Later, Waldo, Alanna, and Helen decided to evacuate the West District and return to their villa in the East District.

At this mont, the West District was far too dangerous. It was overrun by rampaging zombies. Once detected by the zombies, thousands upon thousands of them would gather, making it impossible to eliminate them all, and the situation would only worsen. In the end, it might even attract the Zombie Lord.

Therefore, Waldo made the decision to evacuate. anwhile, survivors in the West District were also preparing to leave.

However, not everyone would be able to leave as they wished. For many survivors, this day was exceptionally dark. Those who had co to the West District were among the elite survivors with promising futures. But after the events of today, a significant portion of them might et a tragic end, eliminated by this world.

"Hurry, hurry, they're coming! Zombies are closing in!"

A large truck raced down the bumpy road. The truck was incredibly fast, leaving regular zombies far behind. Additionally, several firing points on the truck were unleashing a hail of machine gun fire. Many zombie heads exploded under the onslaught.

But more and more zombies were swarming towards them.

Boom!

At this mont, a Level Three zombie caught up to the truck. It was evident that conventional firearms had limited effect on Level Three zombies. As soon as this Level Three zombie caught up, it imdiately started ramming the truck.

The truck driver was instantly disoriented from the collision, and the truck was forced to stop by the roadside.

"Oh, damn it, we can't escape! We might as well fight them!"

"Why? Why is this happening? What's wrong with these zombies? Why have they suddenly gone so crazy?!"

"Oh my God, soone please co and save us!"

At this mont, many voices were heard from inside the truck. So were determined to fight the zombies to the death.

They kept on fighting until the end. So people, however, were completely despairing, breaking down in tears with piercing cries. Others sought help on public chat channels.

Yet, the ultimate outco left them profoundly disappointed because almost everyone offered only moral support, shouting a word or two of encouragent, or praying for safety. There wasn't a single person willing to co to their aid.

Before long, countless zombies surged forward. Perhaps regular zombies, Level Two zombies, and even Level Three zombies posed no significant threat to them individually. But when their numbers reached thousands and thousands, it beca extrely terrifying.

So, not much ti passed before several survivors t their demise with anguished cries.

They had already been completely desperate before death and died with imnse unwillingness.

Simultaneously, similar events were unfolding everywhere. Since that first roar, it seed that the zombies were following so sort of directive, tracking the survivors' traces.

For so inexplicable reason, the zombies seed to have sharpened senses, remarkably capable of locating the survivors' hiding places.

Regardless of how well-hidden or expertly disguised the survivors' abodes were, and no matter how effectively they concealed their own presence, the end result was the sa: they would be found by the zombies, relentlessly hunted down, and subjected to the relentless frenzy of the endless hordes of zombies.

Because of this, the survivors in the West District endured an unprecedented disaster. Not a single survivor could escape; it was a catastrophe of imnse proportions. It was the Armageddon for nurous survivors in the West District.

At the sa ti, the chat channels exploded with activity. The events in West District, City 25, left countless people in shock!

At this mont, no one was gloating because everyone understood that the events in City 25 were far too grueso. Most importantly, they realized that such a tragedy might befall any one of them in the not-so-distant future.

In fact, they seriously suspected that if the situation in West District of City 25 was mishandled or completely spiraled out of control, it could turn into an unprecedented catastrophe for everyone.

"Stay safe! Hope our brothers in West District make it through!"

"Blessings! Hope you're okay; may God watch over you!"

"You must survive! You are the elite among survivors; you are the backbone of our strength when facing crises!"

Many people sent their well-wishes to the survivors in West District. At the sa ti, many were concerned about the current situation in West District. However, no one could provide them with answers.

Initially, when people inquired about the situation in West District, there were still so who would respond. But as ti went on, the number of responders dwindled. Now, no one could answer such questions anymore. This was not a good sign; it ant that the situation in West District was deteriorating.

The survivors in West District were either in dangerous and urgent situations, leaving them no ti to respond, or they had already perished. None of these scenarios boded well.

No one knew how the situation in West District stood at this mont. During this ti, soone asked, "I heard that Waldo went deep into West District today to uncover the truth. Does anyone know how Waldo is doing now?"

Regarding this question, soone replied, "Personally, I feel that with Waldo's strength, there shouldn't be any problems. After all, regardless of the situation, Waldo's strength speaks for itself, and everyone can see it. Anyone could face trouble, except for Waldo!"

"Waldo must be fine, but I think after this incident, he'll probably evacuate West District imdiately."

"Yes, but I feel that Waldo can only ensure his own and the safety of those around him in an ergency evacuation. It doesn't seem realistic for him to help others."

"It's impossible. While Waldo can teleport away without fear, he has other people with him who he must protect and ensure their safe evacuation. He can't afford to be distracted by rescuing others."

After this analysis, so of those who wanted Waldo to rescue other survivors fell silent.

Indeed, despite Waldo's strength, he wasn't omnipotent. This day was destined to be a very unforgettable one.

That night, most of the survivors in West District had managed to break free. As for those who hadn't, they were mostly casualties. Soone roughly estimated that only one-third of the people made it out, with the vast majority perishing in West District. It was truly a disaster.

Many people were in a somber mood.
