Chapter 294: Joint Fleet
“In the past, we lacked the strength to confront him directly. All we could do was accuse him verbally, which didn’t cause any substantial harm.”
“But now, everything has changed completely. Our strength has undergone a dramatic transformation. It’s ti to demand an explanation!”
“Exactly. Alex is ambitious. Once his power reaches a certain level, he might co after us!”
“We should eliminate this threat now, just in case!”
“Agreed!”
“Agreed!”
…
The controllers of Noah’s Arks like Dragon Ark, Mighty Ark, and Heavenly King Ark were in a highly confidential eting.
Previously, they had sowhat offended Alex while speaking up for Lupine.
Initially, they were furious upon learning that Alex violently sank the Sky Dragon.
But their anger soon turned into deep concern.
They feared Alex might co after them.
Fortunately, perhaps Alex was sowhat constrained and couldn’t act against them.
Yet, their sense of crisis remained unabated.
Regardless, Alex was known to be ruthless and powerful.
Therefore, as their own strength grew significantly, they decided to unite.
Their plan: to annihilate Alex and eliminate future threats!
“Alex only has one battleship, but we shouldn’t underestimate him. He might have so hidden tricks!” said the controller of Heavenly King Ark.
“Hidden tricks? You’re giving Alex too much credit!”
“The Dawn’s power is nothing special. There’s no hidden strength there!” Mighty Ark’s controller scoffed dismissively.
He seed unable to gauge Alex accurately.
To him, everything Alex currently possessed was rely a stroke of luck.
Even the battleship wasn’t originally his; he seized it from the Sky Dragon.
“To be honest, Alex’s own strength is quite weak. If he hadn’t seized the battleship from the Sky Dragon, he wouldn’t be where he is today.”
The controller of Dragon Ark nodded in agreent.
Reflecting on Alex’s rise, it seed straightforward.
If not for seizing the battleship, no one would have noticed him.
He might have been eliminated long ago.
…
Subsequently, they discussed the implentation details.
Firstly, they needed to monitor the Dawn’s movents closely.
Secondly, they had to form a joint fleet and head to the front lines together.
Moreover, this joint fleet needed a commander.
Otherwise, they risked becoming disorganized and vulnerable to enemy attacks.
Despite their unclear assessnt of Alex, they were cautious in planning.
However, there were disagreents when it ca to specific implentation.
So believed in “cutting the head off the snake” first.
If they eliminated Alex, the Dawn would be leaderless and fall into chaos.
Wouldn’t that make it easier to defeat them?
“The death of Alex might prompt the Dawn to surrender without further bloodshed,” suggested the controller of Plain Ark.
“This way, we can avoid extensive casualties.”
“And there are clear anti-war sentints among the survivors. A large-scale naval battle wouldn’t reflect well on our reputation!”
His reasoning held weight.
Cutting off the head of the snake.
Kill Alex to win without a fight!
Achieving their goal without causing more harm.
Protecting their reputation was paramount.
No one wanted to bear the stigma!
However, so opposed this plan.
They found the “cutting the head off the snake” plan too difficult to execute.
It’s widely known that Alex possesses formidable individual strength.
Even Wolfie and Lupine, the ruthless brothers, aren’t a match for Alex.
So, who can kill Alex?
Only by using cannons and missiles to sink the Dawn is the safest way!
The controller of Mighty Ark remarked, “Cutting the head off the snake? That sounds simple. Let ask you all: who’s going to kill Alex? Who among you can guarantee victory against Alex? I doubt anyone here has that capability!”
“Let’s abandon this unrealistic idea. We can completely sink the Dawn with superior firepower and send Alex packing. Why go through all this trouble?”
“Public opinion? Reputation? These things don’t fill our bellies. Why bother about them so much?!”
…
On this point, both sides fiercely clashed and refused to yield.
Finally, seeing the eting couldn’t proceed, they decided to vote.
There were five controllers of Noah’s Arks present.
In the end, three agreed to assassinate Alex first.
After all, everyone valued their reputation highly.
The relentless criticism currently directed at Alex served as a cautionary tale.
Moreover, they leaned towards ending the war at the smallest cost.
The controller of Plain Ark smiled contentedly and said, “Since it’s settled, let’s discuss how to kill Alex next.”
Shortly after, they devised a feasible plan.
One or two individuals couldn’t defeat Alex.
But what about five?
Could Alex defeat five level-sixty titans?
Clearly not!
Therefore, the major controllers decided to each dispatch a level-sixty titan from their respective Noah’s Arks.
They ford an assassination squad and swiftly headed towards the Dawn, aiming to kill Alex with lightning speed!
Once the results were in, all parties present departed.
They moved on to arrange the specifics.
…
A day later, the top-level figures from various factions t at the agreed location.
They boarded yachts and hurried through the night towards the Dawn.
anwhile, a joint fleet consisting of one destroyer, two frigates, and two battleships sailed across the vast ocean.
Their target was clear: the Dawn.
This was a significantly powerful fleet, one that no one dared provoke.
When soone detected this fleet on radar, fear and apprehension spread, worrying about potential aggression.
“My goodness, where is this fleet headed? With such size and strength, they likely have no rivals! They could sweep through all major mariti powers without a hitch!”
Soone muttered nervously, their face turning pale.
They sensed that under the calm surface, a storm was brewing.
Perhaps, this mont was just the calm before the storm.
anwhile, Alex had just left the Invincible Ship and was preparing to sleep.
Suddenly, his expression froze.
Soone had just ssaged him out of the blue.
“Larry? Is he still alive? Has he rembered ?”
Alex stared at the ssage sender, montarily puzzled.
Larry, the guy who was exceptionally good at live streaming.
“What’s wrong? Who’s contacting you?” the Second Lady asked, a bit confused.
“It’s Larry,” Alex replied truthfully.
“Larry? It’s been a long ti since we’ve talked to him. I have no idea which Noah’s Ark he’s on,” said the Second Lady, after a brief mont of confusion.
They naturally rembered Larry, and he had left quite an impression.
“I’m not sure. I’ll ask him. Contacting late at night, there must be sothing urgent!” Alex said.
He then got in touch with Larry.
At that mont, Larry’s words were filled with urgency, rattling off a string of information.
Alex couldn’t quite catch everything.
“Don’t rush, take your ti,” Alex said seriously.
Although he didn’t quite catch what Larry was saying, he could tell from his tone that it was urgent.
