Upon hearing this, the Lord of Wolf City nodded, finding the suggestion reasonable. Subsequently, they began to discuss concrete and feasible asures.

Soon, the entire morning had passed in discussion.

"I'll leave now; you continue your discussion. Once you have a plan, inform imdiately," the Lord of Wolf City said impatiently as he kept checking the ti.

He couldn't wait any longer. He bid a quick farewell and left the eting room. However, as he reached the doorway, he suddenly stopped, turned back, and spoke with a cold tone, "I want to remind you all not to harbor any doubts about . You can't possibly be my opponents. If you dare to betray , you won't escape, not one of you."

"And if I'm targeted by Waldo or Dawn City, you will also be on their kill list. We're all in the sa boat, thinking you can survive on your own? Dream on!"

After delivering this warning, he paid no heed to the displeased expressions on the faces of the high-ranking mbers in the eting room.

During their conversation, he had clearly sensed that so of them harbored grievances against him, as if they were blaming him for angering Waldo and provoking Dawn City, which might bring catastrophic consequences.

This didn't sit well with the Lord of Wolf City, so he spoke these words. Afterward, he left the eting room. His expression had imdiately turned from relaxed to extrely gloomy.

He had a vague sense that these trusted subordinates he had personally grood had varied emotions and many thoughts, which made him deeply uneasy. Despite their diocre strength and the fact that he still held all the power, his unease remained undiminished.

With their current strength, they couldn't stir up much trouble, but if they sought help from external sources, there would be no shortage of people wanting my life!"

The Lord of Wolf City's gaze turned slightly cold, emanating a blood-red, murderous aura.

Hoo

As he walked outside, a strong gust of frigid wind cut through like knives, leaving one's face stiff. The freezing temperatures of the Ice Age continued to drop. Fortunately, the survivors had been growing in strength, making them more resilient to the cold.

He hurried back to his residence.

"Why, Lord, aren't you in a eting? Why have you co back?"

Inside the room, a warm and cozy atmosphere filled the air, radiating comfort. In the middle of the room, three voluptuous, attractive won in scanty attire were frolicking.

When they saw the Lord of Wolf City, they couldn't help but be surprised.

"I ca back early, I let them handle the matter. I had them discuss it themselves, and I have my informants among them. If there are any signs of betrayal, don't bla for being ruthless—I'll execute them all!"

The Lord of Wolf City's face remained tense.

He exuded a chilling murderous intent, causing the three won present to slightly change their expressions.

He clearly had murderous intent.

He just hoped that there would be no traitors among the high-ranking mbers of Wolf City he had personally grood. If there were any, he would eliminate them ruthlessly to set an example.

Afterwards, his eyes swept over the three beautifully dressed won present, a hint of wickedness flickering in his gaze.

Subsequently, he lifted one of the won onto the bed.

Then he embraced the other two won, causing them to cry out in surprise.

The door was closed with an invisible breeze.

Before long, the room was filled with various sounds, becoming quite lively.

At that mont, a scream suddenly tore through the falling snow outside.

"Ahh!"

The sound was piercing, sending chills down the spine of anyone who heard it.

As if from the deepest abyss of hell, a bone-chilling, eerie sound echoed.

Then, a roaring voice resounded:

"You scoundrel! How dare you launch a sneak attack, you're seeking death!"

The voice reverberated, and a mass of swirling snow outside was blown away in its wake.

Subsequently, sounds of intense combat could be heard from within the room. The air seed to boil like water, shaking part of the Lord's mansion to the ground with a deafening crash.

Then, four figures rushed out from the ruins. The Lord of Wolf City's body was soaked in blood, his face twisted and ferocious, his eyes resembling those of a wild beast as he stared fiercely at the three won surrounding him.

"Three of you scoundrels, you want to kill too? Haven't I been good to you? You're just a bunch of scoundrels!"

The Lord of Wolf City's chest heaved violently. His clothing exploded, revealing a clear palm print on his chest, with crushed bones underneath.

Just monts ago, he had been ambushed, and now he was burning with rage.

The three won who surrounded him were similarly clad in tattered clothing, which had been further torn in the battle. Their alluring, fair skin was now on full display. One of them had blood around her lips, and she spat out a severed phallus with a sardonic smile.

"Have you been good to us? Well, if you've been good, then give us your head, and we'll let you live, so we can continue to survive!"

The Lord of Wolf City glanced deeply at her, especially at the severed phallus that had turned into an ice sculpture on the ground. His heart quaked, and he felt as if he had been struck by lightning.

"Damn it! I'll make sure to torture you three little scoundrels to death!"

The Lord of Wolf City didn't exchange any more words with the three won. He turned around and swiftly fled from the city.

He had sensed that a trendous crisis was about to descend upon him.

"Damn it! A bunch of traitors! You will pay the price; traitors must die!"

He knew that he had been abandoned by his forr loyal followers. Even his won had abandoned him, all willing to trade his life for their chance at survival.

He had already been ambushed by the three won, and his strength had been greatly compromised. If he didn't escape now, it might be too late.

However, just at that mont, a rocket propelled grenade precisely shot towards him.

Boom!

A massive explosion erupted. The Lord of Wolf City narrowly escaped unhard.

But then two more explosions followed.

Ah!

The Lord of Wolf City let out a cry of agony as he fell to the ground. His back was injured from the rocket blasts, and he was bleeding profusely. Yet, he was still formidable, quickly getting up and running further.

However, just then, two dark figures suddenly appeared in front of him.

"Traitors!"

The Lord of Wolf City's eyes widened. He released his full power, like a surging tidal wave, and collided directly with the two figures. The two Wolf City high-ranking mbers refused to back down, unleashing their full strength with a powerful surge of energy.

Boom!

All three were sent flying, blood seeping from their mouths, clearly wounded.

But the Lord of Wolf City's expression grew even grimr.

"Damn traitors! Even if I die, I'll make sure you pay!"

He roared and charged towards the two of them, intending to kill them. However, suddenly, a rocket hit him in the head.

Imdiately, the Lord of Wolf City let out a pained scream, his body thrown sideways, his head charred.

Behind him, the three exposed won, along with other high-ranking mbers of Wolf City, caught up. In a matter of monts, they killed the Lord of Wolf City.

Right up until the mont of his death, the Lord of Wolf City's eyes were filled with intense resentnt as he glared at the loyal followers he had nurtured, dying with great reluctance.

"You die, we survive as resisters, that's how it should be."
