Chapter 603: Coffee

Lin Murong didn’t really like drinking coffee because it was bitter, and he didn’t fancy bitter stuff.

Lots of cream.

Even if he felt sowhat nauseous at the mont, it wasn’t to the extent of not eating at all.

“I’m being considerate of you,” said Su Yinhe with an innocent face.

“Thanks for your consideration, but I don’t need it,” he said, not fooled into thinking she didn’t have an ulterior motive.

“Ugh, so much care and you don’t want it. A wild boar doesn’t eat fine bran,” Su Yinhe now seed quite spirited.

“Who are you calling a wild boar?” Lin Murong looked at her incredulously.

“Nobody. Who else could there be. Who could I possibly be talking about,” Su Yinhe spread her hands.

“I always feel like you’re talking about ,” Lin Murong looked at her; no, it wasn’t a feeling, she definitely was talking about him.

Unfortunately, he had no proof.

“Evidence, I only look at evidence,” Su Yinhe held out her hand towards him.

“It seems there’s no evidence,” Lin Murong lowered his head, “but I can still eat! Don’t take it away!” How could he let the ducks he had been longing for just fly away like that?

“All right, all right, I won’t take them. Eat at your own pace,” Su Yinhe was just teasing him, seeing him frantic, she let him be.

Then Lin Murong began to devour the ducks. Looking at the ducks, he was reminded of fernted bean juice, and instantly felt a bit queasy again.

But he couldn’t bear to stop; what if Galaxy really took it away if he didn’t eat?

Truly, like West Lake’s water, his tears.

Eat, how could he not eat?

These were his ducks, the ducks he had awaited with such longing.

Lin Murong started to gnaw at the ducks fiercely.

Indeed, it was still sowhat nauseating.

But as he chewed, the duck was too delicious, and the nausea faded.

He began to eat with gusto again.

Su Yinhe quietly watched him eat, while Chi Yan quietly watched her from the side.

The main act was simply watching each other.

Lin Murong felt a bit of pressure but soon didn’t care as he continued to eat.

Look all you want, feel free to stare.

As Lin Murong kept eating, his appetite grew, and in the end, he indeed finished off all ten ducks.

“Amazing, Your Excellency is truly impressive,” Su Yinhe gave him a thumbs-up.

“Hehehe, just so-so, I think it’s all right,” said Lin Murong, and then he belched contentedly.

Su Yinhe: “…”

“All right, the ducks you wanted are eaten, so who’s cleaning up? The place is a ss after your feast.”

“Oh, I’ll clean up, definitely,” Lin Murong said with an obedient face.

“Okay, then I’m going back to sleep. The cleaning is all on you,” Su Yinhe said, and then she pulled Chi Yan away with her.

Lin Murong looked at the remaining ss and blinked. Wait, he always had the feeling that sothing wasn’t quite right.

It made sense for him to clean up after his own ss, but why should he clean up after theirs?

Both had eaten, so why did he have to clean up, and Chi Yan didn’t?

Chi Yan also ate Galaxy’s food, slept Galaxy’s bed, lived in Galaxy’s house.

Why was he treated differently?

They were both n, and they both looked similar.

Lin Murong pondered why Su Yinhe only fancied Chi Yan and not him.

He thought he wasn’t too bad-looking himself.

Even a little better looking than Chi Yan.

After much reflection, Lin Murong concluded: Su Yinhe had no taste.

She was the problem.

Yep.

Not his fault.

Living life ans not taking too much bla upon oneself but blaming others more.

That way, one will live happily and contentedly…

Pfft, that strayed too far.

He still had to clean up.

After all, he had devoured soone’s ten ducks.

So Lin Murong got on with the work quite dutifully.

What choice did he have, after accepting hospitality?

After cleaning up, he felt tired.

He looked around, finding nothing else to do, he had eaten his fill, and it was ti to sleep again.

Since Galaxy and the others had also gone to sleep, there was nothing he could do, so he…

Lin Murong went to sleep, and… slept for a whole day.

Su Yinhe didn’t see him at all that day.

She found herself oddly unused to his absence.

“Why do you keep thinking about him? He’s not important, think less,” Chi Yan was jealous once again.

Sotis, he really felt like getting rid of Lin Murong.

A nuisance.

“Oh, I was just thinking casually.”

“Just thinking about it casually isn’t okay; any kind of thinking about it is not okay,” Chi Yan said as he touched her hair—not a pat on the head, but a light caress of her strands.

His movents were gentle, but his tone…

Hmm.

Su Yinhe quite liked it.

The deep bass of a man’s voice.

Although she wasn’t particularly fond of deep voices, this wasn’t just any deep voice—this was Chi Yan’s deep voice.

She… couldn’t resist it at all.

Fell in love.

“What fell in love?” Chi Yan asked.

Damn, she inadvertently blurted out her inner thoughts.

“It’s nothing, nothing, you heard it wrong,” Su Yinhe almost exploded with embarrassnt.

So shaful.

To accidentally speak one’s mind was truly embarrassing.

Su Yinhe ran away.

Chi Yan: “…”

He always felt that sothing was off.

After escaping from Chi Yan’s sight, Su Yinhe covered her face, cursing her own mouth.

Sigh.

Ahhhh.

Want to die.

Want to die.

She repeated the thought of wanting to die.

Repeated the idea of passing away.

Embarrassnt had her curling her toes.

Ahhhh.

Thoughts of wanting to die, wanting to pass away, peaked at that mont.

Why do people have to be alive?

Tired, too tired, she was simply too exhausted.

Su Yinhe thought it over, ran back to her room, and lay down.

Sleep, sleep, once she had slept, she wouldn’t rember anything.

Good.

She would forget.

After sleeping, Su Yinhe woke up, freshened up, took so food from her space, ate, played around, continued to sleep, and then got up again…

So, after Lin Murong slept for a whole day, he found that his beloved Galaxy was gone.

“Brother Chi, where is Galaxy?” He decided to go straight to Chi Yan and ask.

“She got shy and ran off,” Chi Yan replied with an answer he had pondered over for a long ti.

Yes, he thought about it for a long ti.

Finally understanding why Su Yinhe suddenly ran away.

He had thought she was scared.

As long as it wasn’t fear of him, it was fine.

Chi Yan dropped this answer and then walked away, satisfied.

Leaving behind Lin Murong, who had just woken up, completely baffled.

Wait, shy?

What the hell?

Shy about what?

Why be shy?

It can’t possibly be a part of so play between the two of them, right?

The mont Lin Murong considered this possibility, he shivered.

No, he had just slept for one day; how co it felt like sothing montous had occurred?

Could their relationship be progressing too quickly?

Is it really okay for them to be moving this fast?

Not good, not good!

Lin Murong roared inwardly.

Why not roar out loud?

Because…

He was hungry.

Having not eaten for a day, he woke up from hunger.

If not for the hunger, he wouldn’t even want to get up; he could have continued to sleep.

Darn it.

He couldn’t afford to roar out loud; it would consu energy.

Now, with Su Yinhe gone, and Chi Yan…

Forget it, he might as well fend for himself.

With the supermarket being so big, with so much food, and his own culinary skills so adept, he would definitely be able to feed himself.
