When Waldo noticed the information about the first-level ticket, Osmond in City 28 also caught wind of it. Osmond himself had already reached level 50 as a survivor, and with a bit more experience, he could soon make a run for level 60, putting him on par with Waldo.

Not only that, he had established the most powerful faction in City 28, the Tiger Clan! The Tiger Clan boasted over a hundred mbers, making them an incredibly formidable force in City 28, rightfully earning them the title of the number one faction.

This made all survivors tremble in fear. Osmond was known for his ruthless and unscrupulous nature, often resorting to brutal thods. His Tiger Clan had a notorious reputation, and the re ntion of their na struck terror into the hearts of survivors.

After the ticket information was released, Osmond was the first to set his sights on the first-class ticket. "A first-level ticket? The highest level ticket there is! And it's right here in City 28? Well, I guess I'll reluctantly take it!" Osmond chuckled to himself, seeming confident that the ticket was already in his grasp.

Just at that mont, a woman with heavy makeup and an alluring appearance leaned against Osmond's chest. Seeing this, her eyes sparkled, and she cooed, "Wow, a first-level ticket! Only one has appeared so far, and it just happened to be in City 28. It must be ant for you, Osmond!"

"It seems like nobody dares to challenge you for it!" The woman continued with a flirtatious tone.

Osmond laughed heartily and bent down to give the woman a passionate kiss, earning an affectionate hum in response.

He smirked, saying, "If the first-class ticket had appeared elsewhere, I might not have bothered, but since it's right here in City 28, it's undoubtedly mine! Nobody else stands a chance, even if Waldo himself were to show up. This first-level ticket is mine!"

"Absolutely!" The woman nodded confidently. "Who is Osmond? Can he be compared to Waldo? Although Waldo is in the spotlight now, it won't be long before Osmond catches up to him, or even surpasses him!"

Upon hearing the woman's words, Osmond's smile grew even wider. He found her comnts quite flattering. However, his expression suddenly turned grim as he noticed sothing on the chat channel — Waldo's ssage recruiting survivors to guard and watch over the first-level ticket.

As he read the ssage, Osmond's once joyful face gradually solidified into an expression of deep anger. The happiness he felt just monts ago turned into seething rage. It was as if a fiery storm was brewing within him, growing larger and more terrifying with each passing mont.

He had never anticipated that Waldo would be so audacious. The anger within him was palpable as he muttered through clenched teeth, "Waldo, you've gone too far!"

He had never experienced such intense fury before. Waldo's actions were nothing short of disdainful, and he had completely disregarded Osmond's standing.

"Does he think he can do whatever he pleases? Does he take 28 City for his own backyard?" Osmond thought to himself, his anger burning brightly.

"That first-class ticket was rightfully mine! And he thinks he can just take it with a single word? He must be dreaming!" Osmond continued, his voice squeezed through gritted teeth.

"28 City is my territory, and I have the final say in its affairs!" Osmond snorted disdainfully.

The current feeling was akin to soone snatching away sothing that rightfully belonged to him. Worse still, it felt like Waldo had slapped him twice and acted as if nothing had happened.

It wasn't just anger that Osmond was feeling; he also felt insulted.

"Osmond, what's going on with you?" The sudden change in Osmond's deanor startled the woman, and her voice quivered as she spoke.

Osmond shook his head slowly, taking a deep breath to calm his raging emotions. "It's nothing. It's just that soone has overstepped their boundaries, even disregarding , Osmond. They want that first-class ticket without even considering my opinion!"

"Really? Who would dare to be so audacious? Don't they know how formidable you are, Osmond?" The woman was perplexed, as she hadn't yet noticed the ssages in the system chat channel and was unaware of what had transpired. She remained sowhat clueless.

"Besides Waldo, who else could it be?" She wondered aloud, as she was still trying to grasp the situation.

Osmond snorted dismissively. "Even if it is Waldo, so what? They've stretched their hand too far; they might just find it chopped off!"

He wasn't particularly afraid of Waldo. On one hand, Osmond possessed considerable strength, and the gap between him and Waldo wasn't significant.

More importantly, 28 City was his stronghold, where he commanded nurous powerful subordinates and had access to advanced weaponry. He felt confident in dealing with Waldo.

If Waldo dared to co, Osmond was equally determined to make sure Waldo couldn't leave.

Following this, the infuriated Osmond decided to convene an urgent eting with his subordinates. However, the woman in his embrace suddenly spoke up, suggesting an alternative approach.

"Osmond, no matter what, Waldo is still quite powerful. I think we shouldn't confront him head-on. Is there another way we can handle this?"

Osmond was about to respond with a burst of anger, but before he could utter a word, the woman stopped him. She quickly continued, "Osmond, just hear out!"

"Don't be upset, Osmond. Based on the information we currently have, Waldo's strength is undoubtedly top-notch. We probably won't stand a chance if we confront him head-on. So, we need to be careful with our approach."

Osmond furrowed his brow, showing so impatience. "Just get to the point. Don't beat around the bush."

The woman smiled softly and continued, "Considering the current situation, it wouldn't be wise to make enemies with Waldo. We can't openly try to seize the ticket from him, it would only escalate things and lead to a full-blown conflict with Waldo. Moreover, before entering Noah's Ark, Waldo will undoubtedly try every ans to hunt you down and take the ticket back.

It would put your life at constant risk, and I believe you wouldn't want that, Osmond."

She paused for a mont before suggesting, "So, we can discreetly arrange for soone to steal the ticket."
