Betty clasped her fingers behind her back, forcing a stiff smile.
"I, I was just injured lightly and only my stomach was hurt, so it got healed pretty quickly."
David snorted and walked past her toward camp.

David, walking forward, touched his head, feeling pain as his hand brushed the bandage.
His mind replayed Betty getting punched in the stomach, blood pouring from her mouth.

Hearing strange noises, he glanced back only to see Betty’s stiff body and her finger pointing at him.

Various expressions crossed Betty’s face, including embarrassnt.
Seeing David’s penetrating gaze staring at her, she waved her hand nervously.

David raised a brow but shrugged, resuming his walk. Betty glared at his back and raised her fists in a mock boxing stance, shadow-fighting his silhouette in her imagination.

By the ti they reached camp, rain had soaked her clothes through.
Betty paused and looked strangely at David, while he was removing his French coat.

Betty’s creepy voice creeped him more as he ran fastly, he could feel Betty just behind her with both her hands raised.

The survivors watch with various expressions as David runs and Betty follows behind him, pervertly.

Seeing Ethan back, his eyes lit up, clutching his shoulder from behind, he turned Ethan’s face toward her.

He nearly laughed, seeing David Haggard’s breath and his flustered face hiding behind him like a shield.

Betty’s boots rubbed against the floor as she stopped seeing Ethan. She blinked, realizing what she was doing.

Ethan coughed and looked at Betty, seriously trying not to show his twitching lips.
"What the hell, man, aren’t you straight? Didn’t you and Lillian like each other?"
David looked from behind Ethan, his angry eyes staring at her.
"What was that? Why were you smiling like a pervert?"
Betty, hearing two questions at once, blinked, then her face turned completely red.
She opened her mouth to answer, but could not form the correct words.
"Hey Ethan, I’m straight, why would I fall for the sa gender?"
She stared with an earnest glare at Ethan. Ethan nodded and patted her shoulder.
"Yep, that’s what I’m talking about, why would you like my brother, you liked Lillian?"
Betty’s mouth opened to explain, but she quickly shut it.
’I was talking about Lilian, but whatever they thought, it’s not like I have a crush on any of them’
"So why were you running behind with that lecherous smile?" David’s glare was sowhat unconvinced, still standing behind Ethan, guarded.
Betty bit her lip and started making a circling motion with her feet.

Betty struggled to say her shaful secret, even Cassie, her best friend, dint know about it.
"That’s because I like muscles."
Betty beca more uncomfortable feeling their gaze.
Ethan punched his chest and made a proud face.
Betty tilted her head in puzzlent, seeing his sudden proud expression.
"So you an you like muscles and want to make yourself bulky, but can’t make it?"
Betty’s eyes lit up as she found haven, she eagerly nodded, flicking her finger.
"Yep, absolutely correct, you are a genius, Ethan, you know that."
Ethan’s nose raised even more, hearing complints.
David, although suspicious of Ethan’s words, walked out with a cough, he changed the topic.
"Ahem, Bennett, why were you asking about the core?"
Betty, hearing the change of topic, goes along quickly.
"Yeah, i was gonna tell you don’t crack that core, it can be fatal. I have seen one zombie eating a core, and he died, so you should put it in water and wait until the core light dims, then drink the water."
Inside, Betty was thanking god that she was able to save her secret.
Her mind was thinking of her shaful monts when she occasionally set her computer screen wallpaper of a shirtless man.

"Ahhh, Bennett, where were you? I was worried."
Betty stiffened, hearing Lilian’s voice. Looking back at her shoulder, Lilian was standing there with her hand on her hip, her eyes glaring at her.
"You know you are badly hurt, co with to your mattress."
Without hearing a word, she dragged Betty away. Ethan grinned and patted David’s shoulder.
"See, I was right, they love each other, look at the adoration in Lillian’s eyes, yes, she is the sa who glares daggers at on family parties, but now look at her face."
David nodded absently while looking at Betty, his mind played with her lecherous smile, and his body shuddered.
