Chapter 387: He had beco an unbeatable legend

They had already heard the news of Alex reaching level 100. Although they were ntally prepared and knew that Alex would undoubtedly achieve level 100 without any major issues, they were still concerned about potential accidents.

After all, Eugene was not weak, and there were many strong individuals at level 99. These people were formidable competitors. If they joined forces, Alex could beco very passive, and problems could arise.

Fortunately, Alex ultimately obtained the King’s Originium and successfully broke through to level 100.

While Nathan, Jose, and the others were pleased, they also felt a sense of relief.

Alex nodded, smiling as he spoke with the two, briefly catching up on recent events in Dawn City.

Dawn City was functioning normally, which put him at ease.

With these two managing the affairs of Dawn City, he felt much more secure.

Soon, Alex finished his conversation with the two and quickly made his way to Mia and Olivia.

As soon as he entered the room, Mia looked at him with a reproachful expression.

“You actually decided to co back! Do you know how long we’ve been waiting for you? And you’ve been out there wasting so much ti!”

Despite her words of reproach, Mia was eager and quickly moved to check on Alex. Seeing that he was truly unhard, she let out a sigh of relief.

“Luckily, you’re okay. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have let you off easily!”

Olivia, standing nearby, added, “Exactly! It’s a good thing nothing happened. If sothing had gone wrong, we wouldn’t know what to do!”

Alex smiled.

“What could have happened to ?”

“No one in this world can threaten yet! Haha, maybe no one ever will!”

“However, to be honest, it was indeed very dangerous this ti.”

“If I hadn’t been cautious and sent a Shadow Clone to scout and gather so information, we might have ended up in serious trouble!”

Alex shuddered as he recalled the events. Indeed, without the reconnaissance, he could have fallen into a trap or been ambushed. Even if he had survived, he might have been severely injured. And if Eugene and the others had arrived, it would have been a near-death situation.

So, Alex felt sowhat relieved about the decision he had made.

Hearing this, the two won’s eyes widened.

“What exactly happened? If you thought it was dangerous, it must have been extrely perilous!”

The two were worried and curious.

Alex had initially intended to keep details to himself, but he couldn’t resist their persistent questions.

Eventually, he started recounting the scene of the events. Alex was quite skilled at storytelling, his words flowing and vivid.

The story had its ups and downs, drawing the two won into it.

When Alex finished, the two won finally grasped the gravity of what had occurred.

Olivia couldn’t help but say, “Those city lords were really scheming! Fortunately, you were prepared; otherwise, we might never have seen you again.”

“I kept feeling uneasy before, and now I understand it was because of this!”

“I told you to be careful before. It’s clear that being cautious was the right choice. If you hadn’t been ticulous, things would have definitely gone wrong in the end.”

Mia also said, “From now on, be cautious with everything.”

Faced with the two won’s nagging, what could Alex do?

He couldn’t do anything but nod in agreent. He dared not go against their wishes.

Eventually, he said, “Don’t worry. With my strength, I’m not afraid of any number of enemies. Whether they attack in waves or ambush , the more they co, the more will die!”

Alex was very confident. In the whole world, perhaps only he had this confidence.

Of course, no one expressed doubt.

Because Alex truly possessed that strength.

He had beco invincible.

In many people’s eyes, he had beco an unbeatable legend.

Alex continued, “In this world, no one can threaten you anymore. Because your man is now invincible, hahaha.”

Both won laughed and looked at him, their hearts filled with happiness. They had witnessed Alex overcoming difficulties and reaching this point step by step. They were more delighted than anyone.

Hearing Alex’s words, they also felt a warm glow in their hearts.

However, soon they noticed sothing was off. They felt an intense gaze upon them.

Looking up, they saw Alex’s eyes burning with heat.

“I’ve worked so hard this ti. How about… hehe, why don’t you two go take a bath first?”

Mia and Olivia’s faces turned bright red. Although they were a bit reluctant, they eventually went.

Soon, the two won had finished bathing. Having just reached level 100, Alex was full of energy.

That night, he was so vigorous that he didn’t fall into a deep sleep until nearly dawn.

When Alex woke up, the sun was high in the sky. He got up feeling refreshed. As for the two won, they were still asleep, exhausted from the night’s activities.

“A new day, a new beginning.”

Alex dressed and went outside. The world was still a vast expanse of white. However, the snow had stopped, and the sun was shining.

At this mont, Alex suddenly heard a system notification in his mind.

[Survivor Alex, congratulations on reaching level 100. The system rewards have been delivered to your backpack. Please check!]

Alex was montarily stunned.

There were rewards?

He was pleasantly surprised. It was an unexpected gain. Given that he was the first to reach level 100, the rewards probably wouldn’t be too shabby.

He quickly checked his backpack to find the system rewards.

Alex looked at the system rewards with a mix of curiosity and excitent.

“City Expansion Token?” he mused. “And what’s this? A Great Wall Blueprint?”

He was familiar with the City Expansion Token, which was used to expand and enhance the city’s defenses. But the Great Wall Blueprint was sothing new to him. He wondered if it was ant to construct a literal wall.

“Building a Great Wall?” Alex thought. “What’s the use for Dawn City? But if it’s for constructing a Great Wall outside of Dawn City, that could be impressive. It would create a massive outer defense for the city. The territory within the Great Wall would count as part of Dawn City’s extended domain.”

He contemplated the potential benefits. Expanding the city’s range by creating such a grand structure could significantly increase its defensive capabilities and influence.

“It seems like it could be a good thing after all!” Alex mused.
