and hopped onto the RV... The froggies peeked inside, but there was nothing...]
[Your froggies hopped onto a small table inside the RV and discovered a magazine on it. The cover piqued their interest... Foodie flipped open a page with its mouth... Your froggies were excited, thinking how great it would be if the people in the magazine turned into zombies...]
"A broken-down RV?" Ming looked in the direction of the froggies. How could there be an RV in the wilderness?
Could it be that soone was camping here when the apocalypse arrived and they left it behind?
Would there be any survivors? Or...
Sniff, sniff~
Ming suddenly turned around, grabbed the shotgun in his right hand, and slled the scent of zombies...
